面料就是用来制作服装的材料;作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
现有的面料在使用时功能性较差,不具备防火功能,在使用时即为不便,容易被损毁造成经济损失,所以急需要一种面料来解决上述问题。

一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S101、原料准备:准备基础布料、空心绒布料、防水涂料、有机磷化合物、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、渗透剂、硅烷偶联剂、环氧化甘油三酸酯、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、丙三醇、纳米二氧化硅、滑石粉、小红泥和火山泥备用;
S102、溶液制取:取用60%-70%的有机磷化合物、20%-30%六羟甲基三聚氰胺、1%-4%渗透剂和3%-9%硅烷偶联剂放入搅拌机中搅拌15-25分钟,使得原料充分搅拌均匀,同时搅拌温度设置在40-50摄氏度,完成后取出,设定为第一浸泡液备用,然后取用35%-45%环氧化甘油三酸酯、15%-30%对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、10%-15%丙三醇加入搅拌器中搅拌20-40分钟,同时搅拌温度为常温,之后向搅拌器内部添加6%-7%纳米二氧化硅、2%-5%滑石粉、1%-3%小红泥和1%-3%火山泥,继续搅拌10-15分钟制动第二浸泡液备用;
S103、浸泡:将第一浸泡液温度提升至80-90摄氏度,然后基础布料浸泡在第一浸泡液内部,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,一次搅拌2-3分钟,同时浸泡搅拌30-40分钟,保证第一浸泡液浸透基础布料,从而保证基础布料的防火性,同时将空心绒布料浸泡在常温第二浸泡液内部位置,浸泡3-6个小时;
S104、干燥:将浸泡在第一浸泡液与第二浸泡液内部的基础布料和空心绒布料取出,平铺在干燥装置内部位置,然后将温度调节在80-100摄氏度干燥10-15分钟,然后转移至40-60摄氏度干燥装置内部干燥30-40分钟,干燥完成后取出自然晾凉即可;
S105、粘接压实:将基础布料上下端均铺设空心绒布料,同时在隔层之间位置利用粘接固定连接,然后将粘接后的布料抹平后整体放置在100-200公斤重物下端位置重压2-3个小时,使得面料之间被完全固定,利用三层面料提高其防火能力,同时通过重压提高连接紧密型;
S106、防水料涂抹干燥:将挤压后的面料两面均涂抹防水涂料,然后自然晾干,提高材料的防水性能,从而有效提高整个面料的实用性;
S107、激光绣花:将花纹样式输入激光绣花机控制电脑内,然后将面料安置在激光绣花机上方位置,并且将布料抹平,利用激光绣花机进行绣花工作,制成成品;
S108、包装:将成品材料利用包装袋进行包装打包,便于售卖同时进行防尘保护。

S108、包装:将成品材料利用包装袋进行包装打包,便于售卖同时进行防尘保护。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防火激光绣面料,包括基础布料1,所述基础布料1为芳纶材料制成,所述基础布料1上下两侧均粘接固定设置有空心绒布料2,所述空心绒布料2外侧位置涂抹设置有防水涂料,提高材料防水性,所述空心绒布料2外侧端均匀一体成型设置有若干个凸起3。
一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S101、原料准备:准备基础布料、空心绒布料、防水涂料、有机磷化合物、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、渗透剂、硅烷偶联剂、环氧化甘油三酸酯、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、丙三醇、纳米二氧化硅、滑石粉、小红泥和火山泥备用;
S102、溶液制取:取用65%的有机磷化合物、25%六羟甲基三聚氰胺、3%渗透剂和7%硅烷偶联剂放入搅拌机中搅拌20分钟,使得原料充分搅拌均匀,同时搅拌温度设置在45摄氏度,完成后取出,设定为第一浸泡液备用,然后取用40%环氧化甘油三酸酯、28%对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、14%丙三醇加入搅拌器中搅拌30分钟,同时搅拌温度为常温,之后向搅拌器内部添加7%纳米二氧化硅、5%滑石粉、3%小红泥和3%火山泥,继续搅拌10-15分钟制动第二浸泡液备用;
S103、浸泡:将第一浸泡液温度提升至85摄氏度,然后基础布料浸泡在第一浸泡液内部,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,一次搅拌2分钟,同时浸泡搅拌35分钟,保证第一浸泡液浸透基础布料,从而保证基础布料的防火性,同时将空心绒布料浸泡在常温第二浸泡液内部位置,浸泡5个小时;
S104、干燥:将浸泡在第一浸泡液与第二浸泡液内部的基础布料和空心绒布料取出,平铺在干燥装置内部位置,然后将温度调节在90摄氏度干燥12分钟,然后转移至50摄氏度干燥装置内部干燥35分钟,干燥完成后取出自然晾凉即可;
S105、粘接压实:将基础布料上下端均铺设空心绒布料,同时在隔层之间位置利用粘接固定连接,然后将粘接后的布料抹平后整体放置在150公斤重物下端位置重压2个小时,使得面料之间被完全固定,利用三层面料提高其防火能力,同时通过重压提高连接紧密型;

