Examples
A high weather-resistant non-discoloring decorative film comprises a surface layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 and a substrate layer 3, wherein the surface layer 1, the intermediate layer 2 and the substrate layer 2 are compounded into a whole through hot pressing; surface layer 1 is PETG surface film, has the waterborne lacquer layer through intaglio printing rotary printing on the PETG surface film, the waterborne lacquer layer mainly comprises PU resin and curing agent, and PU resin and curing agent are 22 according to the mass ratio: 7, mixing, and then adding a diluent (butyl grease such as n-butyl acetate, butyl acetate and the like) for adjusting viscosity, wherein whether the water paint layer is required for 11 seconds to 12 seconds is measured by a 3# tean cup, wherein the diluent (butyl grease) is added for adjusting the viscosity to the process requirement (the process requirement is that the water paint can be uniformly transferred onto a printing substrate under the viscosity and the optimal coating amount can be reached), and the intaglio printing wheel is the printing wheel pitch of a 180-mesh intaglio, so that the packing is more compact and compact; the middle layer 2 is prepared by mixing resin powder, toner, diluent and filler according to a specific proportion, the proportion is mainly based on the richness of the pattern, no obvious component proportion exists, the diluent adopts butyl resin, and the filler adopts titanium dioxide; the substrate layer 3 is an environment-friendly PVC calendered film, and the environment-friendly PVC calendered film comprises the following components, by weight, 100 parts of PVC; 20 parts of titanium dioxide; 25 parts of calcium powder; 20 parts of a plasticizer; 4 parts of toner; 4 parts of a stabilizer; 2 parts of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA).
The decorative film product can completely replace all surface decorative films in the existing market, can absorb and isolate ultraviolet rays, does not change color and distort through a special weather resistance test of more than 6000 hours by the national building material test center, is basically consistent with the natural solid wood glossiness, is superior to the existing decorative films, has better physical and mechanical properties, and can meet the use requirements of vacuum plastic uptake, section bar coating, steel plate film coating, bending stamping, polymer extrusion film coating and other processes.

2. The highly weatherable, non-discoloring decorative film according to claim 1, wherein: the water-based paint layer mainly comprises PU resin and a curing agent, wherein the PU resin and the curing agent are 22: 7, and then adding a diluent for adjusting the viscosity.
