The invention also provides a linkage type paper money processing and early warning system, as shown in fig. 6, the system comprises: a teller transaction terminal 61, a host server 63, a banknote processing device 62 and an early warning server 64.
Teller transaction terminal 61, comprising:
the transaction processing module 611 is configured to receive a transaction command input by a teller, receive a deposit and withdrawal result and authenticity and face information of paper money returned by the paper money processing apparatus 62, determine a cash amount and a deposit and withdrawal operation type related to a transaction according to the transaction command, determine whether cash access related to the transaction is successful according to the deposit and withdrawal result and the authenticity and face information of the paper money, send the deposit and withdrawal result to the host server 63, generate paper money data and send the paper money data to the early warning server 64, where the paper money data includes transaction account information corresponding to the paper money and face information of the paper money, and the account information to be transacted is associated with the face information of the paper money and stored as the paper money data;
and the driving module 612 is configured to generate a deposit instruction set or a withdrawal instruction set according to the cash amount and the deposit and withdrawal operation type involved in the transaction, and send the deposit instruction set or the withdrawal instruction set to the banknote processing apparatus 62.
The bill handling device 62 includes:
an external data interface 621, connected to the teller transaction terminal 61, for transmitting interaction information between the teller transaction terminal 61 and the logic circuit control chip 622, where the interaction information includes: the deposit instruction set or the withdrawal instruction set, the authenticity and the face information of the paper money and the deposit and withdrawal result;
the logic circuit control chip 622 is used for controlling the banknote inlet and outlet unit 623, the banknote identification unit 624, the banknote classification and access banknote box 625 and the banknote transmission channel 626 to cooperatively work according to the deposit instruction set or the withdrawal instruction set and generating the deposit and withdrawal result;
a banknote inlet and outlet unit 623 for receiving and outputting banknotes;
a bill identifying unit 624 for identifying the authenticity of the bill and identifying the face information of the bill;
the banknote classification storing and taking box 625 is used for classifying and storing banknotes or taking out banknotes according to the face information of the banknotes;
and a banknote transfer path 626 for transferring banknotes among the banknote inlet and outlet unit 623, the banknote recognition unit 624, and the banknote sorting and storing cassette 625.
And the host server 63 is used for providing the account information related to the transaction for the teller transaction terminal 61 and updating the account information related to the transaction according to the depositing and withdrawing result.
The early warning server 64 includes:
the banknote data storage module 641 is configured to receive and store the banknote data;
the sensitive data storage module 642 is used for prestoring a sensitive crown word number, wherein the prestoring sensitive crown word number can be a paper money crown word number of a suspected crime, a found counterfeit money crown word number or a specific type of paper money crown word number provided by a public security department;
the early warning module 643 is configured to compare the banknote serial number included in the ticket face information of the banknote with a pre-stored sensitive serial number, and send an early warning signal when a comparison result is consistent.
The linkage type paper money processing and early warning system shown in fig. 6 not only realizes linkage between paper money processing and transaction data processing, but also provides a function of early warning paper money with sensitive serial numbers, is favorable for timely discovering false paper money suspected of crime and recovering paper money of a specific type, conveniently tracks problematic paper money, and further improves the safety of cash processing.
In a preferred embodiment, the transaction processing module 611 is further configured to receive an inquiry command input by a teller, and send transaction account information included in the inquiry command to the warning server 64; the early warning server 64 further includes: the query module 644 is configured to query the corresponding banknote data according to the transaction account information, and return the banknote data to the teller transaction terminal 61.
The bill data can be used as a record of the transaction by associating the account information of the transaction with the bill surface information of the bill, under the condition, the bill used in the transaction can still be retrieved through the bill data after the transaction, and the invention can also realize the tracking of criminals, the elimination of specific bills and the market recycling by combining auxiliary means such as counter camera monitoring and the like.
In the linked banknote processing and warning system shown in fig. 6, the cash access operation performed by the banknote processing apparatus 62 is completely controlled by the teller transaction terminal 61, so as to realize the linkage between the banknote processing and the transaction data processing, and the specific linkage process can refer to the linkage process between the banknote processing apparatus and the teller transaction terminal in the system shown in fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
In the linked banknote processing and warning system shown in fig. 6, the specific structure of the banknote processing apparatus 62 refers to the specific structure of the banknote processing apparatus shown in fig. 2, and will not be described herein again.
