Abstract
本发明提供一种高抗压保温瓦楞纸,由内到外依次包括保温层、外纸板层、复合瓦楞纸层、内纸板层、铝箔反射隔热层;所述的复合瓦楞纸层包括波纹层,所述的波纹层的波峰和波峰分别与外纸板层、内纸板层用胶水固定粘结;在波纹层与内纸板层之间形成的空间内设置有三棱柱纸芯,所述的三棱柱纸芯的底边固定粘结在内纸板层上,顶角固定粘结在波纹层波峰的下表面。本发明提供的高抗压保温瓦楞纸,不仅具有良好的抗压性能,还有多重的保温结构,适用于冷鲜运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,特别是指高抗压保温瓦楞纸。
背景技术
冷鲜运输需要包装物不仅保温,还需要抗压。目前的泡沫箱难以满足抗压的要求,而瓦楞纸的保温性能不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高抗压保温瓦楞纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
高抗压保温瓦楞纸,由内到外依次包括保温层、外纸板层、复合瓦楞纸层、内纸板层、铝箔反射隔热层;
所述的复合瓦楞纸层包括波纹层,所述的波纹层的波峰和波峰分别与外纸板层、内纸板层用胶水固定粘结;在波纹层与内纸板层之间形成的空间内设置有三棱柱纸芯,所述的三棱柱纸芯的底边固定粘结在内纸板层上,顶角固定粘结在波纹层波峰的下表面。
优选的,所述的波纹层的横截面为折线,形成上下两层的相互交错的三角形空间,所述的三棱柱纸芯位于下层的三角形空间内,所述的三棱柱纸芯的腰边与波纹层固定粘结。
进一步的,所述的三棱柱纸芯横截面为正三角形,所述的三棱柱纸芯内还设有圆柱纸筒芯,所述的圆柱纸筒芯与所述的三棱柱纸芯内切,并且圆柱纸筒芯与三棱柱纸芯固定粘结。
本发明提供的高抗压保温瓦楞纸,不仅具有良好的抗压性能,还有多重的保温结构,适用于冷鲜运输。

如图1所示,高抗压保温瓦楞纸,由内到外依次包括保温层4、外纸板层1、复合瓦楞纸层、内纸板层2、铝箔反射隔热层6;
所述的复合瓦楞纸层包括波纹层3,所述的波纹层3的波峰和波峰分别与外纸板层1、内纸板层2用胶水固定粘结;在波纹层3与内纸板层2之间形成的空间内设置有三棱柱纸芯7,所述的三棱柱纸芯7的底边固定粘结在内纸板层2上,顶角固定粘结在波纹层3波峰的下表面。
三棱柱纸芯7支撑可以具有很强的支撑能力,具有良好的抗压性能。波纹层3可以保护三棱柱纸芯7的顶角,并可以有效的对三棱柱纸芯7进行定位。
所述的波纹层3的横截面为折线,形成上下两层的相互交错的三角形空间,所述的三棱柱纸芯7位于下层的三角形空间内,所述的三棱柱纸芯7的腰边与波纹层3固定粘结。上面的三角形空间可以形成空气层,起到隔热保温功能。
所述的三棱柱纸芯7横截面为正三角形,所述的三棱柱纸芯7内还设有圆柱纸筒芯5,所述的圆柱纸筒芯5与所述的三棱柱纸芯7内切,并且圆柱纸筒芯5与三棱柱纸芯7固定粘结。
圆柱纸筒芯5 的功能可以增强三棱柱纸芯7的结构,以防三棱柱纸芯7被压变形。

1.高抗压保温瓦楞纸,其特征在于:由内到外依次包括保温层、外纸板层、复合瓦楞纸层、内纸板层、铝箔反射隔热层;
所述的复合瓦楞纸层包括波纹层,所述的波纹层的波峰和波峰分别与外纸板层、内纸板层用胶水固定粘结;在波纹层与内纸板层之间形成的空间内设置有三棱柱纸芯,所述的三棱柱纸芯的底边固定粘结在内纸板层上,顶角固定粘结在波纹层波峰的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗压保温瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述的波纹层的横截面为折线,形成上下两层的相互交错的三角形空间,所述的三棱柱纸芯位于下层的三角形空间内,所述的三棱柱纸芯的腰边与波纹层固定粘结。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高抗压保温瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述的三棱柱纸芯横截面为正三角形,所述的三棱柱纸芯内还设有圆柱纸筒芯,所述的圆柱纸筒芯与所述的三棱柱纸芯内切,并且圆柱纸筒芯与三棱柱纸芯固定粘结。
