the underframe welding mechanism comprises a first driving device 100 and an arc welding mechanical arm 200, wherein a mounting frame 300 is arranged at the driving end of the first driving device, a fourth station 304 is arranged on the mounting frame, a seat underframe fixing device 700 is arranged in the fourth station, and the arc welding free end of the arc welding mechanical arm corresponds to the contact position of each workpiece on the seat underframe fixing device; The welding equipment shown in fig. 1 comprises a first driving device 100 and an arc welding mechanical arm 200, wherein a mounting frame 300 is arranged at the driving end of the first driving device, a first station 301, a second station 302, a third station 303 and a fourth station 304 are arranged on the mounting frame, the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station are distributed on the mounting frame in a rectangular shape, a seat i-shaped frame fixing device 400, a seat frame fixing device 500, a seat driving tube frame fixing device 600 and a seat underframe fixing device 700 are respectively arranged in the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station, and the arc welding mechanical arm has arc welding free ends corresponding to the contact positions of workpieces on the seat i-shaped frame fixing device, the seat driving tube frame fixing device and the seat underframe fixing device.
The welding equipment shown in fig. 1 comprises a first driving device 100 and an arc welding mechanical arm 200, wherein a mounting frame 300 is arranged at the driving end of the first driving device, a first station 301, a second station 302, a third station 303 and a fourth station 304 are arranged on the mounting frame, the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station are distributed on the mounting frame in a rectangular shape, a seat I-shaped frame fixing device 400 shown in fig. 3 and 7, a seat frame fixing device 500 shown in fig. 2 and 6, a seat driving tube frame fixing device 600 shown in fig. 4 and 8 and a seat bottom frame fixing device 700 shown in fig. 5 and 9 are respectively arranged in the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station, the arc welding free ends of the arc welding mechanical arms respectively correspond to the contact positions of workpieces on the seat I-shaped frame fixing device, the seat frame fixing device, the seat driving pipe frame fixing device and the seat bottom frame fixing device. According to the invention, the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station which are distributed in a rectangular shape are arranged on the mounting frame, and the seat I-shaped frame fixing device, the seat frame fixing device, the seat driving pipe frame fixing device and the seat bottom frame fixing device are respectively arranged on the corresponding stations; the invention aims at the positions to be welded on the corresponding fixing devices by arranging the arc welding mechanical arms according to the program set by the computer, and the whole welding process is automatically finished by the arc welding mechanical arms after the workpieces are fixed on the corresponding fixing devices, compared with the manual one-by-one welding in the prior art, the invention has the characteristics of accurate welding position welding, reliable welding quality, higher welding efficiency and lower welding labor intensity, after the workpieces to be welded on two stations at the side of the arc welding mechanical arms are welded, the workpieces to be welded on the other two stations can be brought into the welding range of the arc welding mechanical arms only by driving the mounting frame to rotate 180 degrees by the first driving device, the arc welding mechanical arms weld the corresponding positions according to the set program, and the workpieces are arc-welded to the opposite sides of the arc welding mechanical arms by the first driving device after the welding of the workpieces is finished, and manually taking down the welded iron frame, and then fixing the workpiece to be welded on the fixing position of the corresponding fixing device again, and repeating the steps to accurately and efficiently weld.
The mounting frame is provided with a second driving device 305 and a third driving device 306 in parallel, a second driving shaft of the second driving device is fixedly connected with two fixing devices in parallel, and a third driving shaft of the third driving device is fixedly connected with the other two fixing devices in parallel. According to the invention, the second driving device and the third driving device are arranged on the mounting frame side by side, and can respectively control the overturning of the fixing devices on the two stations on the corresponding side, so that a worker can know the working condition of the whole fixing device in real time, when an iron frame formed after welding is abnormal, the worker can find a problem in time by controlling the overturning of the corresponding fixing device, the problem place can be maintained in time, the fixed position preparation of a workpiece on the related fixing device is ensured, and the quality of the welded iron frame is qualified.
The first driving device is composed of a first driving motor and a first driving shaft 101 arranged at the driving end of the first driving motor, and the first driving shaft is fixedly connected with the mounting frame; the second driving device is composed of a second driving motor 3051 and a second driving shaft 3052 arranged at the driving end of the second driving motor, and the second driving motor is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame; the third driving device is composed of a third driving motor 3061 and a third driving shaft 3062 arranged at the driving end of the third driving motor, and the third driving motor is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame. The first driving device, the second driving device and the third driving device are all composed of the driving motor and the driving shaft, and the driving mechanism is simple in structure, low in cost and good in driving stability.
