一种防堵料的混凝土搅拌装置，包括上部容纳腔和下部容纳腔，上部容纳腔包括内层和外层，内层与外层之间设有加热装置；下部容纳腔上设有支撑柱，支撑柱底端连接滚轮，下部容纳腔底部可拆卸连接卸料管(6)，卸料管上设有阀门(7)，下部容纳腔的内设置有搅拌拢(8)，搅拌拢(8)的下端设有旋转驱动装置(10)，旋转驱动装置(10)与电动机(11)连接；上部容纳腔外壁设有太阳能电池板(8)，支撑柱上设有蓄电池(9)和探照灯(12)，加热装置、太阳能电池板、探照灯均分别与蓄电池连接。本发明解决了料斗出料口容易堵料的问题，解决混凝土卸料不好控制和料斗内的混凝土在冬天容易冻结的问题，同时能有效照亮混凝土料斗的工作区域。

本发明属于建筑设备技术领域，具体涉及一种防堵料的混凝土搅拌装置。
背景技术
现有的混凝土搅拌装置，当料斗内装满砂石后，砂石容易在落料口成拱而不落料；或者在料斗的斜坡上砂石堆积，使料斗有效容积减少，不能充分发挥储料斗的储料功能；现有的混凝土料斗还存在混凝土卸料不好控制和在料斗运输中料斗内的混凝土在冬天容易冻结的问题；另外，由于有些工地需要晚上加班施工，往往工地上只有一两个探照灯，在混凝土料斗操作时看不清，会导致工作效率低，长期在灯光不足的环境下工作，工人的视力容易下降。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防堵料的混凝土搅拌装置，该装置可以解决料斗的出料口容易堵料的问题，解决混凝土卸料不好控制、不方便和在料斗运输中料斗内的混凝土在冬天容易冻结的问题，同时能有效照亮混凝土料斗的工作区域，方便工人操作。
为实现上述目的，一种防堵料的混凝土搅拌装置，包括上部容纳腔和与上部容纳腔相连的下部容纳腔，所述上部容纳腔包括内层和外层，所述内层与外层之间设有加热装置，上部容纳腔上安装有过滤装置；所述下部容纳腔上设有若干个高度可调的支撑柱，每个支撑柱底端连接滚轮，所述下部容纳腔底部可拆卸连接卸料管，卸料管上设有阀门；下部容纳腔的内设置有搅拌拢，搅拌拢的下端设有旋转驱动装置，旋转驱动装置与电动机连接；所述上部容纳腔外壁设有太阳能电池板，所述支撑柱上设有蓄电池和探照灯，所述加热装置、太阳能电池板、探照灯均分别与蓄电池连接。

与现有技术相比，本发明通过在下部容纳腔上设有若干个高度可调的支撑柱，每个支撑柱底端连接滚轮，这样在浇筑混凝土时，料斗移动起来非常方便；通过在下部容纳腔底部安装可拆卸连接卸料管，卸料管上设有阀门，这样卸料的时候很方便，也可以很好的控制卸料速度；通过在上部容纳腔内设有加热装置，在冬天运输和浇筑混凝土的过程，可以防止混凝土冻结；通过在下部容纳腔内设置搅拌拢，可防止砂石将落料口堵塞，提高生产效率；通过在支撑柱上设置的探照灯结构简单，合理，可以有效照亮混凝土料斗的工作区域，方便工人操作，工作效率高；通过上部容纳腔外壁设有太阳能电池板，这样可以充分利用太阳能，为蓄电池供电，节约了能源。

在浇筑混凝土时，工人可以根据自身的身高调节支撑柱3的高度，可以通过滚轮4来移动料斗，非常省力；在卸料时，可以通过阀门7控制卸料的速度；由于上部容纳腔1包括内层1-1和外层1-2，内层1-1和外层1-2之间设有加热装置5，在冬天运输和浇筑混凝土的过程中，可以防止混凝土冻结；由于在下部容纳腔2内设置有搅拌拢8，可防止砂石将落料口堵塞，提高生产效率；由于在支撑柱3上设置的探照灯12结构简单，合理，可以有效照亮混凝土料斗的工作区域，方便工人操作，工作效率高，由于上部容纳腔1外壁设有太阳能电池板8，这样可以充分利用太阳能，为蓄电池9供电，节约了能源。
