Abstract
The disclosure relates to a power distribution network data processing method and device based on Lucene full-text retrieval. The method comprises the following steps: determining at least one feeder line contact group of the power distribution network according to the topological connection relation of the power distribution network; acquiring associated data of lines, transformer areas and users in each feeder line contact group, and establishing a power distribution network database; carrying out full-text information retrieval on a power distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval, carrying out word segmentation according to preset keywords, extracting key information of the power distribution network database and establishing an index file; and retrieving the state information of the distribution area and the line in the power distribution network in a power distribution network database based on the index file, and generating a state information set of equipment in the power distribution network according to a retrieval result. The method and the device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can better determine the state of the power distribution network equipment, assist the operation and maintenance aid decision of the power distribution network and improve the information utilization rate by developing the keyword mining analysis based on Lucene full-text retrieval.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of electric power, in particular to a power distribution network data processing method and device based on Lucene full-text retrieval.
Background
Big data analysis refers to the analysis of large-scale data. The big data has the following five wiring harness characteristics, namely large data Volume (Volume), high speed (Velocity), multiple types (Variety), low Value density (Value) and authenticity (Veracity).
In the related art, in order to implement operation management of a power distribution network, information recording needs to be performed through various systems or systems, but due to the huge difference between the systems, recorded data have high value but are not effectively utilized. carrying out full-text information retrieval on the power distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval, carrying out word segmentation according to preset keywords, extracting key information of the power distribution network database and establishing an index file;
retrieving the state information of the distribution area and the line in the distribution network database based on the index file, generating a state information set of equipment in the distribution network according to a retrieval result, determining the state of the equipment according to the state information set and/or assisting in making a decision of the distribution network,
wherein the set of state information comprises at least one of: the device comprises a basic state, an operating state, an operation and maintenance state, a technical improvement state and a development planning state.
In one possible implementation, the mapping data includes at least one of: a device name mapping table and a device code mapping table, the method further comprising:

The method and the device for processing the power distribution network data based on the Lucene full-text retrieval can unify the existing power distribution network data into a power distribution network database for management, develop keyword mining analysis on the power distribution network database based on the Lucene full-text retrieval framework, and further better determine the state of equipment based on the power distribution network database, determine the abnormal condition of the equipment in time, assist the power distribution network operation and maintenance auxiliary decision, greatly improve the utilization rate of text information of the power distribution network, realize panoramic state monitoring of the power distribution network equipment, and improve the management automation and informatization levels of the power distribution network equipment.

The big data of electric power is the inevitable process of technical innovation of electric power industry in energy revolution, and is not a simple technical category. The electric power big data is not only a technical progress, but also a great change in the aspects of the development concept, the management system, the technical route and the like of the whole electric power system in the big data era, and is a jump of the value form of the next generation of intelligent electric power system in the big data era. The method for reshaping the power core value and converting the power development mode is two core main lines of power big data.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a power distribution network data processing method based on Lucene full-text retrieval according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S11 through S14.
In step S11, at least one feeder contact group of the distribution network is determined according to the distribution network topological connection relationship, where each feeder contact group includes a feeder for performing transfer and/or reconstruction of the medium-voltage feeder of the distribution network, and at least one station area associated with the feeder.
In this embodiment, a distribution network contact area can be constructed by determining a feeder for transfer and/or reconstruction of a medium-voltage feeder of the distribution network and a station area associated with the feeder according to the topological connection relationship of the distribution network, so as to form a distribution network feeder contact group. The feeders in the same feeder contact group have connection relation physically and can be mutually and electrically supplied. A transformer area may be a power supply range or area of a (single) transformer.
In step S12, obtaining associated data of the lines, the districts and the users in each feeder line contact group, and establishing a power distribution network database, wherein the associated data includes at least one of the following data: the system comprises machine account data, geographic information data, mapping data, operation event data, operation and maintenance event data, technical improvement event data and development planning event data.
In this embodiment, the account data may include account data of each device used in the power distribution network, such as a lightning arrester, a current transformer, a voltage transformer, a bus, an overhead line, a cable line, a disconnecting switch, a wave trap, a combined electrical device, a transformer, a reactor, a coupling capacitor, a circuit breaker, a public distribution network distribution transformer and pole-mounted transformer, a transformer substation, a power supply dedicated user, a power supply voltage monitoring point, and the like. The geographic information data may describe geographic location information associated with the device. The operational event data may include data related to the operation of the device, such as a shutdown event, and the like. The operation and maintenance event data may include data related to repair or maintenance of the equipment. The technician event data may include data for performing technical modifications to the device. The development planning event data may include planning data related to development of the equipment, such as management of the equipment, new equipment settings, and the like.
In one possible implementation, the mapping data may include at least one of: a device name mapping table and a device code mapping table, the method may further include:
and counting the information of the equipment, and constructing an equipment name mapping table, wherein the equipment name mapping table is used for recording at least one corresponding name of the equipment in the power distribution network, and the equipment code mapping table is used for recording a coding mode corresponding to the equipment.