The seat I-shaped frame fixing device comprises a second mounting plate 401, the second mounting plate is fixedly connected with a second driving shaft or a third driving shaft, four third fixing blocks 402 are arranged on the second mounting plate, the four third fixing blocks are distributed on the second mounting plate in a rectangular shape, third limiting grooves 4021 are arranged on the third fixing blocks, third limiting holes are formed in the third fixing blocks, third supporting rod pieces 403 shown in figure 13 are placed in the third limiting grooves on the same side, two end portions of each third supporting rod piece are placed in the corresponding third limiting grooves, fourth limiting holes are formed in the positions, close to the two end portions, of each third supporting rod piece, and each fourth limiting hole corresponds to the third limiting hole in the corresponding position; at least two second push-pull type quick clamps 404 are arranged on the second mounting plate, the second push-pull type quick clamps correspond to the third fixing blocks on the two sides respectively, and a second push-pull rod 4041 of each second push-pull type quick clamp is matched with the corresponding third limiting hole and the corresponding fourth limiting hole; at least two fourth fixed blocks 405 are arranged on the second mounting plate, the fourth fixed blocks are located between the two third support rods, the arrangement direction of the two fourth fixed blocks is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the two third fixed blocks on the same side, a fourth limiting groove 4051 is arranged on the fourth fixed blocks, a fourth support rod 406 is placed in the fourth limiting groove, and two ends of the fourth support rod are respectively in contact with the third support rods in corresponding positions. The second mounting plate provides mounting positions for all parts in the corresponding device and serves as a mounting platform; the four third fixing blocks which are arranged in a rectangular shape provide mounting positions for two third support rod pieces of the seat I-shaped frame, and a third limiting groove on each third fixing block is matched with the shape of each third support rod piece, so that the third support rod pieces cannot shake in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the notch of each third limiting groove; the two second push-pull type quick clamps correspond to the third fixed blocks on the corresponding sides of the two third support rod pieces, and the second push-pull rods of the second push-pull type quick clamps are matched and locked with the fourth limiting holes at corresponding positions, so that the third support rod pieces cannot move in the direction towards the notches of the third limiting grooves; the third limiting groove and the second push-pull type quick clamp cooperate to ensure stable parallel positioning of the two third support rod pieces on the second mounting plate; the installation position of a fourth support rod piece of the seat I-shaped frame is provided by arranging at least two fourth fixed blocks, the arrangement direction of all the fourth fixed blocks is vertical to the third support rod piece, the shape of a fourth limiting groove on each fourth fixed block is matched with that of the fourth support rod piece, so that the fourth support rod piece cannot shake in the direction vertical to the direction of the notch of the fourth limiting groove, the length of the fourth support rod piece is that after the fourth support rod piece is placed in the fourth limiting groove, two end parts of the fourth support rod piece are just contacted with the third support rod piece at the corresponding end, and after the installation, the end part of the fourth support rod piece is just aligned with the middle position of the third support rod piece, so that the fourth support rod piece cannot move in the direction of the notch of the fourth limiting groove; the third limiting groove and the two third support rods cooperate to ensure that one fourth support rod is stably positioned in each horizontal direction of the second mounting plate; after each workpiece is accurately fixed, the workpiece corresponds to the program control welding point position of the arc welding mechanical arm, and the seat I-shaped frame formed after the fixing device and the arc welding mechanical arm are cooperatively welded has the characteristics of accurate welding point, reliable quality, higher welding efficiency and lower labor intensity. Preferably, there are two fourth fixing blocks, and the two fourth fixing blocks correspond to positions near the two end portions after the fourth support rod is installed. The third support rod piece and the fourth support rod piece can be solid steel rods or hollow steel rods.
A fourth quick clamp 407 is arranged on the second mounting plate, and a clamping end of the fourth quick clamp corresponds to the fourth support rod. The fourth presss from both sides fast and can prevent that fourth support rod piece from taking place to rock in the vertical direction of second mounting panel.
