The ZJ17 cigarette making machine is a main machine type of domestic tobacco enterprises and consists of three parts, namely a feeding and slivering machine, a rolling and forming machine and a filter tip assembler. The cut tobacco and the tobacco stems in the cut tobacco cluster are separated by the cut tobacco separating device of the feeding and slivering machine through primary air and secondary air, the separated cut tobacco is directly adsorbed to the cut tobacco absorbing belt of the air suction chamber, the separated stem sticks and stem blocks fall into the tobacco stem box, and a certain amount of cut tobacco is still contained in the separated stem sticks and stem blocks, so that waste of certain raw and auxiliary materials is caused.
At present, the proportion of cut tobacco can be analyzed by adopting a manual sampling and weighing mode, and then the suspension speed of cut tobacco separation is changed by manually adjusting the pressure of a positive pressure blowing system, so that the quantity of cut tobacco is changed, however, manual weighing is time-consuming and labor-consuming, real-time measurement data cannot be formed to continuously control and adjust the suspension speed of cut tobacco separation, and the modern production requirements cannot be met.
