Description

Toilet device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a toilet apparatus, and more particularly to a toilet seat attachment structure.
Background
Conventionally, for example, japanese patent laying-open No. 2006-122148 (hereinafter, referred to as "patent document 1") discloses a toilet apparatus having a support body that openably and closably mounts a toilet lid and a toilet seat on a rear upper surface of a toilet bowl portion of a toilet main body.
The toilet cover and the toilet seat of the toilet apparatus described in patent document 1 are detachably attached to the support body, and cleaning, maintenance, and the like of the toilet apparatus are facilitated.
Specifically, a toilet cover and a toilet seat attached to a support body are provided with a driving device that is driven to open and close. The driving device automatically opens and closes the toilet cover and the toilet seat. For example, the toilet lid is controlled to open and close by a human body detection sensor provided in the toilet device via a control unit. Further, the opening and closing of the toilet seat is controlled by an operation unit provided in the toilet device via a control unit.
The toilet cover and the toilet seat are pivotally supported and connected to a protruding toilet cover mounting portion and a protruding toilet seat mounting portion provided on the support body, thereby realizing a mounting structure of the toilet cover and the toilet seat to the support body.
Specifically, the toilet cover mounting portion and the toilet seat mounting portion are formed in a non-circular shape with a part of the peripheral surface cut away. Further, a notch is provided in a part of the circumferential direction of each of the receiving portions of the toilet lid and the toilet seat. In a normal state, each mounting portion is fitted to each corresponding receiving portion. Further, only when the toilet cover and the toilet seat are disposed at predetermined rotational positions, the respective mounting portions pass through the cutout portions. Thus, the toilet cover and the toilet seat can be attached to and detached from the support body.
On the other hand, in a state where the toilet cover and the toilet seat are not mounted on the support body, a mounting detection sensor for detecting whether or not the toilet cover and the toilet seat are mounted is provided on the support body in order to prevent the toilet cover and the toilet seat from being rotationally driven. When the attachment detection sensor detects that the toilet cover and the toilet seat are detached from the support body, the drive of the drive device is turned off via a turn-off control unit provided in the drive device.
However, the conventional toilet apparatus cannot be applied to a model which does not have a driving device for rotationally driving the toilet cover and the toilet seat. When the toilet cover is rotated to a predetermined position, the toilet cover and the toilet seat can be attached and detached. Therefore, the toilet cover and the toilet seat may be removed by mistake.
Disclosure of Invention

(embodiment mode)
Next, a schematic configuration of the toilet apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a toilet apparatus in a state where a toilet lid 4 and a toilet seat 3 are lifted in the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front view of the toilet apparatus with the front portion of the main body removed.
As shown in fig. 1, the toilet apparatus of the present embodiment is composed of a toilet 1, a main body 2, a toilet seat 3, a toilet lid 4, and the like. The main body 2 is fixed to the toilet 1. The toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 are rotatably supported by the main body 2. Further, the toilet lid 4 may be omitted as necessary.
The main body 2 includes a main body rear portion 2a and a main body front portion 2b (see fig. 5). The body rear portion 2a constitutes a fixing member fixed to the toilet 1. The body front portion 2b is detachably attached to the body rear portion 2a by screws, for example, to constitute a cover. The front surface side of the main body rear portion 2a is open to constitute the bottom surface, the back surface, a part of both side surfaces, and a part of the top surface of the main body 2. The rear body 2a includes therein the washing nozzle 5, a pump 6 for supplying water to the washing nozzle 5, a driving device 7, a control device 8, and other electrical components.
The main body front part 2b is fitted to cover an opening on the front surface side of the main body rear part 2a, and constitutes the front surface, a part of both side surfaces, and a part of the top surface of the main body 2. The body front portion 2b is integrated with the body rear portion 2a by being screwed, for example. The main body rear part 2a and the main body front part 2b constitute an outline of the main body 2.
Next, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the structure of the toilet apparatus will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 3 to 8.
