Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for service alerting during communication according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for service alerting during communication is used in a terminal and includes the following steps.
In step S201, during communication with the service number, the terminal acquires voice guidance information.
The terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the product type of the terminal. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a terminal may have a communication function based on which the terminal may communicate with other devices. In another embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may further have a recording function, and based on the recording function, the terminal may record the voice prompt information during communication with other devices. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may further have an information processing capability, based on which the terminal may convert the recorded voice prompt information into text information and extract a content keyword from the text information. Of course, the terminal may also have other functions, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not described one by one.
The service number is a telephone number which provides services including business consultation, business handling, complaint suggestion and the like for the user in a manual mode, an automatic mode such as voice, short message, fax, E-mail and the like, the service number is generally requested and set by a service provider, and the service provider comprises a communication operator, a third-party application platform and the like. In practical applications, the service number is typically a customer service telephone number of a service provider, for example, 10086 of a customer service telephone for mobile china, 10010 of a customer service telephone for unicom china, 10000 of a customer service telephone for telecom china, 95338 of a customer service telephone for courier express, 95188 of a customer service telephone for payers, and the like.
Since the service providers provide a large number of service types, in order to improve the service efficiency, a number code is usually set for each service, and a user touches a corresponding number key on a numeric keypad of a communication interface according to a required service, and a terminal can access the corresponding service for the user by detecting the operation of the user. For example, the chinese telecom may provide 9 services, the number code corresponding to the telephone charge credit inquiry and the password service is 1, the number code corresponding to the service handling is 2, the number code corresponding to the traffic inquiry is 3, the number code corresponding to the troubleshooting is 4, the number code corresponding to the complaint advice is 5, the number code corresponding to the intelligent voice service is 6, the number code corresponding to the network service is 8, the number code corresponding to the government and enterprise users is 9, and the number code corresponding to the manual service is 0. Wherein, the number of the digital codes may be determined according to the kind of services provided by the service provider, if the kind of services provided by the service provider is 6, the number of the digital codes may be 6, and if the kind of services provided by the service provider is 10, the number of the digital codes may be 10.
When a user needs to obtain a certain service from a service provider, the user can initiate communication to a service number of the service provider through a terminal, and as the service types provided by the service provider are more, in order to provide the service in a targeted manner, the service provider can prompt the provided service in a voice broadcasting mode.
In step S202, the terminal converts the voice guidance information into text information.
Because the service providers provide a plurality of service types, the number of services and corresponding digital codes required to be prompted during voice broadcasting prompting is correspondingly large, and after the user listens to all prompting contents, each service and corresponding digital code are not remembered or are wrongly remembered, so that the service acquisition time is prolonged, and the user experience effect is poor. In order to solve the problem, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the voice prompt information is obtained, the voice prompt information is further converted into text information, and a content keyword is extracted from the text information, and the extracted content keyword is displayed on the communication interface, so that a user can obtain a desired service and a corresponding digital code by checking the content displayed on the communication interface without additionally recording each service and the corresponding digital code.
When the terminal converts the voice prompt information into the text information, the following steps 2021 to 2023 can be adopted:
2021. and the terminal segments the voice prompt information into multi-frame audio signals.
In this embodiment, the terminal may segment the voice prompt information by using a window function, and obtain a multi-frame audio signal by segmenting by using the window function. The window function includes a hamming window function, a rectangular window function, a triangular window function, a hamming window function, and the like, and this embodiment is exemplified by adopting the hamming window function to divide the voice prompt information. When the Hamming window function is used for cutting the voice prompt information, a fixed frame length can be selected in advance, and the frame length is taken as a unit, and half of the frame length is moved each time. In this embodiment, the frame length of each frame of audio signal is set to 30ms, the frame shift is set to 10ms, and each frame of audio signal includes 480 sampling points.
2022. And the terminal acquires the characters corresponding to each frame of audio signal according to the corresponding relation between the audio signal and the characters which are stored in advance.
In this embodiment, the terminal maintains an audio signal database, and the audio signal database stores the corresponding relationship between the audio signals and the characters. After obtaining the multi-frame audio signals, the server may find the words corresponding to each frame of audio signals according to the pre-stored correspondence between the audio signals and the words.
2023. And the terminal combines the characters corresponding to the multi-frame audio signals into character information.
And the terminal combines the characters corresponding to the multi-frame audio signals into character information according to the segmentation sequence of the multi-frame audio signals.
In step S203, the terminal extracts a plurality of content keywords from the character information.
The content key words comprise digital parts and character parts, the digital parts are the same as the digital codes corresponding to each service in the voice prompt information, and the character parts are the names or the abbreviations of each service in the voice prompt information.
In this embodiment, the terminal may maintain a content keyword database in which correspondence between service numbers and content keywords are stored, for example, service number 10086 and its corresponding content keyword, service number 10000 and its corresponding content keyword, service number 95188 and its corresponding content keyword, and the like are stored.
Based on the content key database, when the terminal acquires the text information, the terminal may extract a plurality of content keys from the text information by using the following steps 2031 to 2033:
2031. the terminal divides the character information to obtain a plurality of plain films.
