Detailed Description
Blank vouchers refer to preprinted vouchers that are not filled with specific content and may be unprinted invoice presentment, unprinted receipts, unprinted checks, and the like. The blank voucher has no practical use in that it does not activate or fill in specific content. The important blank voucher belongs to one of blank vouchers, is called as heavy blank for short, and refers to a blank voucher which is printed by a bank, has no denomination, is filled with money by the bank or a unit and is signed, and has the effect of drawing money. Because the important blank voucher can draw money after the signature is filled in, once the important blank voucher is stolen by a lawbreaker, criminal activities such as fraud and the like can be easily carried out by counterfeiting a official seal, and economic loss is caused. Therefore, the storage of important blank vouchers is a very important issue for banks.
At present, in order to ensure the safety of important blank certificates, each teller of a bank outlet corresponds to a money box, and the important blank certificates required for transacting business are all stored in the money box. When the teller needs to use the important blank voucher, the teller can manually take out the important blank voucher from the money box, transact corresponding business after registering, and perform account checking on the important blank voucher after business every day is finished.
The method can ensure the safety of the important blank voucher to a certain extent, but the process of manually taking out the important blank voucher from the money box and registering by a teller consumes more time, and the business handling efficiency is reduced. Moreover, the capacity of one cash box is limited, and if the business is more in the same day and the important blank voucher in the cash box is completely consumed, the teller needs to temporarily call the important blank voucher from other cash boxes. The procedure of the calling process is complicated, the time consumed for service handling is further increased, and the customer experience is reduced. Moreover, for this method, each teller corresponds to one money box, and one money box needs to be checked during the account checking, so the process is complicated and errors are easy to occur.
In order to provide an implementation scheme capable of improving the voucher extraction efficiency, embodiments of the present application provide a voucher extraction method, apparatus, and system, which can be used for extracting important blank vouchers, and also can be used for extracting other blank vouchers or cash, and hereinafter, taking important blank vouchers as an example, a preferred embodiment of the present application is described with reference to the drawings in the specification from the perspective of a server responsible for extracting important blank vouchers.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a credential extracting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, including:
s101: and receiving a request message sent by the counter front-end system.
When a bank teller handles business, the situation that important blank certificates need to be taken may be met, and at the moment, a request message can be sent through a front-end system of a counter and received and analyzed by a server so as to carry out subsequent steps. The request message may include information such as a teller number, a target blank certificate type, a target blank certificate quantity, and the like; the counter front-end system may be a computer system for handling business.
Of course, in some cases, the system can also be operated by the client, and the client can send an important blank voucher extraction request through a mobile application or other applications, and the important blank voucher extraction request is forwarded by the counter front-end system, in which case the server can receive the important blank voucher extraction request sent by the mobile application or other banking systems.
S102, selecting a storage area corresponding to the type of the target voucher, sending an inventory instruction to automatic inventory equipment located in the storage area, and controlling the automatic inventory equipment to inventory blank vouchers with the same number as the target voucher.
In this embodiment, the important blank vouchers are stored in the blank voucher library in advance in a classified manner, and specifically, before the bank starts to transact business every day, the important blank vouchers are classified and sorted and stored in the blank voucher library respectively. For example, the important blank vouchers can be firstly divided into two types, namely a type A and a type B, according to the issuing main body, then the important blank vouchers are subdivided according to specific types, and finally the important blank vouchers are further subdivided according to the quota or other specific grading information.
The blank voucher library for storing the important blank vouchers can be a part of the existing bank vault, and can also be an independent device for keeping the important blank vouchers, so that the security level is higher. The blank voucher library is divided into a plurality of areas, each area is used for storing important blank certificates of one category and intelligence, and an independent counting device is used for counting and extracting the important blank vouchers.
After receiving the request message, the server may parse the request message, extract the teller number, the type of the target blank voucher, the number of the target blank voucher, and the like, and control other devices to clear the important blank voucher corresponding to the request message from the blank voucher library according to the information.
