发明的背景
过去关于血小板聚集对生物体组织尤其是人类组织的影响的研究表明,血小板水平的升高会刺激活细胞自我重建并形成符合原始结构的组织。鉴于这一重要性,研究人员和医生一直试图解释从人体中提取血液并分离其成分的方法。从血液中分离血小板成分的常用方法之一是使用注射器进入患者血管,产生负压并随后抽取血液,抽取血液后,用离心法将材料倒入试管中,由于颗粒质量和血液成分的不同,形成了不同的几层,并有可能成为血液的多个阶段。现在,通过分离过程,可以提取PRP及其诱导物。在另一种方法中,使用标准血袋分离元素并提取血液成分。其次是国际领域的代表性发明。
发明的详细说明

具体实施例的说明

Claims (8)
1.本发明的具有将PRP与血液分离后再注入剩余元素的能力的PRP生产工具包,包括至少一个抽血针、血袋前后的数个锁、一个梭形血袋、一个三通、两个用于提取材料的连接,一个梭形血袋,配有竖直和坚固支撑的侧杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发明,其中由于抽血过程中没有负压,血小板溶解和PPP的有效性的降低是最小的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发明,其中由于第一袋的纺锤形状,可以更好地控制分离血相的过程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发明,其中由于抗凝剂的存在,在该过程中凝血的可能性及其元素被最小化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发明,其中由于存在从第一袋中提取血液的连接,如有必要,可将血液元素再次注入患者体内。
