本发明涉及一种保护膜,尤其涉及一种适合和移动终端镜头配合使用的镜头保护膜。
背景技术
指随着电子行业的迅猛发展,消费者对电子产品的性能要求越来越高,对外观设计、硬件设计以及软件功能都有着越来越高的要求,同时对电子产品的性价比有着更高的追求,其中,对于镜头的品质要求也越来越高。
镜头主体制作完成之后还需要进行焊锡加固、运输以及测试,在这过程中需要在镜头上设置一个保护膜,设置该保护膜不仅可以防止焊锡过程中对镜头的损伤,还可以避免灰尘在运输过程中进入镜头内部。现有技术中,镜头的光学测试往往需要在镜头主体制作完成之后贴上保护膜并转移到其他车间再进行检测,但,现有保护膜的光学性能普遍较差,以至于会影响镜头的光学测试,在测试之前需将保护膜去除,并在完成测试后再次贴附保护膜以便进行后续运输和安装。现有的保护膜在远离镜头一侧设置有用于拉拽保护膜的手柄,但该结构存在缺陷,向外拉扯保护膜的过程中可能造成保护膜破裂导致碎屑进入镜头内部造成不良。且,从镜头的主体制作完成至安装这一过程中,镜头表面必然需要设置保护膜,而保护膜在镜头安装之前最终必然将会被移除,现有技术中保护膜的缺陷使得碎屑对镜头所产生的不良难以避免。
发明内容
一种镜头保护膜,所述镜头保护膜贴附于一镜头采集光线的一侧,所述镜头保护膜包括至少一基层、一缓冲层以及一保护层,所述基层包括一主体部及由所述主体部延伸形成的一第一手柄,所述主体部与所述镜头相邻并接触,所述主体部及所述缓冲层设置有使所述镜头裸露的开口。

于一实施例中,所述保护层设置于所述缓冲层远离所述基层一侧,所述保护层覆盖所述开口。
于一实施例中,所述保护层设置于所述基层与所述缓冲层之间,所述保护层覆盖所述开口,所述保护层为弹性可形变材料。
于一实施例中,所述保护膜为透明材料,所述保护膜的透光率大于80%。
于一实施例中,所述镜头保护膜还包括一防焊层,所述防焊层可剥离的设置于所述镜头保护膜远离所述镜头的最外侧。
于一实施例中,所述防焊层包括一第二手柄,所述第二手柄位于所述防焊层的边缘。
于一实施例中,所述镜头保护膜可剥离的设置于所述镜头一侧,所述基层为绝缘材料。
于一实施例中,所述镜头保护膜还包括一绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述缓冲层远离所述基层一侧并与所述缓冲层通过粘胶粘结,所述基层与所述缓冲层通过粘胶粘结。
于一实施例中,所述镜头保护膜还包括一贴片,所述贴片的面积小于所述第一手柄的面积,所述贴片贴附于所述第一手柄一侧表面。
本发明的镜头保护膜将基层设置在靠近镜头的一侧,并在基层上设置第一手柄,在镜头保护膜的去除过程中,缓冲层及保护层不会撕裂,从而避免了碎屑的产生。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请所揭示的技术内容更加详尽与完备,可以参照附图以及本发明的下述各种具体实施例,附图中相同的标记代表相同或者相似的元件。然而,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,下文中所提供的实施例并非用来限制本发明所覆盖的范围。此外,附图仅仅用于示意性地加以说明,并未依照其实际尺寸按比例进行绘制。
下面参照附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。
第一实施例
如图1所示,为本发明的镜头保护膜10贴附于镜头20时的示意图。镜头20可以为适用于移动终端的图像采集元件,镜头20的至少部分元件较其他元件呈凸起状结构,镜头保护膜10存在一容置结构,当镜头保护膜10贴附于镜头20上时,镜头20的凸起状结构容置于镜头保护膜10的容置结构中。
如图2所示,为本发明第一实施例的镜头保护膜10的分解示意图。镜头保护膜10包括依次层叠设置的基层11、缓冲层13、绝缘层15、保护层16以及防焊层18。镜头保护膜10还包括粘胶层12,基层11与缓冲层13通过粘胶层12粘结,缓冲层13与绝缘层15通过粘胶层12粘结。镜头保护膜10还包括贴片17,贴片17贴附于基层11一侧。基层11、粘胶层12、缓冲层13以及绝缘层15对应镜头凸起状结构的部分均设置有开口,基层11、粘胶层12、缓冲层13以及绝缘层15的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,基层11、粘胶层12、缓冲层13以及绝缘层15的开口完全重叠以构成容置结构。
