The inner surface of the ratchet wheel clamp 6 is provided with a convex bolt which acts on the side wall of the second clamping groove area (15-2), the convex bolt is used as a supporting point to interact with the side wall of the second clamping groove area, thereby reacting to the mounting screw 4, under the cooperation of the spring 3, the mounting screw 4 moves left and right, namely the push rod 8 also moves left and right, and meanwhile, the ratchet wheel clamp 6 also rotates clockwise and anticlockwise correspondingly.
The plate spring 7 penetrates into the ratchet wheel clamp 6 and has the function of enhancing the elasticity of the buckle of the plastic ratchet wheel clamp 6, and when the buckle falls into the first clamping groove area 15-1 on the side wall of the guide rail wall 13, the buckle is prevented from falling off; the plate spring is provided with a barb to prevent the plate spring 7 from sliding off from the ratchet clamp 6.
The push rod 8 slides in the linear guide rail 16, and a row of equidistant mounting holes 2 on the push rod 8 and corresponding clamping grooves on the guide rail wall enable the trigger system to be mounted at different positions, and different banknote numbers can be set according to the requirements of different customers to generate early warning.
The spring 3 cooperates with the ratchet clip 6 to act on the push rod 8 to provide a reaction force to the push rod 8 to slide left and right in the linear guide 16.
The ML feeler lever 9 is arranged in the guide sleeve 10, the ML push lever 9 being in the corresponding extended or retracted position when the push lever 8 is in the extended or retracted position.
The function of the clamping groove 15 is: firstly, the screw is conveniently screwed into the push rod to give way for installation; secondly, providing reaction force support for the convex bolt on the inner side of the ratchet wheel clamp; thirdly, the ratchet clamp buckle falls into the first clamping groove area; the mounting screw and the reaction force support for the ratchet clamping convex bolt are provided as a second clamping groove area.
The electrical system comprises: button 11, circuit board 12 and controlling means thereof. The button 11 is mounted on the circuit board 12, and when the ML feeler lever 9 is in the extended position, the button 11 is pressed, and the circuit board 12 is in the on state, that is, an electric signal early warning is generated. When the ML feeler lever 9 is in the retracted position, the push button 11 is released and the circuit board 12 is in the disconnected state, i.e. without an electrical signal, and the warning is released.
The invention comprises two working states:
1) When the banknote in the banknote cassette is reduced, during the process of sliding the push plate 1 rightward from the position shown in fig. 2 to the position shown in fig. 1, when the banknote is reduced to a certain amount, and the push plate 1 slides rightward to the installation position of the ratchet card 6, the protruding part 17 on the push plate 1 acts on the trigger block 5 to rotate anticlockwise, the ratchet card 6 only performs unidirectional limiting on the trigger block 5, namely only performs clockwise rotation limiting on the trigger block 5, anticlockwise no limiting effect, the protruding part 17 slides over the trigger block 5 and directly acts on the right buckling part of the ratchet card 6, due to the triangular design of the protruding part 17, during the contact process, gradually expanding the contact stroke, slowly stripping the buckle of the ratchet card 6 outwards from the first clamping groove area 15-1, when the buckle is completely stripped, under the action of the elastic force of extension of the spring 3, matching with the reaction force of the convex bolt of the ratchet card 6 and the wall of the second clamping groove area 15-2, the ratchet card 6 rotates anticlockwise, simultaneously pushing the push rod 8 rightwards, the push rod 8 is pushed to the position of fig. 1 from the position of fig. 2, the push rod 8 is in the extending position and acts on the ML feeler lever, the ML feeler lever is also in the extending position, the push button 11 is pressed, the circuit board 12 is conducted, an early warning signal is generated, and the too few bank notes are prompted.
2) When the banknote in the banknote box increases, in the process that the push plate 1 slides leftwards from the position shown in the figure 1 to the position shown in the figure 2, when the banknote increases to a certain amount, the push plate 1 slides leftwards to the installation position of the ratchet wheel clamp 6, the protruding part 17 on the push plate 1 acts on the trigger block 5 to rotate clockwise, the trigger block 5 rotates clockwise to drive the ratchet wheel clamp 6 to rotate clockwise due to the unidirectional limiting action of the ratchet wheel clamp 6, namely clockwise limiting, the protruding bolt of the ratchet wheel clamp 6 acts on the side wall of the second clamping groove area 15-2 to generate a reaction force, so that the installation screw 4 slides leftwards, namely the push rod 8 follows the leftwards sliding compression spring 3, and the push rod 8 is pushed to the position shown in the figure 2 from the position shown in the figure 1; when the ratchet card 6 rotates clockwise to a certain degree, the buckle of the ratchet card 6 falls into the first clamping groove area 15-1, namely the push rod 8 is in the retracted position, no force is applied to the ML feeler lever 9, the ML feeler lever 9 is also in the retracted position, the button 11 is in the release state, the circuit board 12 is disconnected, and the early warning signal is released.
