Abstract
The invention discloses a jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof, wherein the jelly-like gel comprises the following components: 90-120 parts of softened water, 2-10 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-1.2 parts of ammonia water, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of commercially available essence and 1-5 parts of formaldehyde remover; the preparation method comprises (1) heating softened water to a certain temperature; (2) adding the thickening agent into the softened water by stirring for several times; (3) when the solution is cooled to a certain temperature, ammonia water, urea, a surfactant, a defoaming agent, commercially available essence and a formaldehyde remover are sequentially added in a stirring manner; preparing jelly-like gel capable of absorbing formaldehyde; (4) the formaldehyde content in the room is detected regularly after the room is placed for a certain time. The invention has the advantages of high efficiency and rapid absorption of formaldehyde in air under common conditions, low cost and simple preparation process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Formaldehyde is a higher toxic substance and is the second highest on the priority control list of toxic chemicals in China. Has been identified by the world health organization as carcinogenic and teratogenic, is a recognized source of allergy, and is also one of the potentially strong mutagens. And (3) statistically displaying according to related data: 70% of human symptoms are related to indoor environment, and 12 million people die of indoor pollution every year in China. The main sources of formaldehyde in the room are from two sources, one from incomplete combustion of the fuel and tobacco leaves. And the other is from chemical products such as building materials, decorative articles, living goods and the like. For example, as a building finishing material, a foam resin heat insulating material, a plywood, a core board, a fiberboard, a particle board, a wood core board and the like all use an adhesive containing phenolic resin or urea resin in the manufacturing process; secondly, the diluents of floor paint, furniture paint, wallpaper, coating and the like can release formaldehyde at a certain temperature; in addition, formaldehyde is also from cosmetics, detergents, insecticides, disinfectants, preservatives, printing ink, paper, textile fibers and other various chemical and light industrial products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof, which can efficiently and quickly absorb formaldehyde in air under common conditions, and have low cost and simple preparation process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a formaldehyde-absorbing jelly comprising the following components: 90-120 parts of softened water, 2-10 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-1.2 parts of ammonia water, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of commercially available essence and 1-5 parts of formaldehyde remover.
The thickening agent is methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, carbomer resin, polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate copolymer emulsion, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, polyurethane, modified polyurea, low molecular polyethylene wax, starch, gelatin, sodium alginate, casein, guar gum, chitosan, gum arabic, xanthan gum, soybean protein gum, natural rubber, wool fat, agar, fumed silica, sodium bentonite, organic bentonite, diatomite, attapulgite, molecular sieve and silica gel.
The surfactant is stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, quaternary ammonium compound, lecithin, amino acid type, betaine type, fatty glyceride, sorbitan fatty acid, and polysorbate.
The defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, high-carbon alcohol and polydimethylsiloxane.
The formaldehyde eliminating agent is nano titanium dioxide.
A preparation method of jelly-shaped gel for absorbing formaldehyde comprises the following steps:
(1) heating 90-120 parts of softened water to a certain temperature;
(2) continuously adding 2-10 parts of thickening agent into the softened water obtained in the step (1), and heating while stirring;
(3) when the solution is cooled to a certain temperature, sequentially adding 0.1-1.2 parts of ammonia water, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of commercially available essence and 1-5 parts of formaldehyde remover while stirring; obtaining jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde;
(4) and (4) placing the jelly-shaped gel obtained in the step (3) indoors for a certain time, and detecting the indoor formaldehyde content regularly.
The final heating temperature in the step (1) is 50-90 ℃.
And (3) stirring in the step (2) at the temperature of 50-90 ℃ for 30-60 min.
The final cooling temperature in the step (3) is 20-30 ℃.
And (3) stirring at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 2-10 min.
The placing time of the step (4) is 18-72 hours, and the timing detection time is once every 2-6 hours.