Fig. 3 is a main-part enlarged front view of the toilet apparatus in a state where the main-body front portion 2b is removed. Fig. 4 is a main-part enlarged front view of the toilet apparatus in a state where the main-body front portion 2b is removed. Fig. 5 is a main part sectional view of the toilet apparatus. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a main part of the toilet apparatus. Fig. 7 is an enlarged sectional view of a main portion of the toilet apparatus. Fig. 8 is an enlarged sectional view of a main portion of the toilet apparatus.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the main body rear portion 2a includes a 1 st shaft support 9a and a 2 nd shaft support 9b integrally formed on the outer side of the electric component inside, and the 1 st shaft support 9a and the 2 nd shaft support 9b constitute a pair of shaft supports 9. The 1 st shaft support 9a (right side in fig. 2) has a circular shaft support hole (not shown) formed therein. Similarly, the 2 nd shaft support 9b (left side in fig. 2) has a circular shaft support hole 10a (see fig. 7) formed therein. The 2 nd shaft support 9b further has a notch 10b formed obliquely upward and forward, and the notch 10b communicates with the shaft support hole 10 a.
The toilet seat 3 has a 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a and a 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b formed near the left and right ends, and the 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a and the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b constitute a pair of toilet seat shafts 11. The 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a (right side in fig. 2) is formed integrally with the toilet seat 3. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b (left side in fig. 2) is formed in a hollow shape and fixed to the toilet seat 3.
The 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a is inserted into a shaft support hole, not shown, supported by the 1 st shaft support body 9 a. As shown in fig. 2, the driving device 7 is disposed on the 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a side. The driving device 7 rotates the 1 st toilet shaft 11a to open and close the toilet seat 3 and also to open and close the toilet lid 4.
In a state where the 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a is inserted into and supported by the shaft support hole of the 1 st shaft support member 9a, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is inserted downward from the notch portion 10b of the 2 nd shaft support member 9b toward the shaft support hole 10 a. Thereby, the toilet seat 3 is fitted to the main body rear portion 2a. The width of the cutout portion 10b of the 2 nd shaft support member 9b is formed to be substantially the same size (including the same size) as the diameter of the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b. The 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is inserted into the shaft support hole 10a from the notch portion 10b in a gentle press-fitting state. That is, in the above state where the 2 nd toilet shaft 11b is inserted into the shaft support hole 10a, the toilet seat 3 is supported by the main body rear portion 2a in a state of being bounced (set upright) with respect to the toilet. At this time, normally, in the above-described bounce state, the upward lifting force does not act on the toilet seat 3. Therefore, it is assumed that a force acts on the toilet seat 3 only when the toilet seat 3 is to be removed.
Further, as described above, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is inserted into the shaft support hole 10a from the notch portion 10b of the 2 nd shaft support 9b in a gently pressed state. Therefore, even if a force is applied in a direction to remove the toilet seat 3, the toilet seat 3 does not easily come off the main body rear portion 2a.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the main body rear portion 2a includes a seating detection device 12 fixed to the vicinity of the 2 nd shaft support body 9b by, for example, screws. The seating detection device 12 detects the downward displacement of the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b by a detection portion 11c described later, and detects, for example, whether or not a person or the like is seated on the toilet seat 3. When seating on the toilet seat 3 is detected, the seating detection device 12 outputs the detection result to the control device 8.
That is, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b has a detection portion 11c disposed at a position where the seat detection device 12 detects the displacement of the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b, and the detection portion 11c is formed in an arc shape of substantially 90 ° (including 90 °). As shown in fig. 5, the detection unit 11c is located upward in a state where the toilet seat 3 is lifted. Therefore, the seating detection device 12 does not detect the displacement of the detection portion 11 c. Thus, the seating detection device 12 is configured not to erroneously detect whether seating has occurred in a state where the toilet seat 3 is lifted.
Further, a stopper member 12a as a stopper portion extends from the body rear portion 2a of the seating detection device 12. As shown in fig. 5, the prevention member 12a is formed in a cylindrical shape as follows: the cutting portion 12b is formed by cutting off the upper rear portion within a range of substantially 90 ° (including 90 °).
Further, in the seating detection device 12, the detection portion 11c of the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is inserted from the notch portion 12b formed by cutting out the prevention member 12a. Thus, the seating detection device 12 is attached to the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b, and is fixed to the body rear portion 2a by screws, for example.
