the main clutch shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse clutch (A) and a forward driving gear (2); the main clutch shaft is sleeved with a reverse driving gear (1) corresponding to the reverse clutch (A) in an empty way;
the high-low gear spline shaft is fixedly provided with an Lo driven gear (3) and a Hi driven gear (4); the high-low gear spline shaft and the main clutch shaft are coaxially arranged;
a second constant meshed gear (16), a Lo clutch (B) and a Hi clutch (C) are fixedly arranged on the second constant meshed gear shaft; a Lo driving gear (18) is sleeved on the normally meshed gear shaft II corresponding to the Lo clutch (B) in an empty mode, and a Hi driving gear (19) is sleeved on the normally meshed gear shaft II corresponding to the Hi clutch (C) in an empty mode; the normally meshed gear II (16) is meshed with the forward gear driving gear (2); the Lo driving gear (18) is in meshed connection with the Lo driven gear (3); the Hi driving gear (19) is in meshed connection with the Hi driven gear (4);
the reverse counter shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse intermediate gear I (15) and a reverse intermediate gear II (17); the first reverse intermediate gear (15) is meshed with the reverse driving gear (1); and the second reverse intermediate gear (17) is meshed with the Lo driving gear (18).
2. A high-low gear reversing system, comprising:
the power reversing speed changing assembly comprises a power reversing speed changing assembly, a main speed changing assembly, an auxiliary speed changing assembly and a creeper gear assembly;
the power reversing speed change assembly comprises a main clutch shaft, a high-low gear spline shaft, a normally meshed gear shaft II and a reverse intermediate shaft; the main clutch shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse clutch (A) and a forward driving gear (2); the main clutch shaft is sleeved with a reverse driving gear (1) corresponding to the reverse clutch (A) in an empty way; the high-low gear spline shaft is fixedly provided with an Lo driven gear (3) and a Hi driven gear (4); the high-low gear spline shaft and the main clutch shaft are coaxially arranged; a second constant meshed gear (16), a Lo clutch (B) and a Hi clutch (C) are fixedly arranged on the second constant meshed gear shaft; a Lo driving gear (18) is sleeved on the normally meshed gear shaft II corresponding to the Lo clutch (B) in an empty mode, and a Hi driving gear (19) is sleeved on the normally meshed gear shaft II corresponding to the Hi clutch (C) in an empty mode; the normally meshed gear II (16) is meshed with the forward gear driving gear (2); the Lo driving gear (18) is in meshed connection with the Lo driven gear (3); the Hi driving gear (19) is in meshed connection with the Hi driven gear (4); the reverse counter shaft is fixedly provided with a reverse intermediate gear I (15) and a reverse intermediate gear II (17); the first reverse intermediate gear (15) is meshed with the reverse driving gear (1); the second reverse intermediate gear (17) is meshed with the Lo driving gear (18);
the main transmission assembly includes a plurality of main transmission paths;
the range-ratio assembly includes a plurality of range-ratio drive paths;
any of the main transmission paths may be drivingly connectable with the reverse clutch (a), the Lo clutch (B) or the Hi clutch (C), respectively; any of said main transmission paths is selectively drivingly connected to any of said auxiliary transmission paths; any main speed change transmission path is in transmission connection with any auxiliary speed change transmission path and then can be selectively in transmission connection with the creeper gear assembly.
3. The high-low range reversing system of claim 2, wherein:
the main speed change assembly comprises a first shaft and a second shaft which are arranged in parallel, and the first shaft is in transmission connection with the high-low gear spline shaft;
the shaft is fixedly provided with N driving gears, wherein the nth driving gear is an N-gear driving gear; the two shafts are sleeved with N driven gears; the nth driven gear is an n-gear driven gear; the two shafts are fixedly provided with a selection mechanism which can be selectively connected with the n-gear driven gear or the (n-1) -gear driven gear, and each driven gear is correspondingly provided with one selection mechanism; the N-gear driving gears and the N-gear driven gears are correspondingly meshed and connected one by one to form N main transmission paths; wherein N, N are positive integers greater than 1, and N is less than or equal to N.
4. The high-low range reversing system of claim 3, wherein:
the first shaft is fixedly provided with a fourth-gear driving gear (5), a third-gear driving gear (6), a second-gear driving gear (7) and a first-gear driving gear (8);
the two-shaft hollow sleeve is provided with a four-gear driven gear (20), a three-gear driven gear (22), a two-gear driven gear (23) and a first-gear driven gear (25); a first selection mechanism (21) selectively connected with the fourth-gear driven gear (20) or the third-gear driven gear (22) and a second selection mechanism (24) selectively connected with the second-gear driven gear (23) or the first-gear driven gear (25) are fixedly arranged on the second shaft;
the four-gear driving gear (5) is meshed and connected with the four-gear driven gear (20) to form a main transmission path;
the third-gear driving gear (6) is meshed and connected with the third-gear driven gear (22) to form a main transmission path;
the second-gear driving gear (7) is meshed and connected with the second-gear driven gear (23) to form a main transmission path;
the first-gear driving gear (8) and the first-gear driven gear (25) are meshed and connected to form a main transmission path.
5. The high-low gear commutation system of claim 4, wherein:
the auxiliary transmission assembly comprises a first normally-meshed gear shaft and an auxiliary transmission driven shaft;
the first normally meshed gear shaft is fixedly provided with a first normally meshed gear (9), a slow-gear driving gear (10), a low-gear driving gear (11) and a middle-gear driving gear (12);
a two-shaft gear (26) is fixedly arranged on the two shafts;
the auxiliary variable-speed driven shaft is sleeved with a slow-gear driven gear (28), a low-gear driven gear (29) and a medium-gear driven gear (31) in an empty manner; a third selection mechanism (27) selectively connected with the second shaft gear (26) or the slow-gear driven gear (28) and a fourth selection mechanism (30) selectively connected with the low-gear driven gear (29) or the medium-gear driven gear (31) are fixedly arranged on the second shaft;
the first constant mesh gear (9) is meshed and connected with the second shaft gear (26) to form a secondary variable speed transmission path;
the slow gear driving gear (10) is meshed with the slow gear driven gear (28) to form a pair of variable speed transmission paths;
the low-gear driving gear (11) is meshed with the low-gear driven gear (29) to form a pair of speed change transmission paths;
the middle gear driving gear (12) is meshed and connected with the middle gear driven gear (31) to form a pair of speed change transmission paths.
6. The high-low range reversing system of claim 5, wherein:
the crawling gear assembly comprises a crawling gear shaft and a small bevel gear shaft;
the crawling gear shaft is fixedly provided with a crawling gear driven gear I (13) and a crawling gear driven gear II (14);
an auxiliary transmission driven gear (32) is fixedly arranged on the auxiliary transmission driven shaft, and the auxiliary transmission driven gear (32) is meshed with the crawling gear driven gear I (13);
the small bevel gear shaft is fixedly provided with a crawling gear meshing sleeve (33); the small bevel gear shaft is sleeved with a crawling gear driven gear (34) in an empty mode, and the crawling gear driven gear (34) is meshed with the crawling gear driven gear II (14); the creep gear engaging sleeve (33) is selectively connected with the auxiliary transmission driven gear (32) or the creep gear driven gear (34).
7. The high-low gear commutation system of claim 6, wherein:
the small bevel gear shaft is in transmission connection with a differential mechanism; the differential is in driving connection with the final drive assembly.
8. The high-low gear commutation system of claim 6, wherein:
and the small bevel gear shaft is in transmission connection with the transfer case assembly.