In this implementation manner, the device name mapping table may be constructed in advance according to the recording and encoding manners of device names by different systems and different technicians, so that the name difference of the same or similar device is determined according to the device name mapping table, and the index is conveniently established later.
In a possible implementation manner, obtaining associated data of lines, districts and users in each feeder line contact group, and establishing a distribution network database may include: and acquiring corresponding associated data from a specified system. A designated system may be used to record the association data, the designated system may include at least one of: the system comprises a power management system PMS, a geographic information system, a marketing and distribution integration system, a user information acquisition system and a customer service system. It should be noted that the specifying system is not limited to the above system, and includes other systems capable of recording data of lines, stations and users, and those skilled in the art can set the specifying system according to actual needs, and the disclosure does not limit this.
In step S13, full-text information retrieval is performed on the distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval, word segmentation is performed according to preset keywords, and key information of the distribution network database is extracted and an index file is created.
In this embodiment, word segmentation methods such as a chinese word segmentation algorithm may be used to segment data in the power distribution network database.
In one possible implementation, the method may further include: and constructing keywords corresponding to at least one of equipment name, equipment code, equipment operation event, equipment operation and maintenance event and equipment development planning event according to the standing book data and the mapping data.
In this implementation manner, before the index is established, a keyword may be established in advance according to the ledger data, the device name mapping table and the device code mapping table, so as to perform word segmentation and keyword extraction on data in the power distribution network database according to the keyword.
In step S14, retrieving status information of distribution areas and lines in the distribution network database based on the index file, and generating a status information set of devices in the distribution network according to a retrieval result, so as to determine states of the devices according to the status information set and/or assist in making decisions of the distribution network. Wherein the set of state information may comprise at least one of: the device comprises a basic state, an operating state, an operation and maintenance state, a technical improvement state and a development planning state.
In this embodiment, the distribution network database may be retrieved by using the index file based on the distribution area and/or the line, the state information of each device is determined, and a state information set is generated according to the state information of the device. The state information set of the equipment can be recorded in the form of equipment operation cards and the like, and can be timely acquired and displayed when required by technicians or users.
The power distribution network data processing method based on Lucene full-text retrieval provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can unify the existing power distribution network data into a power distribution network database for management, develop keyword mining analysis on the power distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval architecture, and further can better determine the state of equipment based on the power distribution network database, determine the abnormal condition of the equipment in time, assist power distribution network operation and maintenance auxiliary decision-making, greatly improve the utilization rate of power distribution network text information, realize panoramic state monitoring of power distribution network equipment, and improve the management automation and informatization levels of the power distribution network equipment.
In one possible implementation, the method may further include: when a device state query request is received, a state information set of a device corresponding to the device state query request is obtained.
In this implementation, the device status query request may be input directly by a technician or user or by other means. After the state information set of the device corresponding to the device state query request is acquired, the state information set can be displayed in at least one of text, picture, video, audio and other modes according to the determined display requirement.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a power distribution network data processing apparatus based on Lucene full-text retrieval according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes a feeder contact group determination module 41, a database construction module 42, an index construction module 43, and an information set generation module 44.

The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed status of the device 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in the position of the device 800 or a component of the device 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 800, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 800, and a change in the temperature of the device 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, such as the memory 804, is also provided that includes computer program instructions executable by the processor 820 of the device 800 to perform the above-described methods.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 1900 for Lucene-based full text retrieval for data processing of a power distribution network, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 4, the device 1900 includes a processing component 1922 further including one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 1932, for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by the processing component 1922. The application programs stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method.
The device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 configured to perform power management of the device 1900, a wired or wireless network interface 1950 configured to connect the device 1900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1958. The device 1900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1932, such as Windows Server, MacOS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, such as the memory 1932, is also provided that includes computer program instructions executable by the processing component 1922 of the apparatus 1900 to perform the above-described methods.
The present disclosure may be systems, methods, and/or computer program products. The computer program product may include a computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program instructions embodied thereon for causing a processor to implement various aspects of the present disclosure.
The computer readable storage medium may be a tangible device that can hold and store the instructions for use by the instruction execution device. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic memory device, a magnetic memory device, an optical memory device, an electromagnetic memory device, a semiconductor memory device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), a memory stick, a floppy disk, a mechanical coding device, such as punch cards or in-groove projection structures having instructions stored thereon, and any suitable combination of the foregoing. Computer-readable storage media as used herein is not to be construed as transitory signals per se, such as radio waves or other freely propagating electromagnetic waves, electromagnetic waves propagating through a waveguide or other transmission medium (e.g., optical pulses through a fiber optic cable), or electrical signals transmitted through electrical wires.
The computer-readable program instructions described herein may be downloaded from a computer-readable storage medium to a respective computing/processing device, or to an external computer or external storage device via a network, such as the internet, a local area network, a wide area network, and/or a wireless network. The network may include copper transmission cables, fiber optic transmission, wireless transmission, routers, firewalls, switches, gateway computers and/or edge servers. The network adapter card or network interface in each computing/processing device receives computer-readable program instructions from the network and forwards the computer-readable program instructions for storage in a computer-readable storage medium in the respective computing/processing device.
