Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for monitoring violation of traffic regulations of a vehicle, which are used to solve the problem that the vehicle can not be effectively monitored in a place without a monitoring camera in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a vehicle violation monitoring system, comprising: the front camera equipment is arranged at the front end of the vehicle and used for acquiring a video image of a front vehicle; the rear camera equipment is arranged at the rear end of the vehicle and used for acquiring a video image of a rear vehicle; the vehicle-mounted terminal is respectively connected with the front camera equipment and the rear camera equipment, and obtains video images from the front camera equipment and the rear camera equipment, and the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises: the image identification module is used for identifying a vehicle violation video image in which a vehicle violation exists in the video images of the front camera equipment or the rear camera equipment; the image intercepting module intercepts and stores the vehicle violation video image; and the reporting module is connected with a server of a traffic management mechanism and uploads the stored video images of the vehicle violation to the server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle violation monitoring system further includes: and the side body camera equipment is arranged on the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle and connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal and is used for acquiring video images of the vehicles on the left side and/or the right side and transmitting the video images to the vehicle-mounted terminal for processing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal further includes: the reminding module is used for reminding after the vehicle violation video image is identified and/or after the vehicle violation video image is stored or uploaded to the server; and the notification module is used for notifying when the violation processing result is received from the server.
In an embodiment of the invention, the image intercepting module intercepts and stores the video image of the vehicle violation between the preset time periods before and after the vehicle violation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal further includes: and the image complementing module is used for acquiring video images in the same time period from other camera equipment in the vehicle as vehicle violation complementing images when recognizing that the vehicle violation video images exist, and uploading the video images to the server through the reporting module.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle violation monitoring method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a video image of a front vehicle through a front camera device, and acquiring a video image of a rear vehicle through a rear camera device; acquiring a video image of the front camera device or the rear camera device and identifying a vehicle violation video image of the vehicle violation in the video image of the front camera device or the rear camera device; intercepting and storing a video image of the vehicle violation; and uploading the stored vehicle violation video image to a server of a traffic management mechanism.
In one embodiment of the invention, video images of vehicles on the left side and/or the right side are obtained, the video images of the vehicle violations which violate the vehicle rules are identified in the video images, and the video images of the vehicle violations are uploaded to the server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle violation monitoring method further includes: reminding after the vehicle violation video image is identified and/or after the vehicle violation video image is stored or uploaded to the server; and notifying when the violation processing result is received from the server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the intercepting and storing the vehicle violation video image specifically includes: and intercepting and storing the video image of the vehicle violation between the preset time periods before the vehicle violation and after the vehicle violation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle violation monitoring method further includes: when the video image of the vehicle violation is identified, the video image of the same time period is obtained from other camera equipment in the vehicle to serve as a vehicle violation complementing image, and the vehicle violation complementing image is uploaded to the server together.
As mentioned above, the vehicle violation monitoring method and system of the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention monitors the video images of the front vehicle and the rear vehicle through the front camera equipment and the rear camera equipment which are arranged in the vehicle, automatically identifies the video images of the violation of the traffic regulations of the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and uploads the video images to the server of the traffic management mechanism, thereby realizing the effective monitoring of the violation of the traffic regulations of the vehicle around the vehicle and solving the problem that the vehicle can not be effectively monitored to violate the traffic regulations in the place without a monitoring camera in the prior art.
2. The method is simple and efficient, and has strong universality and practicability.

The embodiment provides a vehicle violation monitoring method and system, which are used for solving the problems that in the prior art, traffic accidents are low in automation processing intelligence and waste of manpower and material resources.
The principles and embodiments of a vehicle violation monitoring method and system of the present invention will be described in detail below so that those skilled in the art can understand the vehicle violation monitoring method and system of the present invention without creative efforts.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a vehicle violation monitoring system 100, the vehicle violation monitoring system 100 comprising: a front camera device 110, a rear camera device 120 and an in-vehicle terminal 130.
The front camera device 110 is installed at the front end of the vehicle and is used for acquiring a video image of a front vehicle; the rear camera device 120 is installed at the rear end of the vehicle and is used for acquiring a video image of a rear vehicle.
In this embodiment, the front camera device 110 is preferably a front-facing car recorder, and the rear camera device 120 is preferably a streaming media rearview mirror.
In one embodiment, the vehicle violation monitoring system 100 further comprises: and at least one side body camera device 140 which is arranged on the left and/or right sides of the vehicle and connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal 130, and is used for acquiring the video images of the vehicle on the left and/or right sides and transmitting the video images to the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 for processing.
For example, the number of the side imaging apparatuses 140 is two, and one is installed on the left side and one is installed on the right side of the vehicle.