Regarding the segmentation method of the text information, the segmentation method includes, but is not limited to, segmenting the text information by using a natural language processing technology. The natural language processing technology is a general term for all technologies related to computer processing of natural language, and aims to make a computer understand and accept instructions input by human beings in natural language and complete a translation function from one language to another language. Through the research on the natural language processing technology, the research content of computer knowledge processing can be enriched, and the development of the artificial intelligence technology is promoted.
When the natural language processing technology is adopted to segment the character information, the segmentation can be carried out according to the set segmentation length. For example, if the set segmentation length is two words, every two words are segmented once when the word information is segmented every time; if the set segmentation length is three characters, every three characters are segmented once when the character information is segmented every time, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the set segmentation length. Of course, if the length of the text message is less than the set segmentation length, the text message can be regarded as a phoneme piece. Specifically, if the set segmentation length is two words and the text information is "score query please press 1", the text information can be segmented into four morpheme pieces of information, which are "score", "query", "please press" and "1", respectively, when the text information is segmented by using the natural language processing technology.
When the natural language processing technology is adopted to segment the character information, the segmentation can be carried out according to the set segmentation length and the part of speech of the information contained in the character information. Specifically, when performing segmentation according to the part of speech of the information included in the text information, the following method may be used for specific implementation: firstly, determining the part of speech of the information contained in the text information, and then segmenting according to the part of speech of the information contained in the text information. The parts of speech of the information included in the text information are nouns, verbs, adjectives, quantifiers, and the like, and the present embodiment does not specifically limit the parts of speech of the information included in the text information. Taking the text information as "flow query please press 3" as an example, when the text information is segmented according to the part of speech of the information contained in the text information, because "flow" is a noun, "query" is a verb, "press" is a prompter, and "3" is a name-number word, the text information can be segmented into four morpheme information, which are "flow," "query," "press" and "3," respectively.
2032. And the terminal searches all content keywords corresponding to the service number from the content keyword database according to the service number of the communication.
2033. For any morpheme, the terminal judges whether the content keywords which are the same as or similar to the morpheme exist in all the content keywords corresponding to the service number, and if so, the morpheme is determined to be a content keyword.
In step S204, the terminal displays a plurality of content keywords on the communication interface.
The communication interface is displayed when the terminal communicates with the service number, and a plurality of keys such as a numeric keyboard, a hang-up key and the like are displayed on the communication interface.
In order to avoid missing any content keyword, after a plurality of content keywords are acquired, the terminal may display the number part and the text part of each content keyword on the communication interface.
Referring to fig. 3, in the communication process with the service number 10000, the terminal converts the acquired voice prompt information into text information, and extracts a plurality of content keywords from the text information, which are "1 telephone charge integral query", "2 business transaction", "3 traffic query", "4 failure repair", "5 complaint advice", "6 voice service", "8 network service", "9 government, enterprise user", and "0 manual service", respectively, and then displays all the acquired content keywords on the communication interface.
In order to optimize the communication interface, the terminal may further select a preset number of content keywords from the plurality of content keywords as target content keywords according to a sequence from high to low of the selection frequency of the plurality of content keywords, and display a number part and a text part of the target content keywords and a number part of the remaining content keywords on the communication interface. The preset number may be 3, 4, etc., and the preset number is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, the preset number is set to 5, in the communication process with the service number 10000, the terminal converts the acquired voice prompt information into text information, extracts a plurality of content keywords from the text information, and respectively includes "1 telephone charge integral query", "2 business transaction", "3 flow query", "4 fault report", "5 complaint suggestion", "6 voice service", "8 network service", "9 government, enterprise user" and "0 manual service", and sequentially performs "1 telephone charge integral query", "2 business transaction", "3 flow query", "8 network service", "0 manual service", "5 complaint suggestion", "4 fault report" and "9 government and enterprise user" in the order from high to low according to the selected frequency, and then the terminal can display "0 manual service", "1 telephone charge integral query" and "9 government and enterprise user" on the communication interface, "2 transaction", "3 traffic query", "8 web service", and "4", "5", "6", "9".
Regarding the display form of the content keywords, a plurality of content keywords may be displayed at the designated positions on the communication interface in the order from the small number to the large number, and a plurality of content keywords may also be displayed at the designated positions on the communication interface in the order from the high number to the low number of the selected frequencies. The designated position may be above the position of the numeric keypad, and the like.
When the terminal displays each content keyword, the upper area of the designated position can be divided into a plurality of display areas, each display area is used for displaying one content keyword, each content keyword comprises a digital part and a character part, each display area can be divided into an upper sub display area and a lower sub display area, the digital part and the character part of each content keyword are further displayed in each sub display area respectively, for example, the digital part can be displayed in the upper sub display area, the character part can be displayed in the lower sub display area, the digital part can be displayed in the lower sub display area, and the character part can be displayed in the upper sub display area.
In step S205, when a selection operation of any content keyword is detected, the terminal hides a plurality of content keywords on the communication interface.
Based on the content keywords displayed on the display interface, the user can touch the corresponding content keywords according to the own requirements, and after the terminal detects that any content keyword is selected, the terminal hides the plurality of content keywords on the communication interface and accesses the service corresponding to the selected content keyword.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the communication process with the service number, service prompt is not only carried out in a voice broadcasting mode, but also the content keywords corresponding to the voice prompt information are displayed on the communication interface, and based on the displayed content keywords, a user can obtain the corresponding prompt information without extra memory, so that the prompt mode is more reasonable.