In a preferred embodiment, a bill handling device 62 is connected to and controlled by a plurality of teller transaction terminals 61 to achieve efficient resource utilization.
In a preferred embodiment, the linked banknote processing and warning system shown in fig. 6 may further include one or more printers connected to the teller transaction terminal 61 for printing customer deposit/withdrawal receipt and associated certificates.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention provides a specific linked banknote processing and warning system, which comprises: the system comprises at least one teller transaction terminal 71, a paper money processing device 72, a host server 73, an early warning server 74 and at least one printer 75, wherein the teller transaction terminal 71 is connected with the early warning server 74, the printer 75 and the paper money processing device 72 through data lines; the early warning server 74 is connected with the host server 73 through a financial network; the teller transaction terminal 71 is connected with the host server 73 through a financial network; the banknote handling device 72 is connected to and controlled by at least one teller transaction terminal 71.
The host server 73 is responsible for receiving the transaction information transmitted by the teller transaction terminal 71, completing the related bank account processing, and feeding back the success information to the teller transaction terminal 71 through the financial network after the transaction processing is successful. The host server 73 also regularly performs data interaction with the early warning server 74 through a financial network, and keeps the synchronization and consistency of sensitive data and banknote serial number data between the two servers.
The printer 75, which is an external device, is connected to the teller transaction terminal 71 and is responsible for printing the customer deposit, withdrawal receipt and related certificates after the teller transaction terminal 71 receives the information of successful processing transmitted by the host server 73.
The bill processing device 72, belonging to an external device, is connected to the teller transaction terminal 71 and is responsible for receiving a cash processing request sent from the teller transaction terminal 71 and completing processes such as authenticity identification, classification, counting, and identification of bill face information, wherein the bill face information may include but is not limited to bill currency value, bill quantity, image data, bill serial number, and the like.
The teller transaction terminal 71 includes a transaction processing module and a driver module. The transaction processing module is used for processing logic processing of all transactions, can submit an inquiry request to the early warning server 74, retrieve previous transaction information through a banknote crown word number, retrieve banknotes used for the transaction at that time through a registered transaction history, and can interact with data of the host server 73 and the early warning server 74. The driving module is provided with a service program of the paper money processing device 72, which is responsible for converting transaction requests (such as deposit and withdrawal) related to cash into an operation instruction set and submitting the operation instruction set to the paper money processing device 72 for processing, and is also provided with a hardware key of the paper money processing device 72, so that the operation instruction set can be encrypted, and the encrypted operation instruction set can be identified and executed; if the transaction request is hardware management and paper money management request, the transaction request is directly converted into an operation instruction set and is submitted to the paper money processing device 72 for processing, and the paper money processing terminal service program of the teller transaction terminal 71 converts the transaction request into four types of instruction sets according to the transaction type, including: the system comprises a deposit instruction set, a withdrawal instruction set, a hardware management instruction set and a paper money management instruction set, wherein each instruction set comprises a plurality of instructions.
For example, the deposit instruction set includes: the banknote receiving instruction, the banknote checking instruction, the banknote identification instruction, the banknote counting instruction and the banknote storage instruction are required to be executed in sequence; the withdrawal instruction set includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) taking a banknote instruction, identifying a banknote instruction, counting a banknote instruction and telling the banknote instruction, wherein the banknote instruction, the banknote instruction and the telling instruction need to be executed in sequence; the hardware management instruction set includes: the exception handling instruction, the bank note box rule setting instruction, the equipment state inquiry instruction, the bank note box balance inquiry instruction and the bank note box number setting instruction can be executed in parallel; the banknote management instruction set includes: the instructions of going out, loading and unloading can be executed in parallel.
The teller transaction terminal 71 is also responsible for receiving the banknote face information transmitted by the banknote processing device 72 and submitting the banknote face information to the warning server 74 for processing. The teller transaction terminals 71 may be PC or the like, and a plurality of teller transaction terminals 71 may be connected to the same bill handling device 72 at the same time. Preferably, two teller transaction terminals 71 are connected to the same banknote handling device 72 to facilitate the teller's work.
