背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,过度营养和高脂肪食物摄取使部分人群出现肥胖,肥胖症发生率呈逐年上升趋势。当前,肥胖的流行无论是在发达国家或者是发展中国家,均达到令人吃惊的地步。肥胖是体内脂肪、尤其是甘油三酯积聚过多而导致的一种状态,是一种多因素造成的慢性代谢疾病。肥胖,不仅给人们带来自身体态的烦恼,更因与冠心病、脑中风、脑血栓、高血压、高血脂、高血糖等疾病密切相关,对人类健康造成巨大威胁。另外,由于环境污染、食品安全等问题日益突出,越来越多的毒素摄入到体内,再加上工作压力大和生活不规律,加速了人们皮肤的老化,如皮肤松弛,皮肤过早地出现皱纹等。
现有的减肥的药物或保健品大多仅具有减肥作用,作用比较单一,食用后虽然能够达到一定的减肥功效,使身体所含脂肪减少,但对于脂肪减少所导致的皮肤失去弹性、光泽度降低、皮肤松弛,皮肤皱纹增多等问题却无法解决。而现有的美容产品虽然能够解决皮肤的问题,但又无法达到减肥的效果。目前市售的同时具有美容及减肥功效的产品种类非常少,而且还存在着效果不显著、见效迟缓等问题。
因此,研究新型的治疗效果好、无毒副作用、原料组成简单、成本较低的同时具有美容和减肥作用的产品具有重要意义。

本发明的有益效果:

试验对象:
选取年龄在30~40岁,面部有问题(如痤疮、皱纹、毛孔粗大、面色萎黄、面部斑块等)且BMI指数大于25的中青年200例,随机分为1个实验组和3个对照组,每组50例。
实验组口服实施例一制备的组合物,10g/次,每日3次;对照组一和对照组二分别口服对照例一、对照例二制备的组合物,对照组三口服安慰剂,10g/次,每日3次;持续90日。
实验期间,试验对象均正常进食工作,不加餐,不吃夜宵,不服用任何有关的药品及其他保健品。
分别记录各组的减重情况,并对各组试验对象进行皮肤感官评价,结果如下:

9.根据权利要求8所述的具有减肥美容功效的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:采用多维混料机进行混合,大豆肽和胶原蛋白肽的混料速度为5-10rpm;剩余原料的混料速度为8-12rpm。