The computer program instructions for carrying out operations of the present disclosure may be assembler instructions, Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) instructions, machine-related instructions, microcode, firmware instructions, state setting data, or source or object code written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The computer-readable program instructions may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider). In some embodiments, the electronic circuitry that can execute the computer-readable program instructions implements aspects of the present disclosure by utilizing the state information of the computer-readable program instructions to personalize the electronic circuitry, such as a programmable logic circuit, a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or a Programmable Logic Array (PLA).
Various aspects of the present disclosure are described herein with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the disclosure. It will be understood that each block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer-readable program instructions.
These computer-readable program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks. These computer-readable program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium that can direct a computer, programmable data processing apparatus, and/or other devices to function in a particular manner, such that the computer-readable medium storing the instructions comprises an article of manufacture including instructions which implement the function/act specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The computer readable program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer, other programmable data processing apparatus, or other devices to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices implement the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of instructions, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). In some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

Claims (12)
1. A power distribution network data processing method based on Lucene full-text retrieval is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining at least one feeder contact group of the power distribution network according to the topological connection relation of the power distribution network, wherein each feeder contact group comprises a feeder for transferring and/or reconstructing medium-voltage feeders of the power distribution network and at least one station area associated with the feeder;
acquiring associated data of lines, districts and users in each feeder line contact group, and establishing a power distribution network database, wherein the associated data comprises at least one of the following data: the system comprises machine account data, geographic information data, mapping data, operation event data, operation and maintenance event data, technical improvement event data and development planning event data;
carrying out full-text information retrieval on the power distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval, carrying out word segmentation according to preset keywords, extracting key information of the power distribution network database and establishing an index file;
retrieving the state information of the distribution area and the line in the distribution network database based on the index file, generating a state information set of equipment in the distribution network according to a retrieval result, determining the state of the equipment according to the state information set and/or assisting in making a decision of the distribution network,
wherein the set of state information comprises at least one of: the device comprises a basic state, an operating state, an operation and maintenance state, a technical improvement state and a development planning state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the mapping data comprises at least one of: a device name mapping table and a device code mapping table, the method further comprising:
and counting the information of the equipment, and constructing an equipment name mapping table, wherein the equipment name mapping table is used for recording at least one corresponding name of the equipment in the power distribution network, and the equipment code mapping table is used for recording a coding mode corresponding to the equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining data associated with lines, blocks and subscribers in each feeder contact group and building a power distribution network database comprises:
acquiring corresponding associated data from a specified system, wherein the specified system comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a power management system PMS, a geographic information system, a marketing and distribution integration system, a user information acquisition system and a customer service system.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and constructing keywords corresponding to at least one of equipment name, equipment code, equipment operation event, equipment operation and maintenance event and equipment development planning event according to the standing book data and the mapping data.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a device state query request is received, a state information set of a device corresponding to the device state query request is obtained.
6. A distribution network data processing device based on Lucene full-text retrieval is characterized by comprising:
the feeder line contact group determining module is used for determining at least one feeder line contact group of the power distribution network according to the topological connection relation of the power distribution network, wherein each feeder line contact group comprises a feeder line used for switching and/or reconstructing a medium-voltage feeder line of the power distribution network and at least one station area associated with the feeder line;
the database construction module is used for acquiring the associated data of the lines, the distribution areas and the users in each feeder line contact group and establishing a power distribution network database, wherein the associated data comprises at least one of the following data: the system comprises machine account data, geographic information data, mapping data, operation event data, operation and maintenance event data, technical improvement event data and development planning event data;
the index construction module is used for carrying out full-text information retrieval on the power distribution network database based on Lucene full-text retrieval, carrying out word segmentation according to preset keyword pairs, extracting key information of the power distribution network database and establishing an index file;
an information set generating module, which is used for retrieving the state information of the distribution area and the line in the distribution network database based on the index file and generating a state information set of the equipment in the distribution network according to the retrieval result so as to determine the state of the equipment according to the state information set and/or assist in making a decision of the distribution network,
wherein the set of state information comprises at least one of: the device comprises a basic state, an operating state, an operation and maintenance state, a technical improvement state and a development planning state.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the mapping data comprises at least one of: a device name mapping table and a device code mapping table, the apparatus further comprising:
the mapping table building module is used for counting the information of the equipment and building the equipment name mapping table, the equipment name mapping table is used for recording at least one corresponding name of the equipment in the power distribution network, and the equipment code mapping table is used for recording the coding mode corresponding to the equipment.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the database building module comprises:
the data acquisition submodule acquires corresponding associated data from a specified system, and the specified system comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a power management system PMS, a geographic information system, a marketing and distribution integration system, a user information acquisition system and a customer service system.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the keyword determining module is used for constructing keywords corresponding to at least one of equipment name, equipment code, equipment operation event, equipment operation and maintenance event and equipment development planning event according to the standing book data and the mapping data.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the information set acquisition module is used for acquiring the state information set of the equipment corresponding to the equipment state query request when receiving the equipment state query request.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
