The present invention provides a housing 10, which includes: a main body 1, a bottom plate 2, a cover plate 3 and four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7. The base plate 2 is mounted on the bottom side of the main body 1. Four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 are interposed between the base plate 2 and the cover plate 3. The cover 3 is detachably mounted with the main body 1.
It will be appreciated that a back clip mechanism is formed by the base plate 2, the cover plate 3 and the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7. When the bottom plate 2 and the cover plate 3 are fixedly matched to clamp the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 at the set positions, the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 have set external dimensions, and can clamp the flat-plate-shaped equipment with the set length and width dimensions. When the bottom plate 2 and the cover plate 3 are loosened, the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be loosened relative to the bottom plate 2 and the cover plate 3, and the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 can no longer maintain the set external dimension and can no longer clamp the flat-plate-shaped equipment with the set length and width dimension.
Specifically, the two clips 4 and 5 are arranged on the X axis (i.e., the length direction of the rectangular bottom plate 2), and the distance between the two clips 4 and 5 is adjustable; the two clips 6 and 7 are arranged in the Y-axis (i.e., the width direction of the rectangular base plate 2), and the distance between the two clips 6 and 7 can be adjusted. With this structure, by adjusting the positions of the four clips 4, 5, 6, and 7 in the X and Y axes perpendicular to each other, the four clips 4, 5, 6, and 7 can be adjusted to have a set outer dimension.
The main body 1 has a housing chamber 19 for housing special equipment (broadly, various types of equipment having specific functions), such as: a card reader. The bottom side of the body 1 is open. The side wall of the main body 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 18. The four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 may integrally combine a flat plate-like device (not shown) with a dedicated device. In the present embodiment, partition walls are provided between two receiving grooves 24, 25, 26, and 27. The base plate 2 can be assembled with the main body 1 by a fastener. The bottom plate 2 can close the bottom side opening of the body 1.
The four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 are basically identical in structure, and only the clip 4 will be taken as an example for detailed description.
The clip 4 includes a flat plate portion 41 and a bent portion 42 bent and extended from one end of the flat plate portion 41. The flat plate portion 41 has opposite inner side surfaces (facing the bottom plate 2) and outer side surfaces (facing the cover plate 3). Wherein, the inner side surface is provided with a rack group 411 which is used for matching with a rack group 241 on the containing groove 24 of the bottom plate 2. The outer side surface is provided with a set of teeth 413 for cooperation with the set of teeth 34 on the cover plate 3.
The inner edge profile of the fold 42 matches the outer edge profile of the plate-like device. The bending portion 42 is provided with an opening 421. By providing the opening 421, the necessary relief can be provided when the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 are holding a flat plate-like device, for example: a charging cable (not shown) is allowed to pass through the opening 421 to connect the flat panel-shaped device with an external device (e.g., a power outlet).
In some embodiments, for example: the clip 4 is integrally injection molded by using a plastic having a high hardness, and the bent portion 42 and the flat plate portion 41 are rigidly joined together, and the bent portion 42 is hardly deformed or cannot be deformed relative to the flat plate portion 41.
In some embodiments, for example: the clip 4 is integrally injection molded by plastic having a large elasticity, and the bent portion 42 and the flat plate portion 41 are elastically joined together, and the bent portion 42 can be appropriately deformed with respect to the flat plate portion 41.
The inside surface of the cover plate 3 extends vertically with a number of mounting posts 38. The mounting post 38 is provided with a mounting hole 381, and the mounting hole 381 corresponds to the mounting hole 18 of the main body 1. The cover plate 3 and the main body 1 may be coupled together by fasteners 8 (e.g., screws) penetrating the mounting holes 381, 18.
The inner side surface of the cover plate 3 (the outer side surface of the flat plate portion facing the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7) is provided with four sets of teeth 34, 35, 36 and 37 for cooperation with the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7, respectively. For example, the rack set 34 can be engaged with a rack set 413 provided on an outer side surface of the clip 4.
In the back clamping mechanism, the inner side surfaces and the outer side surfaces of the clamps 4, 5, 6 and 7 are respectively provided with the rack groups, correspondingly, the outer side surfaces of the bottom plate 2 and the inner side surfaces of the cover plate 3 are respectively provided with the rack groups matched with the rack groups on the two sides of the clamps 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 can be ensured to clamp the clamps 4, 5, 6 and 7 in a rack matching mode on the two side surfaces of the clamps. Through the sandwich cooperation structure of bottom plate 2, clip 4, 5, 6 and 7 and apron 3, especially the cooperation of their mutual straight line rack structure, can realize the interval adjustment of high accuracy (can understand the infinitely variable control of interval) in X axle direction and Y axle direction, and then can conveniently adapt the flat-plate equipment of various overall dimension specifications, combine together main equipment and flat-plate equipment, promote user experience.
In other embodiments, the rack sets may be provided only on the inner side surfaces of the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7, and correspondingly, the outer side surfaces of the bottom plate 2 are provided with the rack sets matched with the rack sets of the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7, so that the cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 can clamp the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 through the rack matching mode on one side of the clips. Depending on the requirements of the application, the inner surface of the cover plate 3 may be provided with a protruding press piece which is matched with the outer surface of the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7.
In other embodiments, the rack sets may be provided only on the outer side surfaces of the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7, and correspondingly, the inner side surface of the cover plate 3 is provided with the rack sets matched with the rack sets of the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7, so that the cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 can clamp the clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 through the rack matching mode on one side of the clips.
In the present embodiment, the four clips 4, 5, 6 and 7 are independent and the positions can be adjusted; in other embodiments, any one of the clips can be fixed (the fixed clip can be integrally formed with the bottom plate 2 or the cover plate 3, or fixed together), and the other three clips are adjustable in position, and only the three adjustable clips are provided with the rack groups; in other embodiments, one clip may be fixed to each of the X-axis and the Y-axis (the fixed clip may be integrally formed with the base plate 2 or the cover plate 3, or fixed together), and the other two may be adjustable, and only the two adjustable clips need to be provided with the rack sets.
In the present embodiment, the receiving grooves 24, 25, 26 and 27 are formed on the bottom plate 2, and the rack gear sets are formed on the bottoms of the receiving grooves 24, 25, 26 and 27. In other embodiments, a receiving groove may be provided on the cover plate 3, and the rack sets 34, 35, 36, and 37 are provided at the bottom of the receiving groove.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 2 is engaged with the main body 1, the length and width of the bottom plate 2 is substantially equal to the length and width of the main body 1, and the bottom plate 2 closes the bottom opening of the main body 1 to form a relatively closed whole.
