Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of instrument control, and particularly relates to an automatic generation device and method for analog signals of a measurement channel of an instrument control system. The device comprises a cable joint, a cable joint hoop, a connecting cable, a signal generator, a display screen, a parameter setting key and an information query key, wherein the cable joint is connected with the signal generator through the connecting cable, the length of the connecting cable is connected, and the cable joint hoop is adjustable to fix the cable joint and a side joint of a measuring channel; the signal generator panel is provided with a parameter setting key, an information inquiry key and a display screen. The invention can complete the precision verification of the instrument channel safely, quickly, effectively and correctly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of instrument control, and particularly relates to an automatic generation device and method for analog signals of a measurement channel of an instrument control system.
Background
In industrial application, some systems for protecting the safety of production processes not only require high precision of instruments of the protection systems, but also have certain requirements on the precision of the whole measurement loop channel from the instruments to an upper control system. Thermal parameters for protecting the system are often fixed at a certain point or a certain interval in the measuring range of the instrument, and instrument control personnel can periodically check the instrument to ensure that the precision of the instrument meets the requirement. But the accuracy of the instrument meets the requirement, and the accuracy of the whole measuring loop channel from the instrument to an upper control system cannot be ensured to meet the requirement. Therefore, a general instrument control person regularly simulates signal values of each interval from zero point to full point of the instrument by using a signal generator on the site side of the instrument, sends the simulated signals to an upper-layer control system, compares the simulated signals with output signals of the upper-layer control system, and compares whether the difference value of the two signals is within an error allowable range, so as to verify that the accuracy of the whole measuring loop channel of the instrument meets the requirement. In the actual working process, when the wiring of the instrument is removed and a meter pen of the signal generator is connected into a channel of the measurement loop of the instrument, the risk of grounding the cable of the measurement loop of the instrument or the risk of reverse connection with the anode and the cathode of the signal generator exists, so that the fuse or the module of an upper control system is burnt, each signal value can be only manually input, and the automation strength is low. In addition, if the instrument is installed in places with high temperature, high pressure, high radioactivity and the like, instrument control personnel cannot work in the places for a long time, which brings inconvenience to the work of the field instrument control personnel.
Taking a safety instrument control system of a certain nuclear power station as an example, the system is 1E grade and is used for realizing the overall safety function of the nuclear power station. The precision requirement of the nuclear power station on the safety related instruments is 0.25 grade, the precision requirement of the safety related instruments on the whole loop channel of the upper control system is 0.25 grade, and the indicating values of the safety related instruments are generally stable in a certain interval during the normal operation of the unit. Therefore, in order to ensure that the precision of the safety-related instrument and the measurement loop channel meets the requirement, the instrument control personnel verify the safety-related instrument during the overhaul of the unit, pull off the quick connector of the instrument, use the signal generator to verify the precision of the measurement loop channel of the safety instrument and ensure the stable operation of the safety instrument control system. But some safety-related instruments are installed around media with high radioactivity, and field instrumentation and control personnel cannot work in the site for a long time.
An automatic generating device for analog signals of a measurement channel of an instrument control system is urgently needed, and the accuracy verification work of the instrument channel can be completed safely, quickly, effectively and correctly.