Therefore, the camera shooting equipment is arranged on the periphery of the vehicle body, and the vehicle violation image can be acquired when the vehicle violation happens in any direction around the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 is a vehicle-mounted device or a vehicle-mounted T-box, and the vehicle-mounted device or the vehicle-mounted T-box is connected to the server 200 of the traffic management mechanism through the internet of vehicles.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 at least includes: an image identification module 131, an image interception module 132 and a reporting module 133.
In this embodiment, the image recognition module 131 recognizes that a vehicle violation video image of a vehicle violation exists in the video images monitored by the front camera device 110 and the rear camera device 120.
In this embodiment, the image capture module 132 captures and stores the video image of the vehicle violation.
Wherein, the image intercepting module 132 intercepts and stores the video image of the vehicle violation between the preset time periods before the vehicle violation and after the vehicle violation.
For example, the image recognition module 131 recognizes a vehicle violation, and the image capture module 132 automatically captures and stores 2 minute video images of the front and back of the vehicle violation.
In addition, in this embodiment, the video images in each camera device may be played through the vehicle, an image capturing instruction is generated by triggering a virtual or entity control key, and the image capturing module 132 captures and stores the vehicle violation video images according to the image capturing instruction.
In this embodiment, the reporting module 133 is connected to a server 200 of a traffic management organization, and uploads the stored video image of the vehicle violation to the server 200.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 further includes: the image complementing module 136 is configured to, when a vehicle violation video image in which a vehicle violation occurs is identified, obtain video images in the same time period from other camera devices as vehicle violation complementing images, and upload the vehicle violation complementing images to the server 200 through the reporting module 133, so as to better determine the cause and responsibility of an accident and determine the benefit of a claim.
In addition, the server 200 simultaneously analyzes more accident video images of surrounding vehicles at the same time as auxiliary accident evidence.
The server 200 stores the vehicle violation video image and the vehicle violation supplemental image as important post-event claim evidence, gives authority to be admitted by law, and then produces an electronic ticket without the need for on-site traffic police treatment.
As shown in fig. 2, the in-vehicle terminal 130 further includes: a reminding module 134 for reminding after the vehicle violation video image is identified and/or after the vehicle violation video image is saved or uploaded to the server 200.
Wherein, the reminding can be performed through voice or words.
For example, the streaming media rearview mirror simply prompts a "beep" sound if the following vehicle changes lane violations, and a "beep" sound occurs if the preceding vehicle changes lane violations, leading the tachograph camera.
For example, the vehicle violation video is uploaded after the vehicle violation video image is saved or uploaded to the server 200 and the vehicle display is displayed. Therefore, in the embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 automatically identifies the vehicle violation video image and uploads the vehicle violation video image to the server 200 of the traffic management mechanism, so that the vehicle violation around the vehicle can be effectively monitored, and the problem that the vehicle violation traffic rules cannot be effectively monitored in a place without a monitoring camera in the prior art is solved.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal 130 further includes: and the notification module 135 is connected with the server 200 and is used for notifying when the violation processing result is received from the server 200, so that the owner can know the violation progress in time.
For example, the notification module 135 notifies by voice: the violation of the front vehicle is confirmed, and evidence is collected by a plurality of vehicle-mounted videos beside the user.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle violation monitoring method, which includes the following steps:
step S110, acquiring a video image of a front vehicle through a front camera device 110, and acquiring a video image of a rear vehicle through a rear camera device 120;
step S120, acquiring a video image of the front camera device 110 or the rear camera device 120 and identifying a vehicle violation video image of the vehicle violation in the video image of the front camera device 110 or the rear camera device 120;
step S130, intercepting and storing a vehicle violation video image;
and step S140, uploading the stored video image of the violation of the vehicle to a server 200 of a traffic management institution.
The following describes in detail steps S110 to S140 of the vehicle violation monitoring method in the present embodiment.
In step S110, a video image of the front vehicle is acquired by the front camera 110, and a video image of the rear vehicle is acquired by the rear camera 120.
In this embodiment, the front camera device 110 is preferably a front-facing car recorder, and the rear camera device 120 is preferably a streaming media rearview mirror.

In conclusion, the video images of the whole vehicle body within the range of 360 degrees are monitored by the plurality of cameras 110 arranged on the periphery outside the vehicle body, the video images of the vehicle violating the regulations are automatically monitored and identified when the vehicle is collided carelessly, and are uploaded to the server 200 of an insurance company, the field video of claim settlement is recorded in the whole process, traffic police are not required to arrive at the site, the accident vehicle can leave the road quickly, and the road is ensured to be smooth; the method is simple and efficient, and has strong universality and practicability. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
