Description

3-color mark pen
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a 3-color marker, and more particularly, to a 3-color marker in which each of cores passes through the inside of a guide and is then drawn out through a hole formed at the lower end of a bobbin having a streamline curve formed from the upper portion to the lower portion, and when the core drops, the lower end contacts the inner wall of the bobbin and slides down, thereby protecting the nib of the core without damaging it.
Background
In general, writing instruments include ball-point pens, sign pens, highlighters, magic pens, and the like, and in order to prevent the refill from drying, these mostly have a sealing cap detachably fixed thereto.
Such writing instruments are generally of the fixed type, rotary type, knock chamber, retractable type, in the case of the fixed type, the cartridge is fixed and a cap is used; in the case of the rotary type, a portion of the core protrudes outward along the spiral pipe by a portion of the rotary shaft; in the case of the knock type, the spring is moved by pressing a part of the shaft, thereby causing the cartridge to come out; in the case of the retractable type, the pen core is extended and retracted by sliding.
The retractable writing instrument is advantageous in that it can be used without additional inconvenience of opening and closing the cover, but is disadvantageous in that it can be limitedly applied only to a writing instrument having non-volatility or weak volatility, such as oil-based ink, since the cartridge access hole of the retractable cartridge is simply formed through the hole at one side end of the writing instrument.
On the other hand, a marker pen, a white pen, a water-based pen, a highlighter, and the like, which have strong volatility, have an inconvenience of opening and closing a cap, but if the pen core is left in the air for a long time, ink and the like may be dried up, thereby possibly shortening the life of the writing instrument or damaging it.
In order to use such writing instruments and also to use various colors, a plurality of writing instruments are required.
In order to solve the problem of the complicated alternate use of a plurality of writing instruments, there is a multicolor writing instrument in which a plurality of refills made of different colors are tied together.
As a conventional multicolor writing tool, korean registered utility model publication No. 20-0452366 discloses a multicolor writing tool, which, as published therein, includes: a housing in which a plurality of writing instruments selected from a multi-color ball-point pen and a mechanical pencil are housed, and a pressurizing sheet capable of selecting one of the plurality of writing instruments housed in the housing; and an auxiliary housing provided with a highlighter at one end and an eraser at the other end, and detachably fastened to the housing by such a constitution; the multicolor writing instrument further includes a cap for preventing volatilization of the highlighter.
However, the above-described multicolor writing instrument has a problem that, in the case of a volatile writing instrument such as a highlighter, since a drying phenomenon occurs and the writing instrument becomes hard when it comes into contact with air, it is necessary to provide a cover, and in the case where a plurality of volatile writing instruments are arranged in a casing at the same time, and since the cover is opened when the writing instrument is used, the writing instrument which is not used is exposed to the air and the cover may be lost.
In addition, in order to solve the above problems, korean registered patent registration No. 10-1475781 discloses a multicolor writing instrument provided with a dryness prevention device, characterized by comprising: a first housing part having a plurality of first guide holes formed in an outer circumferential edge in a longitudinal direction and a receiving cylinder formed at a rear end; an eraser inserted into the accommodating cylinder; a second housing part having a plurality of second guide holes formed along a longitudinal direction at an outer peripheral edge thereof, and a cover cylinder screw-coupled to the housing cylinder formed at a front end thereof; 2 spacing holding parts respectively arranged in the first casing part and the second casing part and provided with through holes; a plurality of nonvolatile writing members provided to penetrate the through holes of the space holding portion built in the first case portion; a plurality of volatile writing members provided to penetrate the through-holes of the space holding portion built in the second casing portion; a plurality of pressurizing parts which are connected to the non-volatile writing part and the volatile writing part, respectively, and are formed to protrude to the outside through the first guide hole or the second guide hole; a spring part connected between the pressurizing part and the through hole; a first covering part which is arranged at the front end of the first shell part and is used for the non-volatile writing component to go in and out; a second covering section provided at the rear end of the second housing section and having a seal section for the volatile writing member to enter and exit; the sealing part is formed with the portion of cutting open, if volatility writing part to the rear end protrusion of second casing portion, then open after the elastic deformation of portion of cutting open, if volatility writing part inserts the inboard of second casing portion, then the portion of cutting open seals, the portion of cutting open forms a style of calligraphy or cross.