The early warning server 74 is connected to the teller transaction terminal 71 through a data line, and may be, but is not limited to, deployed with the teller transaction terminal 71 to reduce the access time. The host server 73 also regularly performs data interaction with the early warning server 74 through a financial network, and keeps the synchronization and consistency of sensitive data and banknote serial number data between the two servers. The warning server 74 includes: the system comprises a sensitive data storage module, a paper money data storage module and an early warning module. The sensitive data storage module stores prestored sensitive paper money numbers, such as the paper money numbers of suspected crime provided by a public security department, the found counterfeit paper money numbers and the like; the banknote data storage module is used for storing banknote data related to the transaction, wherein the banknote data can include but is not limited to transaction account information (for example, the transaction account information includes a unique transaction retrieval number generated by each transaction), banknote face information related to the transaction and the like; and the early warning module is used for sending out early warning to inform a transaction teller and a safety department when the banknote number in the sensitive data storage module appears in the banknote data storage module, and recording an alarm log, and sending out early warning to inform the transaction teller and the safety department when the banknote number in the banknote data storage module appears repeatedly, and recording the alarm log.
Example one
Based on the linked banknote processing and early warning system shown in fig. 6, the embodiment describes a process of monitoring and early warning processing of deposit transactions with reference to fig. 8.
Step S101: the teller transaction terminal receives a deposit transaction instruction initiated by a teller, and the transaction processing module performs deposit transaction logic processing, including but not limited to the steps that the transaction processing module acquires data from a host server, judges the legality of a customer account, the balance of the account and the like, performs logic judgment processing on the data, and displays the data on a display screen; the driving module converts the deposit request into a deposit instruction set, and the deposit instruction set is encrypted and then submitted to a paper money feeding processing device for processing, wherein the deposit instruction set comprises: the banknote receiving instruction, the banknote checking instruction, the banknote identification instruction and the banknote counting instruction are carried out by the banknote processing device in sequence.
Step S102: the paper money processing device receives the deposit instruction set communication packet and then analyzes specific instruction information in the deposit instruction set communication packet, the paper money port processing unit receives the paper money at the paper money port, and transmits the paper money to the paper money identification unit through the paper money transmission channel to complete the paper money receiving instruction.
Step S103: the paper money identification unit sequentially rolls paper money into the paper money rolling wheel to obtain images under different light sources, executes a paper money detection instruction, identifies the paper money instruction to identify the authenticity of the paper money, and obtains data information such as paper money face value, paper money number and the like.
Step S104: the paper money processing device returns the obtained paper money data result to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S105: the teller transaction terminal transmits the money data (which can include but is not limited to money face information and transaction account information related to the deposit transaction, and the transaction account information can include a unique transaction retrieval number corresponding to the transaction) obtained by the deposit transaction to the early warning server, and the early warning server stores the money data in the money data storage module; the early warning module retrieves and inquires the banknote data obtained by the banknote processing device in an early warning server: (1) the early warning module searches and inquires the banknote data acquired by the banknote processing device in the sensitive data storage module, and if the banknote numbers are matched, early warning contents are returned to the teller transaction terminal, wherein the early warning contents comprise suspected banknote numbers, images, alarm reasons and the like; (2) the early warning module searches and inquires the paper money data acquired by the paper money processing device in the paper money data storage module, and if repeated paper money numbers appear, an early warning signal is returned to the teller transaction terminal, wherein the early warning content comprises suspected paper money numbers, images, warning reasons and the like; (3) and if the transaction information cannot be retrieved, the early warning module returns a retrieval normal signal to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S106: if the teller transaction terminal receives the normal signal of the early warning server, the teller transaction terminal sends a money storage instruction to the paper money processing device; if the teller transaction terminal receives the early warning signal of the early warning server, the display screen displays the serial number, the image, the alarm reason and the like of the alarm paper money, and the teller transaction terminal sends an abnormal processing instruction to the paper money processing device.
Step S107: if the paper money processing device receives the paper money storage instruction, the paper money classification and storage box executes the paper money storage instruction, the paper money is sorted according to the face value and then stored in the paper money boxes with different currency values, and the paper money processing device sends the paper money storage success information to the teller transaction terminal; if the paper money processing device receives the abnormal processing instruction, the paper money classifying and storing box executes the abnormal processing instruction, the paper money is stored in the abnormal processing box, and the paper money processing device sends early warning processing success information to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S108: if the teller transaction terminal receives the early warning processing success information of the paper money processing device, the teller is prompted to open an abnormal processing paper money box on a display screen for verification and confirmation processing, and the deposit transaction is ended; if the teller transaction terminal receives the cash deposit success information of the cash processing device, the teller transaction terminal transmits the transaction information such as cash deposit and the like to the host server for accounting processing.