The invention can efficiently and quickly absorb formaldehyde in the air under the general condition, and has low cost and simple manufacturing process.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with specific examples, which are set forth only to illustrate the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
(1) Heating 100 parts of softened water to 60 ℃;
(2) continuously adding 5 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose into the softened water obtained in the step (1), heating while stirring, wherein the stirring temperature is 60 ℃, and the stirring time is 40 min;
(3) when the solution is cooled to 25 ℃, sequentially adding 0.1 part of ammonia water, 1 part of urea, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1 part of tributyl phosphate, 3 parts of commercially available essence and 3 parts of nano titanium dioxide, stirring while adding, wherein the stirring temperature is 25 ℃, and the stirring time is 5 min; obtaining jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde;
(4) and (4) placing the jelly-shaped gel obtained in the step (3) indoors for 24 hours, and detecting the indoor formaldehyde content every 3 hours.
Example 2
(1) Heating 110 parts of softened water to 80 ℃;
(2) continuously adding 9 parts of methylcellulose into the softened water obtained in the step (1), heating and stirring at the stirring temperature of 80 ℃ for 50 min;
(3) when the solution is cooled to 28 ℃, sequentially adding 0.5 part of ammonia water, 1.5 parts of urea, 4 parts of stearic acid, 1.8 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 4 parts of commercially available essence and 4 parts of nano titanium dioxide, stirring while adding, wherein the stirring temperature is 28 ℃, and the stirring time is 8 min; obtaining jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde;
(4) and (4) placing the jelly-shaped gel obtained in the step (3) indoors for 48 hours, and detecting the indoor formaldehyde content once every 4 hours.
Example 3
(1) Heating 120 parts of softened water to 90 ℃;
(2) continuously adding 8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into the softened water obtained in the step (1), heating and stirring at the stirring temperature of 90 ℃ for 45 min;
(3) when the solution is cooled to 28 ℃, sequentially adding 1.1 parts of ammonia water, 1.5 parts of urea, 4 parts of stearic acid, 1.8 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 4 parts of commercially available essence and 4 parts of nano titanium dioxide, stirring while adding, wherein the stirring temperature is 28 ℃, and the stirring time is 10 min; obtaining jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde;
(4) and (4) placing the jelly-shaped gel obtained in the step (3) indoors for 50h, and detecting the indoor formaldehyde content once every 2 h.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove with respect to a general description and specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (9)
1. The jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of softened water, 2-10 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-1.2 parts of ammonia water, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of commercially available essence and 1-5 parts of formaldehyde remover.

The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel according to claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, carbomer resin, polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate copolymer emulsion, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, polyurethane, modified polyurea, low molecular polyethylene wax, starch, gelatin, sodium alginate, casein, guar gum, chitosan, gum arabic, xanthan gum, soybean protein gum, natural rubber, wool fat, agar, fumed silica, sodium bentonite, organic bentonite, diatomite, attapulgite, molecular sieve and silica gel.
3. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel according to claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, quaternary ammonium compound, lecithin, amino acid type, betaine type, fatty glyceride, sorbitan fatty acid, and polysorbate.
4. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel according to claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, high-carbon alcohol and polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel according to claim 1, wherein: the formaldehyde eliminating agent is nano titanium dioxide.
6. The jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
(1) heating 90-120 parts of softened water to a certain temperature;
(2) continuously adding 2-10 parts of thickening agent into the softened water obtained in the step (1), and heating while stirring;
(3) when the solution is cooled to a certain temperature, sequentially adding 0.1-1.2 parts of ammonia water, 0.5-2 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of commercially available essence and 1-5 parts of formaldehyde remover while stirring; obtaining jelly-like gel for absorbing formaldehyde;
(4) and (4) placing the jelly-shaped gel obtained in the step (3) indoors for a period of time, and detecting the indoor formaldehyde content regularly.
7. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel of claim 7, wherein: the heating temperature in the steps (1) and (2) is 50-90 ℃.
8. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel of claim 7, wherein: and (3) stirring at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 2-10 min.
9. The formaldehyde-absorbing jelly gel of claim 7, wherein: the placing time of the step (4) is 18-72 hours, and the timing detection time is once every 2-6 hours.
