Abstract
The invention provides a rotary floor height adjusting device which comprises an adjusting structure and an anti-derailing structure. The adjusting structure comprises an upper mounting sleeve, a locknut, a stud and a mounting base. The locknuts are respectively installed at two ends of the stud, one end of the stud with the locknuts installed is screwed into the threaded hole at the lower end of the upper installation sleeve, and the other end of the stud is screwed into the threaded hole at the upper end of the installation base. The derailment prevention structure comprises a rotating track and a ball assembly. The base of the ball assembly is arranged at the top blind end of the upper mounting sleeve, the ball at the lower part of the ball assembly rolls in the limiting groove on the rotating track, and the top end of the rotating track is welded at the bottom of the rotating floor. The invention can rapidly adjust the rotary floor in the height direction, is convenient to operate, has wide height adjusting range, can avoid the derailment phenomenon of the rotary floor height adjusting device during rotation, and leads the rotary floor to be more flexible during the rotation process.

Background
The rotary floor height adjusting device is one of important components of the rotary floor, provides reliable support for the rotary floor during rotation, and ensures that the rotary floor is stable, safe, reliable and free from abnormal sound during the rotation process. At present, most of rotary floor height adjusting devices commonly used in China adopt roller type height adjusting devices.
By adopting the rotary floor height adjusting device with the structure, the mounting bolts of the roller assemblies need to be loosened during adjustment, and the adjustment of the rotary floor in the height direction is realized by increasing or decreasing the number of the adjusting pads below the ball assemblies; when the installation radius of the height adjusting device of the rotary floor is too small, the roller assembly can generate clamping stagnation and inflexible rotation when rotating. In addition, when the height of the height adjusting device of the rotary floor is too high, the derailment phenomenon of the height adjusting device can occur in the rotating process of the rotary floor. Wherein, stud 6 both ends have the external screw thread respectively, and two locknut 5 are installed respectively at stud 6's both ends, and the threaded hole of installing the lower extreme of sleeve 4 is twisted into to the one end of the stud 6 of installing locknut 5, and the threaded hole of installing the upper end of base 7 is twisted into to the other end of stud 6. When the height needs to be adjusted, the locknuts 5 on the two sides of the stud 6 are properly loosened, the outer hexagon in the middle of the stud 6 is rotated by a tool, the stud 6 can simultaneously rotate in the threaded holes in the upper mounting sleeve 4 and the mounting base 7, the adjustment in the height direction is realized, and the locknuts 5 on the two ends of the stud 6 are screwed when the height is adjusted to a proper position.
As shown in fig. 3, the derailing prevention structure includes a rotation rail 2 and a ball assembly 3. Wherein, the base welding of ball assembly 3 is at the top dead end of last installation sleeve 4, and the ball card of ball assembly 3 lower part rolls in the semicircular spacing inslot on rotating track 2, and the top welding of rotating track 2 is in the bottom of rotating floor 1. When the rotating floor 1 rotates, the rotating track 2 is driven to rotate together, and meanwhile, the balls of the ball assembly 3 rotate in the semicircular limiting grooves of the rotating track 2.
The working principle of the height adjusting device of the embodiment is as follows: the height adjusting device of the rotary floor is placed below the rotary floor 1, the locknuts 5 at two ends of the stud 6 are loosened to enable the height adjusting device of the rotary floor to be unlocked, the middle part (the middle section is in a regular hexagon shape as shown in figure 4) of the stud 6 is rotated, and two ends of the stud 6 simultaneously rotate in threaded holes of the upper mounting sleeve 4 and the mounting base 7, so that the height is adjusted. The ball assembly 3 is welded on the blind end of the upper mounting sleeve 4, the ball assembly 1 moves along with the upper mounting sleeve 4, the stud 6 is rotated to adjust the balls in the ball assembly 1 into the semicircular limiting groove of the rotating track 2, and the locknuts 5 at two ends of the stud 6 are screwed after adjustment is finished.

the derailment prevention structure comprises a rotating track and a ball assembly; the base of the ball assembly is arranged at the top blind end of the upper mounting sleeve, the ball at the lower part of the ball assembly rolls in the limiting groove on the rotating track, and the top end of the rotating track is welded at the bottom of the rotating floor.

4. The height adjustment assembly of claim 1, wherein the base of said ball assembly is welded to the top blind end of the upper mounting sleeve.
