When the welding work of the seat frame is completed, after all locking is released, the manual air valve switch on the first mounting plate is pulled, the second jacking air rod jacks up the whole seat frame, the seat frame is automatically separated from the seat frame fixing device, the seat frame is not required to be manually pulled up from the corresponding groove position by personnel, the labor is saved, and the personnel only need to take down the seat frame jacked up by the second jacking air rod.
The extending direction of the first partition board is the same as the direction of the notch of the second limiting groove. The first partition plate is used for supporting the second rod piece and providing a placing position for the second rod piece, and the first partition plate is matched with the two first clamping plates to realize positioning and fixing of the two first mounting pieces.
A sixth quick clamp 522 is arranged on the first clamping plate far away from the first driving rod, and the clamping end of the sixth quick clamp corresponds to the upper surface of the first partition plate. According to the invention, the two parallel fifth supporting parts are used for supporting the sixth plate, and the structure of the sixth fixing hole matched with the sixth plug connector is used for limiting the sixth plate, so that the sixth plate cannot move relative to the fifth supporting parts, the sixth plate can be stably placed on the fifth supporting parts, and the stability of subsequent welding is ensured.
The orientation of the fifth fixing hole is perpendicular to the orientation of the fifth fixing groove. The fifth fixing hole plays a role of a positioning standard for the fifth plate, when the fifth locking hole at the end of the fifth plate is aligned with the fifth fixing hole, namely when the mounting position of the fifth plate in the fifth fixing groove and the sixth fixing groove is determined, namely when the position to be welded is determined.
The horizontal section of the sixth fixed block is in a right trapezoid shape, and one side, far away from the fifth fixed block, of the sixth fixed block is an inclined plane. The sixth fixing block is designed to be in a right trapezoid shape in horizontal cross section, and compared with a rectangular shape, the material is saved while the same fixing effect is achieved.
The number of fifth defined blocks in the set of fifth defined blocks is at least one. More preferably, the number of the fifth limiting blocks is two, and the two fifth limiting blocks are located at positions close to the two ends of the fifth rod relative to the fifth rod, so that the two fifth limiting blocks can play a role in stably supporting the fifth rod.

The notch of the fifth mounting groove faces to be perpendicular to the fifth rod piece, and the notch of the fifth mounting groove faces to the middle position of the fifth rod piece.
The upper surface of the fifth pipe is flush with the upper surface of the fifth rod. The upper surface of the fifth pipe fitting is flush with the upper surface of the fifth rod piece, so that the appearance of the seat driving pipe frame formed after welding is more attractive; the position where the fifth pipe member contacts the fifth rod member is a welding point.
And a sixth air cylinder 615 is arranged on the third mounting plate, a sixth air clamp 6151 is arranged at the driving end of the sixth air cylinder, and the position of the sixth air clamp corresponds to the position of the fifth mounting groove. The sixth cylinder drives the sixth air clamp to clamp and loosen, so that the fifth pipe fitting in the fifth mounting groove is always in good contact with the fifth rod piece, and the fifth pipe fitting cannot shake in the vertical direction in the fifth mounting groove under the clamping action of the sixth air clamp.
Two fifth push-pull type quick clamps 616 are arranged on the third mounting plate, a fifth push-pull rod 6161 of each fifth push-pull type quick clamp is opposite to the side face of the fifth rod piece, and the fifth push-pull type quick clamps are respectively arranged on two sides of the fifth mounting block. The two fifth push-pull type quick clamps are used as subsidiary functions, hole positions are arranged on the side faces of the fifth rod pieces and in positions corresponding to the push-pull rods of the fifth push-pull type quick clamps, and the fifth push-pull type quick clamps can enable the fifth rod pieces to be installed in the fifth limiting grooves to be better in stability.
The sixth plug connector is a sixth plug pin.
A fifth quick clamp 617 is arranged on the third mounting plate, a fifth clamping block 6171 is rotatably arranged at the clamping end of the fifth quick clamp, and the fifth clamping block corresponds to the sixth plate. The fifth clamping block that rotates the setting can contact with one or two sixth slab simultaneously, and under the clamping-action of fifth quick clamp, any rotation can not take place again for the sixth slab on the fifth supporting part, better assurance between sixth plug connector and the sixth locking hole stability in the welding.
