When the key group 2 is in the second position, a pad 3 for heightening the height of the key group 2 is provided below the key group 2. The position of the saw disc 1 is fixed and the key set 2 is in the first position when the key set 2 is placed directly in the holder. At this time, since the key 21 is at a low level, the saw disc 1 cannot be sawn to the key 21, and thus only the key sheet 22 is sawn. The base plate 3 is firstly placed in the fixture, then the key group 2 is placed above the base plate 3, the height of the key group 2 is increased, the height of the keys 21 is also increased, and at the moment, the saw disc 1 can saw the keys 21.
The embodiment further includes a first air compressor 4, where the first air compressor 4 is provided with a first presser finger 41, and the first air compressor 4 is configured to drive the first presser finger 41 to press the key set 2 downward. The clamp and the air compressor can ensure that the key set 2 is stable in other positions except the height, so that the saw disc 1 can be aligned with the gap of the key sheet 22.

the base plate 3 is placed in a clamp of the machine table 6, the key set 2 is placed above the base plate 3, so that the key set 2 is located at a second position, the height of the key 21 corresponds to that of the saw disc 1, the key set 2 is pressed downwards through the first pressing palm 41 of the first air compressor 4, the key set 2 is pressed on two sides through the second pressing palm of the second air compressor 5, then a push plate on the machine table 6 is pushed forwards, the saw disc 1 saw the key 21, and the push plate automatically withdraws after sawing is completed.