基层11包括主体部111以及第一手柄112,第一手柄112由主体部111延伸形成,即,第一手柄112与主体部111之间紧密连接,第一手柄112与主体部111可作为同一个受力主体,通过拉拽第一手柄112可以将镜头保护膜10从镜头20上剥离。基层11的开口位于主体部111上,主体部111与镜头20相邻并接触,第一手柄112不与镜头20接触。基层11可具备静电屏蔽或静电防护的能力,基层11可为绝缘材料,例如硅胶(Si)。基层11可以为柔性材料或非柔性材料,在本实施例中,基层11为柔性材料,其具有可挠性和延展性,基层11的材料可以为有机物,如硅胶(Si)材料,聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene naphthalate two formic acid glycol ester,PEN)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene glycol terephthalate,PET)。在其他实施例中,基层11还可为非柔性材料,其具备一定的刚性,基层11可以为二氧化硅(SiO2)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)。
缓冲层13设置于基层11远离镜头20一侧,于一实施例中,缓冲层13对应基层11的主体部111设置,缓冲层13的开口与基层11的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,缓冲层13的开口与基层11的开口完全重叠。缓冲层13相对其他层具有较大的厚度及较好的弹性系数,缓冲层13使镜头保护膜10具备良好的抗压及抗冲击能力,对镜头20提供良好的物理防护。于一实施例中,缓冲层13可以为泡棉,在其他实施例中,缓冲层13还可以为其他有机物(如环氧树脂)或无机物(如硅胶)。
绝缘层15设置于缓冲层13远离基层11一侧,于一实施例中,缓绝缘层15对应基层11的主体部111设置,缓冲层13的开口与绝缘层15的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,缓冲层13的开口与绝缘层15的开口完全重叠。绝缘层15具有较差的导电性能或不具备导电性能,绝缘层15可以为绝缘胶类。
于一实施例中,粘胶层12设置于基层11与缓冲层13及缓冲层13与绝缘层15之间,在其他实施例中,粘胶层12可设置于其他元件之间以增强各元件之间的接着力。粘胶层12具备粘附能力,粘胶层12的材料可以为包含环氧树脂(Epoxide resin)、聚酯纤维(polyester fibre)、丙烯酸树脂(Acrylic resin)、聚氨酯(polyurethane)、不饱和聚酯以及有机硅胶中的至少一种的粘胶。
保护层16设置于绝缘层15远离缓冲层13一侧,保护层16完全覆盖基层11、粘胶层12、缓冲层13以及绝缘层15的开口所对应的区域。保护层16为透明材料,其具有较高的光透过率,于一实施例中,保护层16的光透过率大于或等于80%,在其他实施例中,保护层16的光透过率大于93%。可以理解的,保护层16的光透过率越高则镜头保护膜10在镜头20的光学测试过程中对镜头20的影响越小。
于一实施例中,防焊层18可剥离的设置于镜头保护膜10远离镜头20的最外侧,在本实施例中,防焊层18设置于保护层16远离绝缘层15一侧。防焊层18包括一设置于其边缘的第二手柄182,通过拉拽第二手柄182可以将防焊层18由镜头保护膜10上剥离。防焊层18可用于防止在对于镜头20的焊接制程中所产生的焊花掉落在保护层16上对其造成损伤、并影响镜头20的光学测试,在完成焊接后,防焊层18可选择性的被剥离。于一实施例中,防焊层18为本身具备轻微粘附能力的材料,防焊层18无需通过额外的粘胶与镜头保护膜10中的其他元件粘结,从而尽量减小防焊层18在剥离过程中对其他相邻元件表面所产生的影响。
于一实施例中,镜头保护膜10还包括一贴片17,贴片17的面积小于第一手柄112的面积,贴片17贴附于第一手柄112一侧表面用于加固第一手柄112,避免第一手柄112在拉拽过程中发生断裂。
第二实施例
如图1所示,为本发明的镜头保护膜30贴附于镜头20时的示意图。镜头20可以为适用于移动终端的图像采集元件,镜头20的至少部分元件较其他元件呈凸起状结构,镜头保护膜30存在一容置结构,当镜头保护膜30贴附于镜头20上时,镜头20的凸起状结构容置于镜头保护膜30的容置结构中。
