Abstract
The invention discloses a garment processing management system, which comprises the following steps: (1) the control processor is connected with the raw material cutting control module; (2) a raw material cutting control module; (3) a first detection module; (4) replacing a processing material distribution area; (5) a semi-finished product processing area module; (6) a second semi-finished product detection module; (7) a finished product processing module; (8) and (3) product detection for the third time: dividing the product into a product unqualified area, a product reworking area and a product qualified area; and the product reworking area conveys the product to a finished product qualified area through reworking. The invention provides a garment processing management system, which combines the technology of the Internet of things with product processing and realizes the intellectualization of a logistics system.

In the traditional garment processing management, although a computer is used, data is collected and statistically organized in a mode of recording paper and then manually inputting the data into the computer. Preferably, the generation processing classification area is divided into multiple areas, and different areas are provided with corresponding part classification areas.
Preferably, the second semi-finished product detection module is used for detecting the processed product of the semi-finished product, and simultaneously, the raw material processing detection is confirmed, so that secondary detection is realized.
Preferably, the qualified products are detected by the third product detection module and input into the control processor for product statistics.

(5) semi-finished product processing area module: processing different materials separately, namely processing sleeves, collars and main clothes;
(6) the second semi-finished product detection module is used for detecting and dividing the semi-finished product into a semi-finished product qualified area, a cloth cutting and non-conforming area and a processing damaged area;
the cloth of the unqualified cloth cutting area is conveyed to a first detection module for corresponding secondary detection and timely fed back to a raw material cutting control module for debugging through the semi-finished product processing area cloth;
