Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile odor test detection and test, in particular to an automobile interior trim part odor test evaluation method.
Background
With the further development of the domestic automobile industry, consumers pay more and more attention to the safety performance of automobiles, and in the past, the consumers mainly regard automobiles as transportation means, and the automobiles become mobile places which consume most time except for homes of many consumers nowadays, so that the requirements of the consumers on the automobiles are no longer only met for convenience of traveling, and the health care is increasing. In particular, the problem of air quality in the vehicle is more and more concerned by users, few consumers send the vehicle to a detection mechanism to detect harmful substances in the vehicle, but the odor in the vehicle is the most direct subjective feeling of the consumers, and the large odor in the vehicle inevitably causes the complaints of the consumers. At present, all major host plants control the smell of the whole vehicle, wherein the development of the smell test is an essential link in the smell development process.
At present, most of the odor test standards of the host factory are from German VDA270, 1L or 3L glass odor bottles are adopted in the VDA270, odor tests are respectively carried out at 23 ℃, 40 ℃ and 80 ℃, and the odor emission conditions of automobiles in indoor temperature, outdoor temperature and high-temperature environments are simulated. According to the method, a certain proportion of all interior trim parts is intercepted at the fixed 3 temperature points for testing, but the temperatures of different interior trim parts in an actual vehicle at the same moment are different, and the smell in the vehicle is a result of mixing smells emitted by different interior trim parts at different temperatures at the same moment, so that the test result is difficult to truly reflect the real condition of the smell in the vehicle. For interior parts such as carpets and the like which are not directly irradiated by sunlight, the test is carried out at the environment temperature of 80 ℃, if the test result is unqualified, testers can easily think that the carpet is an important source of peculiar smell in the vehicle, but the actual condition is that the temperature of the carpet in the vehicle rarely reaches 80 ℃, and misjudgment is easily caused by adopting the high test temperature. The test temperature is set to be 80 ℃ for the interior trim parts directly irradiated by sunlight, such as instrument panels and the like, if the test result is qualified, the interior trim parts are also judged as non-peculiar smell sources by experimenters, but the actual condition is that the temperature of the interior trim parts directly irradiated by the sunlight, such as the instrument panels and the like, possibly exceeds 80 ℃ under the condition of direct sunlight in summer, and if the test is still carried out at 80 ℃, the real emission condition of the interior trim parts in a vehicle is hardly reflected.
In summary, in the evaluation method of the prior art, all interior parts are tested at three temperature points of 23 ℃, 40 ℃ and 80 ℃, no test is carried out according to the actual temperature of the interior part, and the test result cannot reflect the actual air quality in the vehicle.