如图3所示,为本发明第二实施例的镜头保护膜30的分解示意图。镜头保护膜30包括依次层叠设置的基层31、保护层36、缓冲层33、绝缘层35以及防焊层38。镜头保护膜30还包括粘胶层32,基层31与保护层36通过粘胶层32粘结,缓冲层33与绝缘层35通过粘胶层32粘结。镜头保护膜30还包括贴片37,贴片37贴附于基层31一侧。基层31、粘胶层32、缓冲层33以及绝缘层35对应镜头凸起状结构的部分均设置有开口,基层31、粘胶层32、缓冲层33以及绝缘层35的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,基层31、粘胶层32、缓冲层33以及绝缘层35的开口完全重叠以构成容置结构。
基层31包括主体部311以及第一手柄312,第一手柄312由主体部311延伸形成,即,第一手柄312与主体部311之间紧密连接,第一手柄312与主体部311可作为同一个受力主体,通过拉拽第一手柄312可以将镜头保护膜30从镜头20上剥离。基层31的开口位于主体部311上,主体部311与镜头20相邻并接触,第一手柄312不与镜头20接触。基层31可具备静电屏蔽或静电防护的能力,基层31可为绝缘材料,例如硅胶(Si)。基层31可以为柔性材料或非柔性材料,在本实施例中,基层31为柔性材料,其具有可挠性和延展性,基层31的材料可以为有机物,如硅胶(Si)材料,聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene naphthalate two formic acid glycol ester,PEN)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene glycol terephthalate,PET)。在其他实施例中,基层31还可为非柔性材料,其具备一定的刚性,基层31可以为二氧化硅(SiO2)或聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)。
保护层36设置于基层31远离镜头20一侧,保护层36完全覆盖基层31的开口所对应的区域。保护层36为透明材料,其具有较高的光透过率,于一实施例中,保护层36的光透过率大于或等于80%,在其他实施例中,保护层36的光透过率大于93%。可以理解的,保护层36的光透过率越高则镜头保护膜30在镜头20的光学测试过程中对镜头20的影响越小。如图4所示,为本发明第二实施例的镜头保护膜30贴附于镜头20时的剖视示意图,在本实施例中,保护层36为弹性材料,其具备较高的弹性系数和较好的形变能力,当镜头保护膜30贴附于镜头20时,保护层36对应开口的至少部分会贴附于镜头的凸起状结构的至少一表面上,保护层36会根据镜头20进入容置结构的深度发生形变。
缓冲层33设置于保护层36远离基层31一侧,于一实施例中,缓冲层33对应基层31的主体部111设置,缓冲层33的开口与基层31的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,缓冲层33的开口与基层11的开口完全重叠。缓冲层33相对其他层具有较大的厚度、及具有较好的弹性系数,缓冲层33使镜头保护膜30具备良好的抗压及抗冲击能力,对镜头20提供良好的物理防护。于一实施例中,缓冲层33可以为泡棉,在其他实施例中,缓冲层33还可以为其他有机物(如环氧树脂)或无机物(如硅胶)。
绝缘层35设置于缓冲层33远离基层31一侧,于一实施例中,缓绝缘层35对应基层31的主体部311设置,缓冲层33的开口与绝缘层35的开口至少部分重叠,在本实施例中,缓冲层33的开口与绝缘层35的开口完全重叠。绝缘层35具有较差的导电性能或不具备导电性能,绝缘层35可以为绝缘胶类。
于一实施例中,粘胶层32设置于基层31与保护层36及缓冲层33与绝缘层35之间,在其他实施例中,粘胶层32可设置于其他元件之间以增强各元件之间的接着力。粘胶层32具备粘附能力,粘胶层32的材料可以为包含环氧树脂(Epoxide resin)、聚酯纤维(polyester fibre)、丙烯酸树脂(Acrylic resin)、聚氨酯(polyurethane)、不饱和聚酯以及有机硅胶中的至少一种的粘胶。