At least one fourth jacking air rod 408 is arranged on the second mounting plate, and the fourth jacking air rod corresponds to the third support rod and/or the fourth support rod. After the welding work of the third supporting rod and the fourth supporting rod is completed and all locking is released, the manual air valve switch on the second mounting plate is pulled, the fourth jacking air rod can jack the whole seat I-shaped frame, the seat I-shaped frame is automatically separated from the seat I-shaped frame fixing device, the seat I-shaped frame does not need to be manually pulled up from the corresponding groove position by personnel, the labor is saved, and the personnel only need to take down the seat I-shaped frame jacked up by the fourth jacking air rod.
The number of the fourth jacking air rods is four, the four fourth jacking air rods are distributed on the second mounting plate in a rectangular mode, and the fourth jacking air rods correspond to the third supporting rod pieces and/or the fourth supporting rod pieces. The four fourth jacking air rods which are distributed in a rectangular mode can uniformly stress all parts of the whole seat I-shaped frame, and the seat I-shaped frame is guaranteed to be jacked smoothly without being clamped in the corresponding groove position.
The fourth fixed block is V-shaped, the V-shaped tip of the fourth fixed block points to the third support rod piece on the corresponding side, and the fourth limiting groove is located at the position of the V-shaped tip on the fourth fixed block. The V-shaped tip of the V-shaped fourth fixed block points to the middle position of the third support rod piece on the corresponding side, so that the end position of the fourth support rod piece can contact the middle position of the third support rod piece after the fourth support rod piece is placed in the fourth limiting groove.

The upper surface of the fourth support rod piece is flush with the upper surface of the third support rod piece, so that the appearance of the seat I-shaped frame formed after welding is more attractive.
The second push-pull type quick clamp has four, and the positions of the four second push-pull type quick clamps on the second mounting plate correspond to four third fixing blocks. The stability of the third support rod piece fixed in the third limiting groove is better.
The seat frame fixing device comprises a first mounting plate 501, the first mounting plate is fixedly connected with a second driving shaft or a third driving shaft, a first rod driving cylinder 502 and a first fixing plate 503 are fixedly arranged on the first mounting plate, the driving direction of the first rod driving cylinder is perpendicular to the vertical plane where the first fixing plate is located, a first driving rod 5021 of the first rod driving cylinder penetrates through the inside of the first fixing plate, the first driving rod of the first rod driving cylinder is arranged in a telescopic manner relative to the first fixing plate, a first support piece 5022 is arranged at the end part of the first driving rod of the first rod driving cylinder, first concave parts 5023 are arranged at two ends of the first support piece, and a first connecting piece 504 is placed in each first concave part; The extending direction of the first partition board is the same as the direction of the notch of the second limiting groove. The first partition plate is used for supporting the second rod piece and providing a placing position for the second rod piece, and the first partition plate is matched with the two first clamping plates to realize positioning and fixing of the two first mounting pieces.

The top of the second rod piece is flush with the top surface of the high section of the third rod piece, and one end of the second rod piece close to the third rod piece is contacted with the high bending part of the third rod piece. The top of the second rod piece is flush with the top surface of the high section of the third rod piece, so that the appearance of the seat frame formed after welding is more attractive; the contact position of the high-position bent parts of the second rod piece and the third rod piece is a welding point.

The horizontal section of the sixth fixed block is in a right trapezoid shape, and one side, far away from the fifth fixed block, of the sixth fixed block is an inclined plane. The sixth fixing block is designed to be in a right trapezoid shape in horizontal cross section, and compared with a rectangular shape, the material is saved while the same fixing effect is achieved.
The number of fifth defined blocks in the set of fifth defined blocks is at least one. Two fifth push-pull type quick clamps 616 are arranged on the third mounting plate, a fifth push-pull rod 6161 of each fifth push-pull type quick clamp is opposite to the side face of the fifth rod piece, and the fifth push-pull type quick clamps are respectively arranged on two sides of the fifth mounting block. The two fifth push-pull type quick clamps are used as subsidiary functions, hole positions are arranged on the side faces of the fifth rod pieces and in positions corresponding to the push-pull rods of the fifth push-pull type quick clamps, and the fifth push-pull type quick clamps can enable the fifth rod pieces to be installed in the fifth limiting grooves to be better in stability.
