As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the present embodiment provides a modular house, which includes a plurality of modular house frame units provided in the first embodiment, and it is easily understood that the plurality of modular house frame units provided in the present embodiment provides a modular house, which may also be a plurality of modular house frame units provided in the second embodiment, the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment.
In the embodiment, a plurality of modular house frame units are spliced, and when the modular house frame units are spliced, adjacent modular house frame units can enable a beam connecting piece 2a and a beam connecting piece 2a to be welded and an angle column connecting structure 1a to be welded in the same layer; when two adjacent layers are spliced, the beam connecting piece 2a and the beam connecting piece 2a can be welded or connected through bolts.

the corner post frame comprises a corner post frame module (1), an upper ring beam module (2) and a lower ring beam module (3);
the corner post frame module (1) comprises a corner post connecting structure (1a) and a corner post (4);
the corner post connecting structure (1a) comprises a corner post connecting piece (10), the corner post connecting piece (10) comprises two mounting plates (11) which are connected at the end parts and are vertical to each other, one ends, far away from the joint, of the two mounting plates (11) are connected with a first connecting plate (12) which extends vertically and inwards, and two common side surfaces of the mounting plates (11) and the first connecting plate (12) form two connecting side surfaces (13);
the number of the corner post connecting pieces (10) is two, one mounting plate (11) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is connected with one connecting side surface (13) of the second corner post connecting piece (10), the other mounting plate (11) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is flush with one mounting plate (11) of the second corner post connecting piece (10) to form a mounting surface, and one connecting side surface (13) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is flush with the other mounting plate (11) of the second corner post connecting piece (10); the corner posts (4) are connected with first connecting plates (12) of corner post connecting pieces (10) in the corner post connecting structures (1a) to form a hexahedral frame structure;
the upper ring beam module (2) and the lower ring beam module (3) both comprise beams (5) and beam connecting pieces (2a), each beam connecting piece (2a) comprises a connecting body, each connecting body comprises two second connecting plates (21) which are parallel to each other, and a supporting piece (22) is connected between the two second connecting plates (21);
the two second connecting plates (21) form a first welding connecting part (23) on the first side surface of the connecting body, the two second connecting plates (21) form another first welding connecting part (23) on the second side surface of the connecting body perpendicular to the first side surface, and the first welding connecting parts (23) of the beam connecting pieces (2a) and the beams (5) are welded to form a rectangular frame structure;
the bottom of the upper ring beam module (2) is connected with the top of the corner column frame module (1), and the top of the lower ring beam module (3) is connected with the bottom of the corner column frame module (1).
2. The modular building frame unit of claim 1, wherein: in the corner post connecting piece (10), a reinforcing plate (14) is connected to the inner side of a structure enclosed by the mounting plate (11) and the first connecting plate (12).
3. The modular building frame unit of claim 2, wherein: on at least one side of the reinforcing plate (14), the mounting plate (11) is provided with a first extension part (111), and the first extension part (111) is provided with a plurality of bolt holes;
on at least one side of the reinforcement plate (14), the first connection plate (12) is provided with a second extension (121), the second extension (121) being provided with a plurality of bolt holes.
4. A modular building framing unit characterized by: the corner post frame comprises a corner post frame module (1), an upper ring beam module (2) and a lower ring beam module (3);
the corner post frame module (1) comprises a corner post connecting structure (1a) and a corner post (4);
the corner post connecting structure (1a) comprises a corner post connecting piece (10), the corner post connecting piece (10) comprises two mounting plates (11) which are connected at the end parts and are vertical to each other, and two common side surfaces of the two mounting plates (11) are respectively connected with a first connecting plate (12) which extends towards the inner sides of vertical angles of the two mounting plates (11);
one extending side edge of the first connecting plate (12) and one end, far away from the vertical angle, of the mounting plate (11) form a second welding connecting part (16); the other extending side edge of the first connecting plate (12) and one end, far away from the vertical angle, of the other mounting plate (11) form another second welding connecting part (16);
the number of the corner post connecting pieces (10) is two, one mounting plate (11) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is connected with one first connecting plate (12) of the second corner post connecting piece (10), the other mounting plate (11) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is flush with one mounting plate (11) of the second corner post connecting piece (10) to form a mounting surface, and the first connecting plate (12) of the first corner post connecting piece (10) is flush with the other mounting plate (11) of the second corner post connecting piece (10); the corner columns (4) and second welding connection parts (16) of corner column connecting pieces (10) in the corner column connecting structures (1a) are welded to form a hexahedral frame structure;
the upper ring beam module (2) and the lower ring beam module (3) both comprise beams (5) and beam connecting pieces (2a), each beam connecting piece (2a) comprises a connecting body, each connecting body comprises two second connecting plates (21) which are parallel to each other, and a supporting piece (22) is connected between the two second connecting plates (21);
the two second connecting plates (21) form a first welding connecting part (23) on the first side surface of the connecting body, the two second connecting plates (21) form another first welding connecting part (23) on the second side surface of the connecting body perpendicular to the first side surface, and the first welding connecting parts (23) of the beam connecting pieces (2a) and the beams (5) are welded to form a rectangular frame structure;
the bottom of the upper ring beam module (2) is connected with the top of the corner column frame module (1), and the top of the lower ring beam module (3) is connected with the bottom of the corner column frame module (1).
5. The modular building frame unit of claim 4, wherein: the mounting plate (11) with first connecting plate (12) all are equipped with a plurality of bolt holes.

The modular building frame unit of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the beam connecting piece (2a) of the upper ring beam module (2) is connected with the mounting surface of the corner column connecting structure (1a) at the top of the corner column frame module (1), and the beam connecting piece (2a) of the lower ring beam module (3) is connected with the mounting surface of the corner column connecting structure (1a) at the bottom of the corner column frame module (1).

The modular building frame unit of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the supporting piece (22) comprises two supporting plates (221) which are connected at the ends and are perpendicular to each other, wherein one supporting plate (221) is parallel to the first side surface, the other supporting plate (221) is parallel to the second side surface, and the first side surface and the second side surface are positioned at the inner sides of the vertical angles of the two supporting plates (221).
8. The modular building frame unit of claim 7, wherein: the second connecting plate (21) is provided with a third extending part (211) at the outer side of the vertical angle of the two supporting plates (221), and the third extending part (211) is provided with a plurality of bolt holes.
9. The modular building frame unit of claim 7, wherein: one of the support plates (221) is flush with a third side of the connection body parallel to the first side, the other support plate (221) is flush with a fourth side of the connection body parallel to the second side; the second connecting plate (21) is provided with a plurality of bolt holes.
10. A modular house, its characterized in that: comprising a plurality of modular room frame units according to claim 8 or 9, a plurality of said modular room frame units being spliced together.
