As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a process for manufacturing a wrapping paper having waterproof property, which comprises a paper tape 31 and a waterproof film 32 on an upper surface of the paper tape 31;
the waterproof membrane 32 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25 parts of polyurethane, 12 parts of polyethylene resin, 8 parts of epoxy resin, 10 parts of montmorillonite powder, 3 parts of glass fiber, 6 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 1 part of sodium polyethylene, 2 parts of halloysite nanotube and 1 part of toughening agent;
the process specifically comprises the following steps:
adding polyurethane and polyethylene resin into a grinder for grinding, sieving by a 200-mesh sieve, adding into a mixer, adding epoxy resin, montmorillonite powder, glass fiber, nano titanium dioxide, sodium polyethylene and halloysite nanotubes into the mixer, stirring for 15min at the rotating speed of 600r/min to obtain a first mixed material, adding an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, calcium carbonate and a toughening agent into a stirrer, and stirring for 15min at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain a second mixed material;
step two, adding the first mixed material and the second mixed material into a reaction kettle, stirring for 20min at the temperature of 60 ℃ and at the rotating speed of 750r/min to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into an extruder, setting the melting temperature of the extruder to be 140 ℃, and performing blow molding after extrusion through the extruder to obtain a waterproof film 32;
thirdly, adding glue into a liquid storage hopper 6 of a packaging paper processing device, respectively winding a paper tape 31 and a waterproof film 32 on a paper discharge roller 2 and a film discharge roller 3, starting unwinding of the paper discharge roller 2 and the film discharge roller 3, enabling the paper tape 31 to pass through a position between a gluing mechanism 7 and a belt conveyor 9, opening a valve on a guide pipe 30, enabling the glue in the liquid storage hopper 6 to fall on the upper surface of the paper tape 31 through the guide pipe 30, starting a gluing motor 17, enabling the gluing motor 17 to drive a threaded rod 16 to rotate, enabling the threaded rod 16 to drive two moving blocks 18 to move in opposite directions and opposite directions repeatedly, driving two brushes 19 to paint the glue on the upper surface of the paper tape 31, enabling the glue to be uniformly painted on the upper surface of the paper tape 31, starting a press roller cylinder 12 when the paper tape 31 and the waterproof film 32 move below a hot press roller 10, enabling the press roller cylinder 12 to drive a press mounting rack 11 to descend, and driving the hot press roller 10, hot press roll 10 heats paper tape 31 and water proof membrane 32 in the extruded, make glue solidify, and make paper tape 31 and water proof membrane 32 bonding as an organic whole, obtain the waterproof paper body, when the waterproof paper body moves to whole limit mechanism 8 below, start moving motor 21, two belt pulleys 22 of moving motor 21 cooperation use and drive the belt rotation, the belt drives two fly leaf 23 in opposite directions or reverse movement, and drive two cutting knife 27 in opposite directions or reverse movement, adjust two cutting knife 27's interval according to the width of waterproof paper body, cut the both sides of waterproof paper body respectively through two cutting knife 27 and through the rolling of wind-up roll 13, obtain the wrapping paper that has waterproof performance.

the waterproof membrane 32 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of polyurethane, 15 parts of polyethylene resin, 12 parts of epoxy resin, 13 parts of montmorillonite powder, 5 parts of glass fiber, 8 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5 parts of calcium carbonate, 6 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of sodium polyethylene, 4 parts of halloysite nanotube and 4 parts of toughening agent;
the process specifically comprises the following steps:
adding polyurethane and polyethylene resin into a grinder for grinding, sieving by a 200-mesh sieve, adding into a mixer, adding epoxy resin, montmorillonite powder, glass fiber, nano titanium dioxide, sodium polyethylene and halloysite nanotubes into the mixer, stirring at the rotating speed of 800r/min for 20min to obtain a first mixed material, adding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, calcium carbonate and a toughening agent into a stirrer, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 30min to obtain a second mixed material;
step two, adding the first mixed material and the second mixed material into a reaction kettle, stirring for 30min at the temperature of 120 ℃ and at the rotating speed of 1200r/min to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into an extruder, setting the melting temperature of the extruder to be 155 ℃, and performing blow molding after extrusion through the extruder to obtain a waterproof film 32;
step three, the same as example 1.

the process specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, adding polyurethane and polyethylene resin into a pulverizer for pulverizing, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, adding into a mixer, adding epoxy resin, montmorillonite powder, glass fiber, nano titanium dioxide, sodium polyethylene and halloysite nanotubes into the mixer, stirring for 15-20min at the rotation speed of 800r/min plus 600-;
