(1) The invention realizes 96 gears of 64 forward gears and 32 reverse gears of the tractor by more compact space arrangement, and simultaneously has various power output rotation speed combinations, thereby being convenient for realizing four-wheel drive; and the whole speed change system has compact structure, high transmission efficiency and reasonable speed arrangement. Meanwhile, the power reversing speed change assembly is arranged at the front end of the main speed change assembly, the number of reverse gears is increased, and the speed range is wider. In practical application, when the tractor encounters the condition of large cultivation resistance change in the operation process, the high-grade and low-grade switching is realized through power gear shifting, and the change of the running speed of the tractor can be realized, so that the operation efficiency is improved, the operation intensity of a driver is reduced, the operation comfort is improved, and the cost of the tractor is not increased too much. In practical application, the clutch is an electrohydraulic control wet multi-plate clutch, and the change of the running direction of the tractor can be realized through the reversing handle, so that the operation efficiency is improved, the operation intensity of a driver is reduced, the operation comfort is improved, and the cost of the tractor is not increased too much.
(2) According to the invention, the transmission paths among the assemblies (the power reversing speed change assembly, the main speed change assembly, the auxiliary speed change assembly and the crawling gear assembly) are greatly simplified by arranging a certain transmission part of one assembly on a certain part of the other assembly (for example, a two-shaft gear of the auxiliary speed change assembly is arranged on a two-shaft of the main speed change assembly, and a auxiliary speed change driven gear of the crawling gear assembly is arranged on a constant meshed gear shaft and the like), so that the structural compactness and the transmission efficiency of the speed change system are further improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, bearings are respectively sleeved at two ends of the main clutch shaft, the high-low gear spline shaft, the constant-meshed gear shaft two and the reverse gear intermediate shaft. The forward drive gear 2 and the main clutch shaft may be integrally formed or fixed by splines (or bolts). The first reverse intermediate gear 15 and the second reverse intermediate gear 17 are fixed to the reverse intermediate shaft by splines (or bolts). Claims (8)

1. A power reversing speed change assembly, comprising:
a main clutch shaft, a high-low gear spline shaft, a constant-meshed gear shaft II and a reverse gear intermediate shaft;
the main clutch shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse clutch (A) and a forward drive gear (2); the main clutch shaft is sleeved with a reverse gear driving gear (1) corresponding to the reverse gear clutch (A);
The high-low gear spline shaft is fixedly provided with a Lo driven gear (3) and a Hi driven gear (4); the high-low gear spline shaft and the main clutch shaft are coaxially arranged;
the constant-meshed gear shaft II is fixedly provided with a constant-meshed gear II (16), a Lo clutch (B) and a Hi clutch (C); the second constant-mesh gear shaft is in hollow sleeve with a Lo driving gear (18) corresponding to the Lo clutch (B), and the second constant-mesh gear shaft is in hollow sleeve with a Hi driving gear (19) corresponding to the Hi clutch (C); the constant meshed gear II (16) is in meshed connection with the forward gear driving gear (2); the Lo driving gear (18) is in meshed connection with the Lo driven gear (3); the Hi driving gear (19) is in meshed connection with the Hi driven gear (4);
the reverse intermediate shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse intermediate gear I (15) and a reverse intermediate gear II (17); the first reverse intermediate gear (15) is in meshed connection with the reverse driving gear (1); and the second reverse gear intermediate gear (17) is in meshed connection with the Lo driving gear (18).
2. A high and low gear reversing system, comprising:
the device comprises a power reversing speed changing assembly, a main speed changing assembly, a secondary speed changing assembly and a crawling gear assembly;
the power reversing speed change assembly comprises a main clutch shaft, a high-low gear spline shaft, a constant-meshed gear shaft II and a reverse gear intermediate shaft; the main clutch shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse clutch (A) and a forward drive gear (2); the main clutch shaft is sleeved with a reverse gear driving gear (1) corresponding to the reverse gear clutch (A); the high-low gear spline shaft is fixedly provided with a Lo driven gear (3) and a Hi driven gear (4); the high-low gear spline shaft and the main clutch shaft are coaxially arranged; the constant-meshed gear shaft II is fixedly provided with a constant-meshed gear II (16), a Lo clutch (B) and a Hi clutch (C); the second constant-mesh gear shaft is in hollow sleeve with a Lo driving gear (18) corresponding to the Lo clutch (B), and the second constant-mesh gear shaft is in hollow sleeve with a Hi driving gear (19) corresponding to the Hi clutch (C); the constant meshed gear II (16) is in meshed connection with the forward gear driving gear (2); the Lo driving gear (18) is in meshed connection with the Lo driven gear (3); the Hi driving gear (19) is in meshed connection with the Hi driven gear (4); the reverse intermediate shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse intermediate gear I (15) and a reverse intermediate gear II (17); the first reverse intermediate gear (15) is in meshed connection with the reverse driving gear (1); the second reverse gear intermediate gear (17) is in meshed connection with the Lo driving gear (18);
The main shift assembly includes a plurality of main shift transmission paths;
the range assembly includes a plurality of range transmission paths;
any one of the main variable speed transmission paths can be respectively connected with the reverse gear clutch (A), the Lo clutch (B) or the Hi clutch (C) in a transmission way; any one of the primary variable speed drive paths is selectively drivingly connected with any one of the secondary variable speed drive paths; any one of the main variable speed transmission paths is in transmission connection with any one of the auxiliary variable speed transmission paths and then can be selectively in transmission connection with the crawling gear assembly.
