As can be seen from fig. 9, the pneumatic one-way motor (14) is installed on the side surface of the engine through the installation bracket, the belt pulley (53) on the pneumatic one-way motor and the belt pulley on the output shaft of the engine are in the parallel installation position, the belt pulley on the pneumatic one-way motor and the rest belt pulleys are connected through the transmission belt (54), and when the pneumatic motor on the pneumatic one-way motor rotates, the rotating kinetic energy is transmitted to the engine through the transmission belt.
When a vehicle provided with the system runs at a high speed, when high-speed airflow at the front end of the vehicle enters an air inlet fence power wind wheel (2) and a power side wind wheel (3), wind wheel blades (4) rotate under the pushing of the high-speed high-pressure airflow, the rotating kinetic energy is input into an energy concentrator (11) through a flexible transmission shaft (10), when an engine of the vehicle runs at a high speed when the vehicle runs at a high speed, waste gas discharged by the engine pushes a waste gas wind wheel (9) to rotate, the rotating kinetic energy of the waste gas wind wheel is input into the energy concentrator through the flexible transmission shaft, the kinetic energy input by a plurality of groups of wind wheels is aggregated by the energy concentrator (11) and then drives an air compressor (12) to rotate, compressed air generated when the air compressor rotates is input into an air storage tank (13) through an air pipe for storage, when an acceleration detector (17) detects the acceleration action of the vehicle, an electromagnetic delay air, compressed air in the air storage tank drives the pneumatic one-way motor to rotate, kinetic energy of the rotation of the pneumatic one-way motor is transmitted to the engine through a transmission belt (54), and the system converts high-speed airflow generated at the front end of the vehicle during high-speed running of the vehicle into compressed air and then drives the pneumatic one-way motor to rotate, so that air resistance of the air acting on the vehicle is recycled.
When the vehicle runs at high speed, the resistance of air acting on the front end of the common vehicle is larger than the resistance of air entering the power wind wheel and the power side wind wheel of the air inlet fence, when high-speed airflow enters the wind wheel to push the wind wheel blades to rotate, the air is quickly discharged, so that the vehicle provided with the system has lower resistance generated by the windward side of the front end of the traditional vehicle, the kinetic energy generated by the power wind wheel and the waste gas wind wheel is converted into compressed air by the air compressor and then is transmitted to the engine by the pneumatic one-way motor, and the pneumatic one-way motor can provide auxiliary power for the engine or the motor of the vehicle when rotating, so that the acceleration time or the resistance of the vehicle is reduced, therefore, when the vehicle provided with the system runs, compared with the traditional vehicle, the fuel oil (fuel) and electric energy (electric vehicle) can be saved, and the system is applied to air storage equipment for directly, the original power structure is not changed.

The system for recycling air resistance and exhaust power of a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein; the working mode of the system is as follows; the method comprises the steps that an air inlet fence power wind wheel arranged inside an air inlet fence at the front end of a vehicle is utilized, power side wind wheels on two sides of the air inlet fence power wind wheel are utilized to collect high-speed airflow generated when the vehicle runs, power of tail gas of an engine is collected by utilizing a waste gas wind wheel, the kinetic energy generated by the rotation of the air inlet fence power wind wheel, the power side wind wheel and the waste gas wind wheel is input into an energy concentrator by utilizing a flexible transmission shaft, the kinetic energy input by a plurality of groups of wind wheels is aggregated by the energy concentrator and then drives an air compressor to rotate, compressed air generated by the air compressor is input into an air storage tank, the compressed air stored in the air storage tank drives a pneumatic one-way motor to rotate, the kinetic energy generated by the pneumatic one-way motor is transmitted.
