Abstract

本发明涉及一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,包括线芯、由内而外依次包覆在线芯外部的绝缘层、屏蔽层、防紫外线层、外包层,所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间包覆有与屏蔽层线接触且留有空隙的防水架,所述防水架与屏蔽层之间的空隙处填充有进一步加强防水能力的吸水膨胀橡胶。与现有技术相比,本发明通过呈三角形结构的防水架将渗透到电缆内部的海水阻挡在绝缘层外,并通过设置在防水架侧边的吸水膨胀橡胶进行吸水,使电缆内部保持干燥;其次,通过聚氨酯防水涂料进一步地提高电缆的防水性能,大大降低了电缆短路的可能性以及提高了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体为一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆。
背景技术
在当今石油、煤炭等化石能源资源日益匮乏的环境下,风能作为自然界中能够不断再、可持续利用的绿色能源资源,具有非常大的应用前景。海上风能发电体现了当今风能发电技术的最高水平。
海上发电电缆是海上发电设备的重要部件,海上发电电缆的质量好坏能够直接影响到海上发电设备的运行和使用寿命。海上发电电缆常常在如潮湿、高紫外线辐射等极端恶劣的环境下使用,需要要求海上发电电缆具有较高的防水、防紫外线辐射等性能,以提高海上发电电缆的使用寿命;而现有市场上的海上发电用的电缆的防水性能一般,只能够满足短时间内使用,长时间后电缆内部易进水受潮,导致电缆短路,造成海上发电设备的损坏。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,包括线芯、由内而外依次包覆在线芯外部的绝缘层、屏蔽层、防紫外线层、外包层,所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间包覆有与屏蔽层线接触且留有空隙的防水架,所述防水架与屏蔽层之间的空隙处填充有进一步加强防水能力的吸水膨胀橡胶。
进一步地,所述防水架的截面呈三角形结构,其采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
进一步地,所述防紫外线层的内、外双层面上均涂有聚氨酯防水涂料构成的聚氨酯防水涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明通过呈三角形结构的防水架将渗透到电缆内部的海水阻挡在绝缘层外,并通过设置在防水架侧边的吸水膨胀橡胶进行吸水,使电缆内部保持干燥;其次,通过聚氨酯防水涂料进一步地提高电缆的防水性能,大大降低了电缆短路的可能性以及提高了电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,包括线芯1、由内而外依次包覆在线芯1外部的绝缘层2、屏蔽层5、防紫外线层6、外包层8。
其中所述绝缘层2与屏蔽层5之间包覆有与屏蔽层5线接触且留有空隙的防水架3,所述防水架3的截面呈三角形结构,采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成;由聚四氟乙烯材料制成的防水架3具有防水透气的特性,当海水进入后,会被防水架3阻挡;同时聚四氟乙烯还具有一定的电绝缘和自润滑特性,能够进一步提高电缆的绝缘性和降低电缆的内部磨损。所述防水架3的三个边角与屏蔽层5接触抵合,且接触抵合后防水架3的三个侧架边与屏蔽层5之间形成有三个空腔,三个空腔内对应填充有三个吸水膨胀橡胶4,空腔内在填充吸水膨胀橡胶4后仍留有空隙,该空隙是为吸水膨胀橡胶4在吸水后膨胀所预留的空隙。
通过上述设置,当海水通过屏蔽层5渗透进去后,如果是从防水架3的三个顶端部方向渗透进入的情况时,海水会从防水架3的顶端流向两侧的侧架边,从而被侧架边上的吸水膨胀橡胶4吸收;如果是从防水架3的三个侧架边方向渗透进入的情况时,海水会直接被吸水膨胀橡胶4吸收;吸水膨胀橡胶4在吸水后膨胀,将余下的空隙填满,从而达到密封的作用,进一步地提高电缆的防水性能。
为了更进一步提高电缆的防水性,在靠近电缆表层的防紫外线层6的内层面、外层面上均涂有聚氨酯防水涂料构成的聚氨酯防水涂层7,该聚氨酯防水涂层7具有良好的柔韧性、抗拉性强度高,适用于电缆拉动;耐候性好,与防紫外线层6配合使用,能够极大程度上提高防紫外线层6的防辐射效果;另外,该聚氨酯防水涂层7质轻,不增加电缆的负载,不影响电缆的使用。

1.一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,包括线芯(1)、由内而外依次包覆在线芯(1)外部的绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(5)、防紫外线层(6)、外包层(8),其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)与屏蔽层(5)之间包覆有与屏蔽层(5)线接触且留有空隙的防水架(3),所述防水架(3)与屏蔽层(5)之间的空隙处填充有进一步加强防水能力的吸水膨胀橡胶(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,其特征在于:所述防水架(3)的截面呈三角形结构,其采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上发电用防水耐辐射电缆,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层(6)的内、外双层面上均涂有由聚氨酯防水涂料构成的聚氨酯防水涂层(7)。