However, in the case of the multi-color writing instrument, there is a disadvantage in that the respective cores are drawn through the inside of the snap guides and then through the holes formed at the lower ends of the entire bobbins, respectively, and the pen tips of the cores are damaged when the cores are dropped.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a 3-color marker in which each of the cores is led out through a hole formed in a lower end of a bobbin having a streamline curve from an upper portion to a lower portion, and when the core drops, an outer peripheral edge of a pen point fixing portion is in contact with an inner wall of the bobbin and slides down, thereby protecting a pen point of the core without damaging the pen point.
The invention relates to a 3-color marker pen, the 3-color marker pen comprises a cover 200 and a shell 100 covered by the cover 200, the 3-color marker pen is characterized in that,
the housing 100 includes: a bobbin 110 having a hollow body shape covered with a cover 200; a sealing part 120 combined with the upper part of the bobbin 110 and formed with a guide 121; an operating handle 130 rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the sealing part 120,

The invention relates to a 3-color marker pen, which comprises: a cover 200 and a housing 100 covered by the cover 200.
The housing 100 includes: a bobbin 110 having a hollow body shape covered with a cover 200; a sealing part 120 combined with the upper part of the bobbin 110 and formed with a guide 121; an operating handle 130 rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the sealing part 120.
The housing 100 contains a plurality of cores 300 therein, and the upper portions of the cores 300 are coupled to the sealing portion 120 having the guide 121 formed therein, and the lower portions of the cores 300 are drawn out through the holes 111 formed in the lower end of the bobbin 110 by the rotation of the operating handle 130.
Further, the bobbin 110 is formed in a hollow body shape, and the lower portion of the bobbin 110 is formed with a curve in a streamline shape, and contacts with the inner wall of the bobbin 110 and slides down when the cartridge 300 falls, thereby protecting the nib 310 of the cartridge 300.
A sealing portion is coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin, the sealing portion is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a guide having a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than that of the sealing portion is integrally formed on the upper portion of the sealing portion.
The screw surface is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the lower portion of the seal portion, and the screw surface is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the upper portion of the corresponding bobbin. Thereby, the bobbin and the sealing portion are screw-coupled.
Further, a plurality of holes 122 are formed in a radial shape on the upper surface of the guide, and the holes are formed to extend from the upper surface of the guide to the lower surface of the sealing portion.
Further, since the plurality of holes formed in the guide communicate with the outer peripheral edge of the guide in the radial direction, the holes formed in the guide form opening portions in the outer peripheral edge of the guide.
Further, in the upper portion of the guide, a groove 123 is formed in the outer peripheral edge in the circumferential direction.
In the seal portion, a ring-shaped seal groove 124 is formed in a circumferential direction in a lower portion of the guide, and a seal is coupled to the seal groove.
An operating handle is coupled to an upper portion of the sealing portion, and the operating handle is coupled to a guide and a sealing member integrally wrapped around the upper portion of the sealing portion.
Thus, the sealing portion is coupled with the operation handle, thereby performing sealing in a manner of preventing air from entering the interior of the housing.
The operating handle is formed in a cylindrical shape with an open bottom, and a protrusion 131 is formed along an inner circumferential edge at an inner upper portion of the operating handle.
In this way, the upper portion of the guide is inserted into the opening portion formed in the lower surface of the operation handle, and the projection formed on the inner peripheral edge of the operation handle is inserted into the hole formed on the outer peripheral edge of the guide, so that the operation handle is coupled to the upper portion of the seal portion so as to wrap the guide.
And, the diameter of the guide is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the operation handle.
Further, the operating handle is formed with a guide portion 132 having a narrower width toward a lower portion thereof and a triangular insertion groove 133 formed at a lower center thereof, which is protruded at an inner peripheral side.
Further, a core is inserted into a housing including the spool, a seal portion formed with a guide, and an operation handle.
The core 300 includes: a main body 320 having a hollow shape and a pen point fixing portion 321 formed at a distal end thereof; a pen tip 310 coupled to a pen tip fixing portion 321 of the body 320; an operation rod 330 coupled to an upper portion of the main body 320; a nail polish part 340 which is disposed inside the main body 320, one end of which is in contact with the pen tip 310, and the other end of which is in contact with the operation rod 330; and a pressing member 350 coupled to an upper portion of the operating rod 330.
The pen tip is interference-fitted to the pen tip fixing portion, and in the case of the pen tip, when the core is lowered in the longitudinal direction of the housing, since the outer peripheral edge of the pen tip fixing portion needs to be dropped while scraping the inner wall of the bobbin, the pen tip is as thin as possible, and the front end is sharply formed.
