本发明提供一种减震瓦楞纸板，由外到内依次包括外纸板层、瓦楞芯层、隔板、气囊减震层、内纸板层；所述的外纸板层、隔板、内纸板层相互平行设置；所述的瓦楞芯层包括波纹形的瓦楞层，所述的瓦楞层波峰和波谷分别与外纸板层、隔板粘结固定；所述的瓦楞层与隔板之间还设有多个三棱柱，瓦楞层的相邻两个波谷之间设一个三棱柱，所述的三棱柱底边与隔板固定粘结。本发明提供的减震瓦楞纸板，具有减震功能，可以减少包装过程中另外增加减震泡沫的步骤。

减震瓦楞纸板
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域，特别是指减震瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
一般的瓦楞纸都具有很好的抗压性能，但是在减震方面欠缺，因此在包装的时候，内部还需要垫有减震的泡沫。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种减震瓦楞纸板。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：
减震瓦楞纸板，由外到内依次包括外纸板层、瓦楞芯层、隔板、气囊减震层、内纸板层；所述的外纸板层、隔板、内纸板层相互平行设置；
所述的瓦楞芯层包括波纹形的瓦楞层，所述的瓦楞层波峰和波谷分别与外纸板层、隔板粘结固定；所述的瓦楞层与隔板之间还设有多个三棱柱，瓦楞层的相邻两个波谷之间设一个三棱柱，所述的三棱柱底边与隔板固定粘结。
优选的，所述的瓦楞层的横截面为折线形成上下两排交错的三角形区域，所述的三棱柱位于下面一排三角形区域内，三棱柱的腰边与瓦楞层固定粘结。
进一步的，所述的气囊减震层包括多个气囊条，气囊条与三棱柱一一对应，并且气囊条与三棱柱纵向平行，每个气囊条分别位于每个三棱柱的正下方；气囊条的上下两面分别与隔板、内纸板层粘结。
本发明提供的减震瓦楞纸板，具有减震功能，可以减少包装过程中另外增加减震泡沫的步骤。

如图1所示，减震瓦楞纸板，由外到内依次包括外纸板层1、瓦楞芯层、隔板4、气囊减震层、内纸板层6；所述的外纸板层1、隔板4、内纸板层6相互平行设置；
所述的瓦楞芯层包括波纹形的瓦楞层2，所述的瓦楞层2波峰和波谷分别与外纸板层1、隔板4粘结固定；所述的瓦楞层2与隔板4之间还设有多个三棱柱3，瓦楞层2的相邻两个波谷之间设一个三棱柱3，所述的三棱柱3底边与隔板4固定粘结。
所述的瓦楞层2的横截面为折线形成上下两排交错的三角形区域，所述的三棱柱3位于下面一排三角形区域内，三棱柱3的腰边与瓦楞层2固定粘结。
三棱柱3的底边在内侧，外部施压的时候，力传递到三棱柱3的底边可以增加接触面，减少局部压强，保护瓦楞纸箱内的物品。
内壁设有的气囊减震层包括多个气囊条5，气囊条5与三棱柱3一一对应，并且气囊条5与三棱柱3纵向平行，每个气囊条5分别位于每个三棱柱3的正下方；气囊条5的上下两面分别与隔板4、内纸板层6粘结。
气囊条5为充气的气泡条，可以起到减震作用。

1.减震瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：由外到内依次包括外纸板层、瓦楞芯层、隔板、气囊减震层、内纸板层；所述的外纸板层、隔板、内纸板层相互平行设置；
所述的瓦楞芯层包括波纹形的瓦楞层，所述的瓦楞层波峰和波谷分别与外纸板层、隔板粘结固定；所述的瓦楞层与隔板之间还设有多个三棱柱，瓦楞层的相邻两个波谷之间设一个三棱柱，所述的三棱柱底边与隔板固定粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述的瓦楞层的横截面为折线形成上下两排交错的三角形区域，所述的三棱柱位于下面一排三角形区域内，三棱柱的腰边与瓦楞层固定粘结。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减震瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述的气囊减震层包括多个气囊条，气囊条与三棱柱一一对应，并且气囊条与三棱柱纵向平行，每个气囊条分别位于每个三棱柱的正下方；气囊条的上下两面分别与隔板、内纸板层粘结。
