目前在对电动汽车充电作业过程中,无论是充电桩还是车载备用的充电器均需要通过充电枪与外部电源连接进行充电作业,但在使用中发现,当前的充电枪设备往往均为基于传统的插头与导线直接连接构成,虽然可以满足使用的需要,但在充电作业时往往缺乏有效的电路保护能力,从而导致充电时当发生因短路等电路过载、电流过大等故障时极易导致充电电源设备及电动汽车发生损毁,严重时甚至引发火灾,除此之外,当前充电枪设备的结构固定,因此导致在充电时不能根据使用需要,灵活调整充电角度、位置等,严重影响了充电作业便捷性和工作效率,同时当前的充电枪绝缘防护仅仅通过包覆在插头外的绝缘层实现,因此绝缘防护等级相对较低,当发生漏电等事故时,不能对操作人员起到有效的绝缘防护,严重威胁操作人员的人身安全,因此针对这一现状,迫切需要开发一种全新的电动汽车充电枪设备,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种高防护电动汽车快速充电用充电枪,该发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,通用性好,一方面可有效满足对电动汽车充电作业时不同人群各类操作的需要,极大的提高了充电作业的灵活性和便捷性,另一方面实现充电操作部位与充电电路间有效的绝缘隔离,并可对充电过程中的状态进行有效控制管理,可根据使用需要灵活对充电状态进行调控,并在充电电路发生过载、短路等现象时及时主动切断充电电路,从而极大的提高充电作业的安全性及可靠性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种高防护电动汽车快速充电用充电枪,包括枪体、握持手柄、接线插头、充电插头、限流熔断器、过载保护电路、充放电控制器及综合控制电路,枪体为空心管状结构,其前端面和后端面均设绝缘密封端头,绝缘密封端头包覆在枪体前端面和后端面并与枪体构成密闭腔体结构的充电腔,接线插头嵌于枪体后端面的绝缘密封端头外表面,充电插头嵌于枪体前端面的绝缘密封端头外表面,接线插头、充电插头间通过导线相互电气连接,导线嵌于充电腔内,限流熔断器、过载保护电路、充放电控制器均嵌于充电腔内,其中限流熔断器至少两个,导线两端通过限流熔断器分别与接线插头、充电插头电气连接,过载保护电路与导线电气连接并相互并联,充放电控制器通过电子开关分别与导线两端电气连接,导线另通过电子开关与限流熔断器电气连接,枪体外表面设至少一条滑轨,滑轨环绕枪体轴线呈闭合环状结构分布,且滑轨与枪体同轴分布,握持手柄至少一个,通过滑轨与枪体外表面滑动连接,握持手柄上设承载腔,综合控制电路嵌于承载腔内,并通过控制数据线分别与过载保护电路、充放电控制器及电子开关电气连接,综合控制电路对应的握持手柄外表面设操作口,对应的握持手柄后表面及充电腔外表面上设过线孔,控制数据线嵌于过线孔内,其两端分别与综合控制电路、过载保护电路、充放电控制器及电子开关电气连接。

在充电作业时,工作人员首先根据使用需要,将握持手柄通过滑轨调整枪体、握持手柄之间的相对工作位置,以满足最佳充电操作作业的需要,调整完成后通过弹性定位销对握持手柄的位置进行固定,并通过握持手柄对本发明进行整体操作,使充电插头与电动汽车的充电接头间电气连接,然后操作握持手柄内的综合控制电路,由综合控制电路驱动过载保护电路、充放电控制器及电子开关运行实现对电动汽车充电作业,一方面由电子开关和充放电控制器对充电电路的通断状态进行操控,避免带电插拔充电插头时易发生的连电、打火及拉弧等严重影响充电安全现象发生,另一方面通过限流熔断器、过载保护电路、充放电控制器对充电作业时的电流、功率等参数进行综合检测,并在发生过流、过载等严重威胁充电安全现象发生时,可直接由限流熔断器进行熔断,被动切断充电电路,从而有效的避免充电作业发生过载、过流等现象引发的充电事故,另可由综合控制电路控制充放电控制器和电子开关运行状态主动切断充电电路,从而有效的避免充电作业发生过载、过流等现象引发的充电事故。
本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,通用性好,一方面可有效满足对电动汽车充电作业时不同人群各类操作的需要,极大的提高了充电作业的灵活性和便捷性,另一方面实现充电操作部位与充电电路间有效的绝缘隔离,并可对充电过程中的状态进行有效控制管理,可根据使用需要灵活对充电状态进行调控,并在充电电路发生过载、短路等现象时及时主动切断充电电路,从而极大的提高充电作业的安全性及可靠性。
