Description

Air conditioner aviation baffle and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner air deflector and an air conditioner.
Background
Most of the existing hanging air conditioner internal units are non-totally enclosed air deflectors which are narrow in width and too large in distance from an air outlet, so that the air guide effect is poor. In addition, a large gap is left at the lower side of the air outlet of the non-totally enclosed air deflector, which greatly affects the appearance of the air conditioner.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner air deflector and an air conditioner, and aims to solve the problem that an existing air deflector is poor in air guiding effect. The following presents a simplified summary in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed embodiments. This summary is not an extensive overview and is intended to neither identify key/critical elements nor delineate the scope of such embodiments. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that is presented later.
According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner air deflector, including a main guide plate, wherein two ends of the main guide plate in a transverse direction are provided with connecting rods, two ends of the main guide plate in a longitudinal direction are provided with extension guide plates, and the extension guide plates are movable in the longitudinal direction relative to the main guide plate. The connecting rod connects the air deflector with the air conditioner, and the expansion guide plate moves towards two sides along the longitudinal direction relative to the main guide plate so as to increase the overall length of the air deflector in the longitudinal direction and enhance the air guiding effect.
Optionally, the inner side surface of the connecting rod is connected with one end of a connecting plate, the other end of the connecting plate is connected with a motor fixing seat, a motor is arranged in the motor fixing seat, the motor is connected with a gear through an output shaft, the gear is meshed with a rack, and the end part, far away from the motor, of the rack is connected with the extension guide plate. The motor drives the gear to rotate, the gear drives the rack to rotate through meshing with the rack, and the rack drives the extension guide plate to move in the longitudinal direction so as to open or close the extension guide plate according to actual needs.
Optionally, a slide rail is arranged on the main guide plate, a slide groove is arranged on the extension guide plate, the slide groove can slide along the bottom of the slide rail, and the rack can slide along the top of the slide rail, so that the extension guide plate can move more stably.
Optionally, a first reinforcing plate is arranged between the connecting plate and the connecting rod to reinforce the connection strength of the connecting plate and the connecting rod.
Optionally, a second reinforcing plate is arranged between the connecting plate and the motor fixing seat to reinforce the connection strength of the connecting plate and the motor fixing seat.
Optionally, a limiting plate is arranged on the main guide plate, a first limiting block is arranged at the top of the limiting plate, which is close to the extension guide plate, a second limiting block is arranged at the end of the extension guide plate along the transverse direction, and the first limiting block can block the second limiting block. The extension guide plate moves outwards along the longitudinal direction, and when the extension guide plate moves to the position where the second limiting block is in contact with the first limiting block, the first limiting block blocks the second limiting block, so that the extension guide plate is prevented from further moving to enable the extension guide plate to be separated from the main guide plate.
Optionally, the first limit block is disposed at an end of the top of the limit plate away from the motor to increase the length of the extension guide plate movable in the longitudinal direction.
Optionally, the second limit block is disposed at an end of the extension guide plate close to the motor to increase a length of the extension guide plate movable in the longitudinal direction.
Optionally, the longitudinal length of the extension guide plate is less than or equal to half of the longitudinal length of the main guide plate, so that when the extension guide plate is closed, the longitudinal two ends of the extension guide plate do not exceed the longitudinal two ends of the main guide plate, and the air conditioner air deflector is more attractive.
Optionally, the longitudinal length of the rack is greater than or equal to half of the longitudinal length of the main guide plate, so that the rack is prevented from being separated from the gear, and the normal function of the air conditioner air deflector is ensured.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an air conditioner is provided, which includes the air conditioner air deflector.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the air conditioner air deflector, the extension guide plate is arranged on the main guide plate, so that the length of the air deflector in the longitudinal direction is increased, and the air guiding effect is enhanced; after the extension baffle is opened, can reduce the distance between aviation baffle and the air-conditioning outlet, further strengthen the wind-guiding effect.