S108、包装:将成品材料利用包装袋进行包装打包,便于售卖同时进行防尘保护。

一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S101、原料准备:准备基础布料、空心绒布料、防水涂料、有机磷化合物、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、渗透剂、硅烷偶联剂、环氧化甘油三酸酯、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、丙三醇、纳米二氧化硅、滑石粉、小红泥和火山泥备用;
S102、溶液制取:取用70%的有机磷化合物、20%六羟甲基三聚氰胺、4%渗透剂和6%硅烷偶联剂放入搅拌机中搅拌25分钟,使得原料充分搅拌均匀,同时搅拌温度设置在50摄氏度,完成后取出,设定为第一浸泡液备用,然后取用45%环氧化甘油三酸酯、30%对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、15%丙三醇加入搅拌器中搅拌40分钟,同时搅拌温度为常温,之后向搅拌器内部添加6%纳米二氧化硅、2%滑石粉、1%小红泥和1%火山泥,继续搅拌15分钟制动第二浸泡液备用;
S103、浸泡:将第一浸泡液温度提升至90摄氏度,然后基础布料浸泡在第一浸泡液内部,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,一次搅拌3分钟,同时浸泡搅拌40分钟,保证第一浸泡液浸透基础布料,从而保证基础布料的防火性,同时将空心绒布料浸泡在常温第二浸泡液内部位置,浸泡6个小时;
S104、干燥:将浸泡在第一浸泡液与第二浸泡液内部的基础布料和空心绒布料取出,平铺在干燥装置内部位置,然后将温度调节在100摄氏度干燥15分钟,然后转移至60摄氏度干燥装置内部干燥40分钟,干燥完成后取出自然晾凉即可;

S108、包装:将成品材料利用包装袋进行包装打包,便于售卖同时进行防尘保护。

Claims (8)

1.一种防火激光绣面料,包括基础布料(1),其特征在于:所述基础布料(1)上下两侧均粘接固定设置有空心绒布料(2),所述空心绒布料(2)外侧端均匀一体成型设置有若干个凸起(3)。
2.一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S101、原料准备:准备基础布料、空心绒布料、防水涂料、有机磷化合物、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、渗透剂、硅烷偶联剂、环氧化甘油三酸酯、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、丙三醇、纳米二氧化硅、滑石粉、小红泥和火山泥备用;
S102、溶液制取:取用60%-70%的有机磷化合物、20%-30%六羟甲基三聚氰胺、1%-4%渗透剂和3%-9%硅烷偶联剂放入搅拌机中搅拌15-25分钟,使得原料充分搅拌均匀,同时搅拌温度设置在40-50摄氏度,完成后取出,设定为第一浸泡液备用,然后取用35%-45%环氧化甘油三酸酯、15%-30%对羟苯甲酸异丙酯、10%-15%丙三醇加入搅拌器中搅拌20-40分钟,同时搅拌温度为常温,之后向搅拌器内部添加6%-7%纳米二氧化硅、2%-5%滑石粉、1%-3%小红泥和1%-3%火山泥,继续搅拌10-15分钟制动第二浸泡液备用;
S103、浸泡:将第一浸泡液温度提升至80-90摄氏度,然后基础布料浸泡在第一浸泡液内部,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,一次搅拌2-3分钟,同时浸泡搅拌30-40分钟,保证第一浸泡液浸透基础布料,从而保证基础布料的防火性,同时将空心绒布料浸泡在常温第二浸泡液内部位置,浸泡3-6个小时;
S104、干燥:将浸泡在第一浸泡液与第二浸泡液内部的基础布料和空心绒布料取出,平铺在干燥装置内部位置,然后将温度调节在80-100摄氏度干燥10-15分钟,然后转移至40-60摄氏度干燥装置内部干燥30-40分钟,干燥完成后取出自然晾凉即可;
S105、粘接压实:将基础布料上下端均铺设空心绒布料,同时在隔层之间位置利用粘接固定连接,然后将粘接后的布料抹平后整体放置在100-200公斤重物下端位置重压2-3个小时,使得面料之间被完全固定,利用三层面料提高其防火能力,同时通过重压提高连接紧密型;
S106、防水料涂抹干燥:将挤压后的面料两面均涂抹防水涂料,然后自然晾干,提高材料的防水性能,从而有效提高整个面料的实用性;
S107、激光绣花:将花纹样式输入激光绣花机控制电脑内,然后将面料安置在激光绣花机上方位置,并且将布料抹平,利用激光绣花机进行绣花工作,制成成品;
S108、包装:将成品材料利用包装袋进行包装打包,便于售卖同时进行防尘保护。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火激光绣面料,其特征在于:所述基础布料1为芳纶材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火激光绣面料,其特征在于:所述空心绒布料2外侧位置涂抹设置有防水涂料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S101中原料均为常见原料,方便生产者进行购买。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S102中制作两种浸泡液方便适用基础布料与空心绒布料。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S104利用两段步骤进行干燥工作。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火激光绣面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S105利用重物进行挤压工作。
