Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of garment cutting, and particularly discloses a mixed cutting method for garment cutting pieces with different layers, wherein each cutting piece is provided with an order number, and the mixed cutting method for the garment cutting pieces with different layers comprises the following steps: calculating the total thickness of a cutting piece according to the difference between the order numbers and the thickness of the single-layer fabric; judging whether the total thickness of a cutting piece is smaller than a blade limit value or not; if the total thickness of a cutting piece is smaller than the blade limit value, selecting a first blade for cutting; and if the total thickness of a cutting piece is not less than the blade limit value, selecting a second blade for cutting, wherein the cutting capability of the first blade is less than that of the second blade. The invention also discloses a mixed cutting system for the clothing cutting pieces with different layers. The method for cutting the clothing cutting pieces with different layers can avoid the damage of the blade caused by using the blade with small cutting capability under the condition that the thickness of the cutting piece is too thick.

As a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for cutting pieces of clothing with different numbers of layers, wherein each piece is provided with an order number, as shown in fig. 1, the method for cutting pieces of clothing with different numbers of layers includes:
s110, calculating the total thickness of a cutting piece according to the difference between order numbers and the thickness of the single-layer fabric;
s120, judging whether the total thickness of a cutting piece is smaller than a blade limit value or not;