Step S109: and the host server feeds back the account processing result to the teller transaction terminal and displays the account processing result on the display screen. And if the deposit transaction is successful, the teller transaction terminal calls a printer to print.
Example two
Based on the linked banknote processing and early warning system shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment describes a process of monitoring and early warning processing for a withdrawal transaction with reference to fig. 9.
Step S201: the teller transaction terminal receives a teller initiated withdrawal transaction instruction, and the transaction processing module performs withdrawal transaction logic processing, including but not limited to the steps that the transaction processing module acquires data from a host server, judges the legality of a customer account, the balance of the account and the like, performs logic judgment processing on the data, and displays the data on a display screen; the driver module converts the withdrawal request into a withdrawal instruction set, and the withdrawal instruction set is encrypted and then submitted to a paper money feeding processing device for processing, wherein the withdrawal instruction set comprises: the banknote taking instruction, the banknote counting instruction, the banknote detecting instruction and the banknote identifying instruction are carried out by the banknote processing device in sequence.
Step S202: the paper money processing device analyzes specific instruction information after receiving the withdrawal instruction set communication packet, the paper money classification storing and taking box executes a paper money taking instruction and a paper money counting instruction, takes out paper money with corresponding amount from the paper money classification storing and taking box, and transmits the paper money to the paper money identification unit through the paper money transmission channel.
Step S203: the paper money identification unit sequentially rolls paper money into the paper money rolling wheel to obtain images under different light sources, executes a paper money detection instruction, identifies the paper money instruction to identify the authenticity of the paper money, and obtains data information such as paper money face value, paper money number and the like.
Step S204: the paper money processing device returns the obtained paper money data result to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S205: the teller transaction terminal transmits the banknote data (which may include but is not limited to transaction account information, banknote face information and the like, wherein the transaction account information may include a unique transaction retrieval number generated by the withdrawal transaction) obtained in the withdrawal transaction to the early warning server, and the early warning server stores the banknote data in the banknote data storage module and returns a success signal to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S206: and if the teller transaction terminal receives the success signal of the early warning server, the teller transaction terminal transmits transaction information such as withdrawal and the like to the host server for financial processing.
Step S207: the host server feeds back the account processing result to the teller transaction terminal and displays the account processing result on a display screen; the teller transaction terminal sends a banknote-outputting instruction to the banknote processing device.
Step S208: the paper money processing device receives the paper money outputting instruction, the paper money outputting port processing module executes the paper money outputting instruction, paper money is output at the paper money outputting port, and the paper money processing device sends paper money outputting success information to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S209: and when the withdrawal transaction is successful, the teller transaction terminal calls the printer to print.
EXAMPLE III
After the deposit and withdrawal transaction is finished, the linked banknote processing and early warning system shown in fig. 6 can also provide a transaction banknote data query function due to the need of dispute resolution or post-supervision.
Based on the linked banknote processing and warning system shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment, in combination with fig. 10, provides a processing method for querying banknote data after a deposit and withdrawal transaction.
Step S301: the teller transaction terminal receives an inquiry transaction instruction initiated by a teller and submits inquiry request data to the host server, wherein the request data can include a card number, a certificate number, a transaction time period and the like of a client.
Step S302: and the host server inquires a historical transaction list according to the request data and returns the transaction list meeting the conditions to the teller transaction terminal.
Step S303: the teller transaction terminal selects specific transaction to be inquired according to the transaction detail and sends the only transaction retrieval number in the transaction detail to the early warning server.
Step S304: the early warning server inquires and retrieves the paper money data storage module according to the unique transaction retrieval number, obtains the paper money data (including but not limited to transaction account information, paper money face information and the like) related to the transaction, and returns the paper money data related to the transaction to the teller transaction terminal.

determining the amount of cash and the deposit operation type related to the transaction according to the cash receiving instruction, controlling the cash inlet and outlet unit to receive the paper money, and controlling the paper money conveying channel to sequentially transmit the received paper money to the paper money identification unit and the paper money classification and storage box;
controlling the banknote identification unit to identify the authenticity of the banknotes according to the banknote identification instruction;
controlling the paper money identification unit to identify the bill surface information of the paper money according to the paper money identification instruction;
controlling the paper money classifying and storing box to store the paper money according to the paper money storing instruction;
the logic circuit control chip performs the following control according to the withdrawal instruction set:
