Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microphone testing, in particular to a testing system and a method for simultaneously testing FR, VDC and current performances of a microphone.
Background
At present, in a laboratory, testing of FR (audio frequency), VDC (voltage) and current performance of a microphone is performed, parameter configuration is performed by using original software carried by an audio frequency tester and a multimeter, and the FR (audio frequency), VDC (voltage) and current performance testing are performed respectively, namely: these three properties can only be tested in one order.
The FR, VDC and current performance test of the microphone by using the AP instrument has the following problems:
1. the software of the AP instrument has poor practicability, and non-professionals are easy to make errors in parameter configuration, so that the accuracy of a test result is influenced;
2. testing is carried out by using software carried by the AP instrument, FR and VDC data need manual reading and data recording, and the test data is greatly influenced by testers;
3. the universal meter is free of self-contained software, a circuit is required to be connected in series during testing, manual reading is carried out, and when non-professional personnel connect the universal meter to test current, errors are easy to occur and the universal meter is easy to damage, so that the accuracy of a test result is influenced;
4. the same product tests three performances, and FR, VDC and current test results can be obtained only by respectively testing three times, so that the test efficiency is low.
Based on the problems existing in the existing microphone testing method, a testing system and method capable of testing the FR, VDC and current performances of the microphone simultaneously are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a system and a method for testing FR, VDC, and current performance of a microphone, so as to solve the problems of poor accuracy of the current test result, large human influence factor, and low test efficiency.

Detailed Description
Aiming at the problems that the existing testing method for testing the FR, VDC and current performances of the microphone in the laboratory has poor accuracy of a testing result, large artificial influence factors, low testing efficiency and the like, the invention provides a testing system and a method for simultaneously testing the FR, VDC and current performances of the microphone.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to illustrate the testing system for the performance of the microphones FR, VDC and current provided by the present invention, fig. 1 shows the logical structure of the testing system for the performance of the microphones FR, VDC and current according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the testing system 100 for testing the performance of the microphones FR, VDC and current provided by the present invention comprises: a test condition configuration module 110, a test procedure processing module 120, and a test result handling module 130.

As shown in fig. 2, the test condition configuration module 110 includes: an FR test condition configuration unit 111, a VDC test condition configuration unit 112, and a current test condition configuration unit 113.
The FR test condition configuration unit 111 is configured to configure a test condition of the microphone FR to be tested; a VDC test condition configuration unit 112 for configuring test conditions of the microphone VDC to be tested; and a current test condition configuration unit 113, configured to configure a test condition of the current of the microphone to be tested.
In the embodiment of the present invention, configuration options are set in the test condition configuration module 110, and the FR test condition configuration unit 111, the VDC test condition configuration unit 112, and the current test condition configuration unit 113 are set in the configuration options. If three performance values of the microphone FR, VDC and current are to be tested, the test conditions of FR, VDC and current are selected in the configuration options, and after the setting button is clicked, the FR test condition configuration unit 111, the VDC test condition configuration unit 112 and the current test condition configuration unit 113 automatically configure the corresponding performance test conditions. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the test conditions of the three performances of the microphone FR, VDC and current are automatically configured by the test condition configuration module 110, so that the error rate of manually configuring the test equipment can be reduced.
To further illustrate the specific logical structure of the test procedure processing module 120, FIG. 3 shows the logical structure of the test procedure processing module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the test procedure processing module 120 includes: a performance test unit 121, a data acquisition unit 122, and a test result display unit 123.
The performance testing unit 121 is configured to test, according to the testing conditions configured by the testing condition configuration module, the performance of the microphones FR, VDC to be tested through the audio analyzer, and test the current performance of the microphones through the programmable power supply. And the data acquisition unit 122 is used for acquiring performance data of the audio analyzer and the programmable power supply test, and taking the acquired performance data as a test result. And a test result display unit 123 for displaying the test result in the corresponding chart.
In the testing process of the invention, the FR, VDC and current can be tested in sequence by only placing the product once, thereby avoiding the damage to the product when the product is taken and placed for many times, reducing the error rate of manually switching the testing items and improving the testing efficiency.
When the test results are read, all performance values over a certain time, including outliers, are recorded as final results. Compared with the method that an operator directly reads the fluctuating numerical value, the test system eliminates the subjective consciousness of manual reading and improves the accuracy.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the test result handling module 130 directly saves the data output of the final test into the corresponding test file. The corresponding test file specifically refers to which performance of the microphone is tested, and the final test result is stored in which performance test file, for example: the FR performance of the test microphone is saved to the FR test file if it is. Compared with the manual data export, the data processing and conversion are needed, and the test system provided by the invention improves the accuracy and efficiency of data output.
Corresponding to the test system, the invention also provides a test method for the performance of the microphones FR, VDC and current, and fig. 4 shows the flow of the test method for the performance of the microphones FR, VDC and current according to the embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the testing method for the performance of the microphone FR, VDC and current provided by the present invention adopts the testing system for the performance of the microphone FR, VDC and current to perform testing, and the specific testing method includes steps S110 to S140, and the specific testing method includes the following steps:
s110: configuring test conditions of the FR, VDC and current performance of the microphone in the test condition configuration module according to the test requirements of the microphone to be tested;
s120: testing the FR and VDC performance of the microphone to be tested through an audio analyzer according to the testing conditions configured by the testing condition configuration module, and testing the current performance of the microphone to be tested through a programmable power supply;
s130: processing the tested performance data, and displaying the test result after the performance data is processed;
s140: and exporting and storing the test result.
In step S110, in the process of configuring the test conditions of the microphones FR, VDC and current performance to be tested in the test condition configuration module according to the test requirements of the microphones to be tested, the test conditions of the microphones FR, VDC and current performance are configured through the configuration options in the test condition configuration module; in the configuration options, testing conditions for testing FR, VDC and current of the microphone are sequentially configured by selecting options of an FR testing condition configuration unit, a VDC testing condition configuration unit and a current testing condition configuration unit.
In step S130, the process of processing the tested performance data and displaying the processed test result specifically includes the following steps:
firstly: acquiring FR, VDC and current performance data of the microphone obtained by testing;
then: respectively taking each collected performance data as a test result;
and finally: and displaying the test result in a corresponding chart.
To elaborate on how the test system for the performance of microphones FR, VDC and current is operated to complete the test performance, fig. 5 shows the operational flow of the test method for the performance of microphones FR, VDC and current according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In the above performance test procedure, among the configuration options in the test condition configuration module 110, steps S1 and S2 are operated; in actual operation, a test engineer selects a test condition of a required configuration from configuration options according to the performance of a microphone to be tested, and clicks a 'setup' button, so that the test system automatically configures test equipment. For example: if the system needs to test three performance values of the microphone FR, the microphone VDC and the microphone current, a tester selects the test conditions of the FR, the microphone VDC and the microphone current in the configuration options, and after clicking a setting button, the FR test condition configuration unit, the VDC test condition configuration unit and the microphone current test condition configuration unit can automatically configure the corresponding performance test conditions.
It should be noted that, if the system only needs to test two of the three performances, in the configuration selection, only two of the three performances are selected to complete the automatic configuration, so that the corresponding configuration unit can be selected in the test condition configuration module 110 according to the test requirement. In the embodiment of the invention, the test conditions of the microphone FR, the microphone VDC and the current are automatically configured by the test condition configuration module, so that the error rate of manually configuring the test equipment can be reduced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, when the test worker clicks the "start" button, the performance testing unit will sequentially perform tests on each test item according to the configured test conditions (FR, VDC and current); namely: the testing system calls an audio analyzer to test the FR and VDC performances of the microphone to be tested and calls a programmable power supply to test the current performance of the microphone; and the test results are displayed in the corresponding chart.
In the test result handling module 130, the tester determines whether to continue the test or retest according to the test result, that is, if the test result has a significant deviation from the standard performance of the product, the test can be retested, and in the operation process, the "Restart" button is clicked to retest the performance of the product, and further confirm whether the performance of the product is qualified.
