The invention discloses a skin mesoderm repair liquid which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3-8 parts of ectoin; 52-6 parts of vitamin B; 2-6 parts of vitamin E; 5-10 parts of nicotinamide; 1-5 parts of micromolecule HA; 5-10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; 10-20 parts of normal saline. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3-8 parts of ectoin; 52-6 parts of vitamin B; 2-6 parts of vitamin E; 5-10 parts of nicotinamide; 1-5 parts of micromolecule HA; 5-10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; and mixing 10-20 parts of physiological saline together, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min until the physiological saline is completely dissolved, and reducing the rotating speed to 60rpm/min to ensure that the physiological saline is stirred until no bubbles exist, thus obtaining the skin mesoderm repairing liquid. The hydrolyzed animal placenta extract in the skin mesoderm repair liquid has unique regeneration characteristics, and has unique advantages in stem cell delivery, tissue engineering, wound healing and inflammation prevention compared with other decellularized tissues.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the hydrolyzed animal placenta extract in the skin mesoderm repair liquid has unique regeneration characteristics, and has unique advantages in stem cell delivery, tissue engineering, wound healing and inflammation prevention compared with other decellularized tissues.

The mucosa repairing agent is hydrolyzed animal placenta extract. The hydrolyzed animal placenta extract is hydrolyzed placenta extract of pig. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3-8 parts of ectoin; 52-6 parts of vitamin B; 2-6 parts of vitamin E; 5-10 parts of nicotinamide; 1-5 parts of micromolecule HA; 5-10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; and mixing 10-20 parts of physiological saline together, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min until the physiological saline is completely dissolved, and reducing the rotating speed to 60rpm/min to ensure that the physiological saline is stirred until no bubbles exist, thus obtaining the skin mesoderm repairing liquid.

The mucosa repairing agent is hydrolyzed animal placenta extract. The hydrolyzed animal placenta extract is hydrolyzed placenta extract of pig. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) 8 parts of polyethylene glycol; 5 parts of ectoin; 54 parts of vitamin B; 4 parts of vitamin E; 8 parts of nicotinamide; 3 parts of micromolecule HA; 8 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; and mixing 15 parts of normal saline together, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min until the normal saline is completely dissolved, and reducing the rotating speed to 60rpm/min to stir the mixture till no bubbles exist, thereby obtaining the skin mesoderm repairing liquid.
Example 3: the invention relates to a skin mesoderm repair liquid which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3 parts of ectoin; 56 parts of vitamin B; 2 parts of vitamin E; 10 parts of nicotinamide; 1 part of micromolecule HA; 10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; 10 parts of normal saline. The mucosa repairing agent is hydrolyzed animal placenta extract. The hydrolyzed animal placenta extract is hydrolyzed placenta extract of pig. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) 10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3 parts of ectoin; 56 parts of vitamin B; 2 parts of vitamin E; 10 parts of nicotinamide; 1 part of micromolecule HA; 10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; and mixing 10 parts of normal saline together, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min until the normal saline is completely dissolved, and reducing the rotating speed to 60rpm/min to stir the mixture till no bubbles exist, thereby obtaining the skin mesoderm repairing liquid.

5. The mesoderm repair liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the hydrolyzed animal placenta extract is hydrolyzed placenta extract of pig.

The method for preparing a skin mesoderm repair liquid according to claim 1, wherein: 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol; 3-8 parts of ectoin; 52-6 parts of vitamin B; 2-6 parts of vitamin E; 5-10 parts of nicotinamide; 1-5 parts of micromolecule HA; 5-10 parts of a mucosa repairing agent; and mixing 10-20 parts of physiological saline together, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be stirred at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min until the physiological saline is completely dissolved, and reducing the rotating speed to 60rpm/min to ensure that the physiological saline is stirred until no bubbles exist, thus obtaining the skin mesoderm repairing liquid.