3. The high and low gear reversing system according to claim 2, wherein:
the main speed change assembly comprises a first shaft and a second shaft which are arranged in parallel, and the first shaft is in transmission connection with the high-low gear spline shaft;
the N driving gears are fixedly arranged on the shaft, wherein the nth driving gear is an N-gear driving gear; the two shafts are sleeved with N driven gears in a hollow mode; the nth driven gear is an n-gear driven gear; the two shafts are fixedly provided with a selection mechanism which can be selectively connected with the n-gear driven gear or the (n-1) gear driven gear, and each driven gear is correspondingly provided with one selection mechanism; the N-gear driving gears and the N-gear driven gears are in one-to-one corresponding meshing connection to form N main variable speed transmission paths; wherein N, N is a positive integer greater than 1, and N is less than or equal to N.
4. A high and low gear reversing system according to claim 3, wherein:
the first shaft is fixedly provided with a fourth-gear driving gear (5), a third-gear driving gear (6), a second-gear driving gear (7) and a first-gear driving gear (8);
the second shaft is sleeved with a fourth-gear driven gear (20), a third-gear driven gear (22), a second-gear driven gear (23) and a first-gear driven gear (25); the second shaft is fixedly provided with a first selection mechanism (21) which can be selectively connected with the fourth-gear driven gear (20) or the third-gear driven gear (22), and a second selection mechanism (24) which can be selectively connected with the second-gear driven gear (23) or the first-gear driven gear (25);
the four-gear driving gear (5) is meshed with the four-gear driven gear (20) to form a main variable-speed transmission path;
the third-gear driving gear (6) is meshed with the third-gear driven gear (22) to form a main variable-speed transmission path;
the second-gear driving gear (7) is meshed with the second-gear driven gear (23) to form a main variable-speed transmission path;
the first-gear driving gear (8) is meshed with the first-gear driven gear (25) to form a main variable speed transmission path.
5. The high and low gear reversing system according to claim 4, wherein:
The auxiliary speed change assembly comprises a constant-meshed gear shaft I and an auxiliary speed change driven shaft;
the first constant-mesh gear shaft is fixedly provided with a first constant-mesh gear (9), a slow-gear driving gear (10), a low-gear driving gear (11) and a middle-gear driving gear (12);
the two shafts are fixedly provided with two-shaft gears (26);
the auxiliary speed change driven shaft is sleeved with a slow-gear driven gear (28), a low-gear driven gear (29) and a middle-gear driven gear (31); the two shafts are fixedly provided with a third selection mechanism (27) which can be selectively connected with the two-shaft gear (26) or the slow-gear driven gear (28) and a fourth selection mechanism (30) which can be selectively connected with the low-gear driven gear (29) or the medium-gear driven gear (31);
the constant meshed gear I (9) is meshed with the two-shaft gear (26) to form a pair of variable speed transmission paths;
the slow-speed driving gear (10) is meshed with the slow-speed driven gear (28) to form a pair of variable-speed transmission paths;
the low-gear driving gear (11) is meshed with the low-gear driven gear (29) to form a pair of variable-speed transmission paths;
the middle drive gear (12) is meshed with the middle driven gear (31) to form a pair of variable speed transmission paths.
6. The high and low gear reversing system according to claim 5, wherein:
The crawling gear assembly comprises a crawling gear shaft and a small bevel gear shaft;
the crawling gear shaft is fixedly provided with a crawling gear driven gear I (13) and a crawling gear driven gear II (14);
the auxiliary speed change driven shaft is fixedly provided with an auxiliary speed change driven gear (32), and the auxiliary speed change driven gear (32) is in meshed connection with the first crawling speed driven gear (13);
the small bevel gear shaft is fixedly provided with a crawling gear meshing sleeve (33); the small bevel gear shaft is sleeved with a crawling gear driven gear (34), and the crawling gear driven gear (34) is connected with the crawling gear driven gear II (14) in a meshed manner; the crawling gear meshing sleeve (33) is selectively connected with the auxiliary speed change driven gear (32) or the crawling gear driven gear (34).

the small bevel gear shaft is in transmission connection with a differential mechanism; the differential is in driving connection with the final drive assembly.