The toilet seat 3 is constituted by a toilet seat main body, a toilet seat bottom plate, and the like, which are not shown. The toilet seat 3 includes a heater (not shown) as a toilet seat heating portion attached to an inner surface of the toilet seat body on the toilet cover 4 side.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the 2 nd toilet shaft 11b (left side in fig. 2) passes the electric wire 13 connected to the heater through the hollow portion.
The electric wire 13 extends to the outside of the toilet seat 3 through the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b, is temporarily fixed to the seating detection device 12, and is connected to the control device 8 through a connector (not shown). Therefore, the toilet seat 3 is configured to be removable from the main body rear portion 2a together with the seating detection device 12 by removing the connector.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the main body front portion 2b has a pressing portion 2c that presses the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b of the toilet seat 3. The pressing portion 2c functions as a stopper for preventing the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b from floating from the notch portion 10 b.
The toilet apparatus according to the present embodiment is configured as described above.
Next, the operation and action of the toilet apparatus configured as described above will be described.
First, the main body front portion 2b of the toilet apparatus is removed when the internal electric devices are maintained. In a state where the main body front portion 2b is removed, as shown in fig. 2, the front surface side of the main body rear portion 2a is largely opened. Therefore, the workability in maintenance of the toilet device can be improved.
Further, in order to improve maintenance, the seating detection device 12 is removed when the toilet seat 3 is removed. Thereby, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is opened so as to be visible. Then, in a state where the toilet seat 3 is lifted, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b of the toilet seat 3 is pulled upward. Thereby, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is disengaged from the 2 nd shaft support 9b of the main body rear portion 2a.
In a state where the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is detached, the 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a is moved in an oblique left direction. Thereby, the 1 st toilet shaft 11a can be pulled out from the shaft support hole of the 1 st shaft support body 9 a. As a result, the toilet seat 3 can be removed from the toilet apparatus, and maintenance can be easily performed.
Further, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b suppresses the 2 nd shaft support 9b from floating from the notch portion 10b by the pressing portion 2c of the main body front portion 2b. Thereby, the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b is prevented from being detached from the main body rear portion 2a. That is, the toilet seat 3 is prevented from being detached by the main body front portion 2b as a structural member of the main body 2. Therefore, after maintenance, forgetting to attach the main body front portion 2b to the toilet apparatus can be more reliably prevented, and the toilet seat 3 can be prevented from coming off.
Further, the seat detection device 12 that detects the displacement of the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b prevents the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b from coming off the main body rear portion 2a. The seating detection device 12 is a component having a seating detection function and a function of processing wiring of the electric wires 13. Therefore, after maintenance, forgetting to mount the seating detection device 12 can be more reliably prevented, and the toilet seat 3 can be prevented from coming off.
In the present embodiment, the configuration in which the 1 st toilet seat shaft 11a and the 2 nd toilet seat shaft 11b constituting the pair of toilet seat shafts 11 are formed in the toilet seat 3 has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the shaft may be formed on the 1 st shaft support member 9a and the 2 nd shaft support member 9b, and a bearing portion may be formed at a position corresponding to the shaft of the toilet seat 3 to support the shafts. In this configuration, the bearing portion of the toilet seat 3 may be formed of a plurality of members. Further, a plurality of members may be combined to provide a shaft retaining structure.
As described above, the toilet apparatus of the present invention includes: a fixing member fixed to the toilet; a pair of shaft supporting bodies formed opposite to the fixing member; and a toilet seat, the toilet seat shaft of which is rotatably supported by the shaft support body. The shaft support body has: a notch part for removing the toilet seat shaft; and a blocking portion for blocking the toilet seat shaft from being removed from the shaft support body. The blocking portion is configured to be fixed to the fixing member.
The toilet device according to the present invention preferably includes a cover body that covers the fixing member, and the cover body prevents the toilet shaft from being removed from the shaft support body.
Further, the toilet apparatus according to the present invention preferably includes a seating detection unit for detecting seating by displacement of the toilet shaft, and the seating detection unit is fixed to the fixing member and prevents the toilet shaft from being removed from the shaft support body.
The toilet apparatus according to the present invention preferably includes a drive device for driving the toilet seat to open and close, wherein the drive device is attached to the fixing member in the vicinity of the 1 st shaft support member out of the pair of shaft support members, and the cutout portion is provided in the 2 nd shaft support member out of the pair of shaft support members.