The seat underframe fixing device comprises a fourth mounting plate 701, the fourth mounting plate is fixedly connected with the second driving shaft or the third driving shaft, and two seventh clamping cylinders 702 are arranged on the fourth mounting plate; a seventh through hole 703 is formed in the fourth mounting plate close to the seventh clamping cylinder, a seventh mounting block 704 is arranged on the hole wall of the seventh through hole, the direction of the seventh mounting block is the same as the clamping direction of the seventh clamping cylinder, the seventh mounting block is positioned between the two seventh clamping cylinders, and a seventh connecting piece 705 shown in fig. 19 is placed on the seventh mounting block; the fourth mounting plate is provided with two eighth mounting blocks 706 which are positioned at two sides of the seventh through hole, the arrangement direction of the two eighth mounting blocks is parallel to the arrangement direction of the two seventh clamping cylinders, the eighth mounting block is provided with an eighth mounting groove 7061 in which an eighth rod 707 shown in fig. 17 is placed, the bottom surface of the eighth rod is in contact with the upper surface of the seventh connecting piece, and the side surface of the eighth rod close to the seventh clamping cylinder is in movable butt joint with the clamping end of the seventh clamping cylinder; the eighth rod piece is provided with eighth angle pieces 708 at positions close to the two end parts; a tenth rod 709 is placed on the seventh mounting block, the tenth rod is parallel to the eighth rod, and the tenth rod is in contact with the eighth rod; A seventh clamping block 7021 is arranged at the clamping end of the seventh clamping cylinder, and is of a step structure; the height of the upper surface of the seventh mounting block is not lower than that of the low step surface of the seventh clamping block; and the side surface of the eighth rod piece close to the seventh clamping cylinder is movably butted with the step vertical surface of the seventh clamping block. The step facade of the seventh clamping block can play a role in pushing the eighth rod piece, and the low step surface of the seventh clamping block can properly support the tenth rod piece after penetrating through the eighth rod piece, so that the tenth rod piece is prevented from inclining in the welding process.
The seventh connecting piece is in the shape of a U-shaped groove and buckled on the seventh mounting block. The seventh connector is designed in the shape of a U-shaped slot, which is adopted according to the actual requirements of the seat underframe.
Be equipped with two eighth quick clamps 720 on the fourth mounting panel, the exposed core that the eighth quick clamp was located corresponds with the eighth flitch of relevant position. The eighth quick clamp can guarantee that the eighth gusset is stably installed at the position close to the end on the eighth rod piece.
The top surface of the seventh mounting piece is flush with the upper surfaces of the eighth rod piece and the tenth rod piece; the upper surface of the ninth pin is flush with the upper surface of the seventh pin. The top surface of the seventh mounting piece is flush with the upper surfaces of the eighth rod piece and the tenth rod piece, and the upper surface of the ninth rod piece is flush with the upper surface of the seventh rod piece, so that the appearance of the seat underframe formed after welding is more attractive; the contact positions of the seventh mounting piece, the eighth rod piece and the tenth rod piece and the contact positions of the ninth rod piece and the seventh rod piece are welding points.
The upper surface of the seventh supporting part is flush with the bottom surface of the seventh fixing groove. The seventh supporting portion and the seventh fixing groove can both support the seventh rod piece well.
Two seventh air clamps 721 are disposed on the fourth mounting plate, and the two seventh air clamps correspond to the two seventh supporting portions respectively. Under the clamping action of the seventh air clamp, the seventh rod piece cannot shake in the vertical direction in the seventh fixing groove.
Two seventh air rods 722 are arranged on the fourth mounting plate, and the bottom surfaces of the two seventh air rods correspond to the bottom surfaces of the two seventh rod pieces respectively. When the welding work of the seat bottom frame is completed and all locking is released, the manual air valve switch on the fourth mounting plate is pulled, the seventh air rod can jack up the whole seat bottom frame, the seat bottom frame is automatically separated from the seat bottom frame fixing device, the seat bottom frame is not required to be manually pulled up from the corresponding groove position by personnel, the manpower is saved, and the personnel only need to take down the seat bottom frame jacked up by the seventh air rod.
The bottom surface of the eighth supporting groove and the bottom surface of the seventh limiting groove are positioned on the same plane. The eighth supporting groove and the seventh limiting groove can stably support the ninth rod piece.
An eighth air clamp 7192 is arranged on the eighth supporting block, and a clamping end of the eighth air clamp corresponds to the eighth supporting groove. Under the clamping action of the eighth air clamp, the ninth rod piece cannot shake in the vertical direction in the seventh limiting groove.
A seventh quick clamp 723 is arranged on the fourth mounting plate, and a clamping end of the seventh quick clamp corresponds to the tenth rod piece. Under the clamping action of the seventh quick clamp, the tenth rod piece can be placed on the seventh mounting block more stably, and the tenth rod piece cannot jump in the vertical direction on the seventh mounting block.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
