The upper surface and the lower surface of the central layer fabric are provided with surface layer cloth, the central layer fabric and the surface layer cloth are compounded, and after the compounding is finished, the high-elasticity noctilucent fabric is cleaned and dried in the air.
After comparison of fabrics woven according to different proportions, the noctilucent effect of the fabrics is the best in elasticity, use and noctilucent effect when the fabrics woven according to the proportions of 8 parts of glass fibers, 14 parts of polyester fibers, 20 parts of aramid fibers, 30 parts of polyester fibers, 13 parts of polyolefin elastomers, 25 parts of elastic composite fibers, 19 parts of polyolefin fibers, 4 parts of waterborne polyurethane 15 sodium polyacrylate dispersing agents and 4 parts of fluorescent powder are adopted.
The fabric manufactured by the invention has high elasticity and good restorability, and can emit light at night.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) after surface treatment, the fabric is cleaned, so that the subsequent compounding process between fabric layers is facilitated;
(2) the surface layer cloth is put into the mixed solution of the sodium polyacrylate dispersant and the fluorescent powder for soaking, so that the surface layer cloth contains the fluorescent substance, and the fabric can emit light at night;
(3) the fabric manufactured by the invention has high elasticity and good restorability, and can emit light at night.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