The pen point fixing part is formed with a curve in a streamline shape.
Further, an operation rod is coupled to an upper portion of the main body, and the operation rod includes: a cylindrical insertion portion 331 inserted into a hole formed in the sealing portion; a circular plate 332 formed below the insertion portion and having a diameter larger than that of the insertion portion; and an insertion part 333 formed at a lower surface of the disk and having a diameter smaller than that of the disk.
At this time, the insertion portion of the operation rod is interference-fitted into the hollow hole of the body.
Further, a pressing member formed in a cylindrical shape having an open lower surface is coupled to an upper portion of the insertion portion of the operation rod, and a triangular pressing protrusion 351 is formed on the outer peripheral edge side.
An upper portion of an insertion portion of the operation rod is inserted into an opening formed in a lower surface of the pressing member, and the insertion portion is interference-fitted to the pressing member.
In this case, the plurality of cores inserted into the housing are inserted into the plurality of holes formed in the sealing portion, respectively, and the insertion portion inserted into the hole of the sealing portion is inserted into the hole formed in the guide through the sealing portion.
A spring and a pressing member are sequentially inserted into a hole formed in the guide, the insertion portion is inserted into the center of the coil spring, and the pressing member is coupled to an upper portion of the insertion portion to prevent the coil spring from being separated.
Further, the pressing member coupled to the insertion portion may be configured such that a part of the pressing projection protrudes toward the outer peripheral edge of the guide.
Further, one end of the coil spring is in contact with the upper surface of the seal portion, and the other end is in contact with the lower surface of the operating member, so that the upper surface of the circular plate of the operating rod is always in contact with the lower surface of the seal portion. Thereby, the bobbin and the sealing portion of the housing are sealed.
In the present invention, the front end of the spool of the housing is covered with a cover, and the rear end is coupled with an operation handle at a sealing portion, so that the inside of the housing is sealed.
Therefore, the wick inserted inside the housing can be protected in the sealed space, thereby preventing the nib portion of the wick from drying out.
When the core is used, the cover of the bobbin covered on the housing is separated, the operating handle is rotated, and the core inserted into the housing is led out through the hole formed at the front end of the bobbin and used.
Hereinafter, an operation method of drawing out the core through the hole formed at the front end of the bobbin will be described in detail.
If a user separates a cover of the spool covered on the housing so that the operating handle of the housing is rotated to the left or right, the operating handle is rotated, and the guide portion formed inside the operating handle is also rotated together with the rotation of the operating handle.
At this time, when the operation handle is rotated, the guide portion is rotated, so that the pressing projection, a part of which is projected toward the outer peripheral edge of the guide, is moved in a downward direction.
And, when the pressing protrusion moves to the lowermost portion of the guide part, the pressing protrusion is inserted into the guide part insertion groove.
In more detail, the pressing protrusion is formed in a triangular shape such that when the guide portion formed in a form of being narrower in width toward the lower portion is rotated, a side surface of the guide portion presses one surface of the pressing protrusion, which moves in a downward direction along the side surface of the guide portion.
The triangular pressing projection is inserted into a triangular insertion groove formed in a lower portion of the guide portion.
Further, as the pressing member moves downward, the coil spring located at the lower portion of the pressing member is compressed. Thereby, the core inside the housing is drawn out through a hole formed at the front end of the bobbin.
When the operation handle is rotated again, the guide portion is rotated, the pressing projection inserted into the insertion groove of the guide portion is separated from the insertion groove, and the pressing member is moved upward by the restoring force of the coil spring.
Thus, the core inserted into the interior of the housing is drawn out through the hole formed at the front end of the bobbin and then enters the hole again.
In addition, the core moves up and down inside the housing, and both end portions of the insertion portion of the core are formed of a hard synthetic resin material and the center portion is formed of a soft synthetic resin material, thereby preventing breakage when the core slides down in contact with the inner wall of the bobbin.
Therefore, in the case of the 3-color marker of the present invention, the respective cores are passed through the inside of the guide and then respectively drawn out through the holes formed at the lower end of the bobbin, which is formed with a curve in a streamline shape from the upper portion toward the lower portion, and the outer circumference of the pen tip fixing portion comes into contact with the inner wall of the bobbin and slides down when the cores are dropped, thereby having a remarkable effect of protecting the pen tip of the core without damaging it.