The server can select the counting equipment corresponding to the area storing the target blank voucher in the blank voucher library according to the type of the target blank voucher, then sends a counting instruction to the counting equipment, and controls the counting equipment to count the important blank vouchers with the same number as the target blank voucher from the area. For example, when the type of the target blank voucher in the request message is a check and the number of the target blank vouchers is 10, the server may select an inventory device located in an area for storing the check in the blank voucher library, issue an instruction for clearing 10 checks to the inventory device, and control the inventory device to clear 10 checks.
And S103, inquiring the counter where the teller is located corresponding to the teller number, and transmitting the checked certificate to the counter where the teller is located corresponding to the teller number through a transmission channel connected with the counter.
After the required important blank certificates are checked out, the server can transmit the important blank certificates to the counter where the teller is located through the transmission channel, and the teller performs printing and filling operations and submits the important blank certificates to the client to complete business handling.
Specifically, after the counter is checked, the server can search the counter where the teller is located today from the bank background system according to the teller number included in the request message. Because the bank teller can transact business on different counter each time, the counter where the request message is sent can be accurately found by searching the counter according to the teller number, and the safety of extracting the important blank certificate is improved.
The blank voucher library in the embodiment can be connected with the counter through a plurality of transmission channels, each transmission channel leads to one counter, and a conveyor belt can be arranged in each transmission channel and used for transmitting the checked important blank vouchers to the counter sending the request message.
In this embodiment, the important blank vouchers are classified in advance and stored in different areas of the blank voucher library according to the categories. When receiving a request message sent by a counter front-end system or other systems, the server can analyze the request message, select a corresponding storage area of the blank voucher library according to the type of the target blank voucher in the request message, control the counting equipment corresponding to the area to count out important blank vouchers with the same number as the target blank vouchers from the stored important blank vouchers, and transmit the important blank vouchers to the counter where the teller sending the request message is located through a transmission channel connected with the counter, so that automatic counting and taking out of the blank vouchers are realized. In addition, the number of the voucher can be recorded when the blank voucher is extracted, so that the account checking is convenient to perform.
In some other embodiments, to improve the security of important blank certificate extraction, a partition plate with a lock can be arranged at the outlet of the transmission channel. When the important blank voucher is conveyed to the position of the clapboard, the conveyor belt can be controlled to stop moving, and an indicator lamp or other means can be used for giving out a prompt to a teller. After receiving the prompt, the teller checks the identity, for example, by means of fingerprint or card swiping. The server may compare the teller identity obtained during the identity check with the teller number in the request message for correspondence. When the two correspond to each other, the identities of the current teller and the teller sending the request message are consistent, and the server can control the partition board at the outlet to be opened so that the teller can take out important blank certificates to perform subsequent business handling.
In some embodiments, each blank credential corresponds to an identification code; after the blank voucher is checked out from the blank voucher library, the identification code of the blank voucher and the use state of the blank voucher can be obtained and recorded, and account checking and accounting can be performed conveniently in the future.
In practical application, before the important blank voucher is sent to the counter through the transmission channel, the checked important blank voucher is verified. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for verifying a credential according to an embodiment of the present application, including:
s201: and acquiring image data of the certificate, and judging whether the certificate belongs to the target certificate type according to the image data.
The important blank voucher is checked, two aspects of the type and the number of the important blank voucher are mainly concerned, and for type checking, the embodiment can be used for collecting and clearing the image data of the important blank voucher and identifying the collected image data by using an image identification technology. When the important blank voucher type which is checked out is detected to be consistent with the target blank voucher type, the type check can be considered to be passed.
Further, in some possible implementations, the important blank document may also be subjected to an anti-counterfeiting check or other check. For example, for some important blank certificates which can be authenticated by ultraviolet rays, image data of the important blank certificates under ultraviolet ray irradiation can be collected, and anti-counterfeiting identification can be performed by using the special image data.
S202: and counting the number of the totally counted vouchers at least once, and judging whether the voucher number is consistent with the target voucher number.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the number of the checked important blank documents is consistent with the needs of the teller, the checked important blank documents may be counted at least once, so as to ensure that the number of the checked important blank documents is consistent with the number of the target blank documents.
