The vehicle brake reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the working parameters of the vehicle tail lights according to the driving state of the following vehicle relative to the vehicle, the working parameters including light flashing frequency and/or light color, comprises:
acquiring the driving state of a rear vehicle relative to the vehicle, wherein the driving state comprises a distance and a relative speed;
determining the warning level of the emergency braking signal according to the driving state;
and determining working parameters of the tail lamp of the vehicle according to the warning grade, wherein the working parameters comprise light flicker frequency and/or light color.
5. The vehicle braking alert method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the warning level of the emergency braking signal according to the driving status includes:
if the relative speed is greater than or equal to a preset relative speed and the distance is less than or equal to a preset distance, determining that the warning grade of the emergency braking signal is first-level early warning;
if the relative speed is greater than or equal to the preset relative speed or the distance is less than or equal to the preset distance, determining that the warning grade of the emergency braking signal is secondary early warning;
and if the relative speed is less than the preset relative speed and the distance is greater than the preset distance, determining that the warning grade of the emergency braking signal is a third-level early warning.
6. The vehicle brake warning method of claim 5, wherein the determining the operating parameters of the vehicle tail lights according to the warning level comprises:
when the early warning level is primary early warning, acquiring a first working parameter as a working parameter of a vehicle tail lamp, wherein the first working parameter is used for controlling the vehicle tail lamp to flash at a first frequency and display at a first color;
when the early warning level is a secondary early warning level, acquiring a second working parameter as a working parameter of the vehicle tail lamp, wherein the second working parameter is used for controlling the vehicle tail lamp to flash at a second frequency and display at a second color, and the second frequency is smaller than the first frequency;
and when the early warning grade is three-level early warning, acquiring a third working parameter as a working parameter of the vehicle tail lamp, wherein the third working parameter is used for controlling the vehicle tail lamp to flash at a third frequency and display at a third color, and the third frequency is smaller than the second frequency.
7. The vehicle brake warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the controlling the vehicle tail light to operate according to the operating parameter to issue an emergency brake warning, the method further comprises:
acquiring the distance between the rear vehicle and the vehicle in real time;
and when the distance is smaller than or equal to the preset safety distance, controlling an in-vehicle warning module to send a rear-end collision early warning to the passenger of the vehicle.
8. A vehicle brake warning device, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores at least one program instruction, and the processor loads and executes the at least one program instruction to implement the following method:
when a braking signal is received, judging whether the braking signal is an emergency braking signal;
if the braking signal is an emergency braking signal, determining working parameters of a tail lamp of the vehicle according to the running state of the rear vehicle relative to the vehicle, wherein the working parameters comprise light flicker frequency and/or light color;
and controlling the vehicle tail lamp to work according to the working parameters so as to send an emergency braking prompt.
9. The vehicle braking alert device according to claim 8, wherein the processor performs determining an operation parameter of a tail light of the vehicle according to a driving state of the following vehicle relative to the host vehicle, the operation parameter including a light flashing frequency and/or a light color, including:
acquiring the driving state of a rear vehicle relative to the vehicle, wherein the driving state comprises a distance and a relative speed;
determining the warning level of the emergency braking signal according to the driving state;
and determining working parameters of the tail lamp of the vehicle according to the warning grade, wherein the working parameters comprise light flicker frequency and/or light color.
10. A vehicle characterized in that it comprises a vehicle brake reminder device according to claim 8.
