据调查了解，电动车车厢自带的车篷，都固定死的，切夏季车厢里闷热难耐。在许多时候是不需要车篷的，有车篷反而冗余累赘，装卸货物不方便。没有车篷的电动车在运输或生活中经常遭受风吹雨淋和太阳的暴晒。尤其是冬天，接送孩子家人遭受严寒的袭扰。封闭车价格高且只能偶尔拉个人，不能充分发挥车辆的作用。
三，发明内容：
一种新型电动车车篷解决了现有封闭车价格高，夏季车内闷热难耐又不能充分发挥电动车功用。同时解决了现有无篷电动车经常遭受风吹雨淋，太阳暴晒，严寒侵袭的问题。
解决方案：
一种新型电动车车篷主要由车篷架、车篷板、篷布箱、篷布、储篷箱和两立杆等构成。车篷板由两块篷板铰链链接构成，不用时两车篷板折合在一起，置于车篷架下。篷布箱设在车篷架上面；在不使用车篷时车篷架连同车篷板，篷布箱一同置于储篷箱里。两立杆设在车厢两侧板的后端，一车厢侧板设置一个立杆。立杆和车厢侧板由销轴连接。车厢侧板上设有一凹槽，立杆不用时折合在凹槽里。
具体实施方案：
一种新型电动车车篷主要由储篷箱1、车篷架2、篷板3、篷板4、篷布箱5、立杆9、立杆14构成。其中车篷架2左右两侧设有销孔8和销孔17；篷板3上设有销孔6，篷板4上设有销孔7，篷板3和篷板4由铰链13连接；篷布箱5设在车篷架上部，内部设有卷轴12用来收纳篷布；车篷架设置在储篷箱里；立杆9上端设有销孔销孔11、立杆14上端设有销孔17，立杆9和立杆14分别设在车厢两侧板上部的凹槽中，立杆9由轴销10与车厢侧板轴销连接于车厢侧板的后端，立杆14由轴销15与车厢板轴销连接于车厢侧板的后端。(如附图1、附图2、附图3)
需要车篷时，将车篷架2从储篷箱2里向上提出，把篷板4向车后端掀起拉出车篷架，由于篷板3和篷板4铰链链接，篷板3跟随着被拉出车篷架。从车厢侧板的凹槽里掀起立杆9和立杆14，将立杆9上端的销孔11和立杆14上端的销孔17与篷板4上的销孔7对齐。由轴销16穿入立杆9上的销孔11、篷板4上的销孔7和立杆14上的销孔17。在立杆9、立杆14、篷板4向后拉动的同时向上托起篷板3设有销孔6的一端，使得车篷架上的销孔8、销孔17与篷板3上的销孔6对齐。由轴销18穿入车篷架上的销孔8、篷板3上的销孔6和车篷架上的销孔17。车篷架构至此完成。从篷布箱里拉出篷布，罩在车篷上，至此电动车车篷安装完毕。

1.一种新型电动车车篷，主要由车篷架、车篷板、篷布箱、篷布、储篷箱和两立杆等构成，其特征在于：
储篷箱设置在车厢和驾驶座之间；车篷板由两块篷板铰链链接构成，不用时两车篷板折合在一起，置于车篷架下；车篷架设置在储篷箱里；在不使用车篷时车篷架连同车篷板，篷布箱一同置于储篷箱里；在车厢两侧板的后端各设有一个立杆，立杆和车厢侧板由销轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型电动车车篷，其特征在于：车篷架上部设有篷布箱，篷布箱内设有卷轴用来收纳篷布。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型电动车车篷，其特征在于：车厢两侧板上各设有一凹槽，立杆不用时折合在凹槽里。