于一实施例中,防焊层38可剥离的设置于镜头保护膜30远离镜头20的最外侧,在本实施例中,防焊层38设置于绝缘层35远离缓冲层33一侧。防焊层38包括一设置于其边缘的第二手柄382,通过拉拽第二手柄382可以将防焊层38由镜头保护膜30上剥离。防焊层38可用于防止在对于镜头20的焊接制程中所产生的焊花掉落在保护层36上对其造成损伤并影响镜头20的光学测试,在完成焊接后,防焊层38可选择性的被剥离。于一实施例中,防焊层38为本身具备轻微粘附能力的材料,防焊层38无需通过额外的粘胶与镜头保护膜30中的其他元件粘结,从而尽量减小防焊层38在剥离过程中对其他相邻元件表面所产生的影响。
于一实施例中,镜头保护膜30还包括一贴片37,贴片37的面积小于第一手柄312的面积,贴片37贴附于第一手柄312一侧表面用于加固第一手柄312,避免第一手柄312在拉拽过程中发生断裂。
本发明的镜头保护膜30,将基层31设置在靠近镜头20的一侧,并在基层31上设置第一手柄312,在镜头保护膜30的剥离过程中,缓冲层33及保护层36收到远离镜头20方向的推力而非拉力,且最靠近镜头20的基层31此时也与镜头20分离,从而避免了缓冲层33及保护层36受到远离镜头20方向的拉力及来自镜头20方向的拉力而发生破裂,从而避免了碎屑的产生。且,通过使用具有较高光透过率的保护层36,使得镜头20在贴附有镜头保护膜30的情况下依然可以进行有效的光学测试,起到简化流程、降低成本的作用。再者,通过在镜头保护膜30远离镜头的最外侧设置防焊层38,避免了焊花对保护层36的损坏,进一步提升镜头20光学测试的精度。
上文中,参照附图描述了本发明的具体实施方式。但是,本领域中的普通技术人员能够理解,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以对本发明的具体实施方式作各种变更和替换。这些变更和替换都落在本发明权利要求书所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种镜头保护膜,所述镜头保护膜贴附于一镜头采集光线的一侧,其特征在于,所述镜头保护膜包括至少一基层、一缓冲层以及一保护层,所述基层包括一主体部及由所述主体部延伸形成的一第一手柄,所述主体部与所述镜头相邻并接触,所述主体部及所述缓冲层设置有使所述镜头裸露的开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述缓冲层及所述保护层位于所述基层远离所述镜头一侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述保护层设置于所述缓冲层远离所述基层一侧,所述保护层覆盖所述开口。
4.如权利要求2所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述保护层设置于所述基层与所述缓冲层之间,所述保护层覆盖所述开口,所述保护层为弹性可形变材料。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述保护膜为透明材料,所述保护膜的透光率大于80%。
6.如权利要求3或4所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述镜头保护膜还包括一防焊层,所述防焊层可剥离的设置于所述镜头保护膜远离所述镜头的最外侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述防焊层包括一第二手柄,所述第二手柄位于所述防焊层的边缘。
8.如权利要求1所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述镜头保护膜可剥离的设置于所述镜头一侧,所述基层为绝缘材料。
9.如权利要求8所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述镜头保护膜还包括一绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述缓冲层远离所述基层一侧并与所述缓冲层通过粘胶粘结,所述基层与所述缓冲层通过粘胶粘结。
10.如权利要求1所述的镜头保护膜,其特征在于:所述镜头保护膜还包括一贴片,所述贴片的面积小于所述第一手柄的面积,所述贴片贴附于所述第一手柄一侧表面。
