Abstract

本发明公开了一种合成革涂布装置,包括上抵压机构、下滚动机构、底座;本发明改变了传统上压辊和下涂料辊的连接方式,本发明的上压辊可伸缩锁定连接在上定位板的下侧,而下涂料辊通过下伸缩杆穿接料槽的穿接口后轴向滑动连接在定位筒内,并且通过定位筒内部的弹力环体向上抵压下伸缩杆,如此使得上压辊和下涂料辊可以紧密贴合,而需要调节上压辊和下涂料辊的位置时,只需要将穿接螺纹杆在定位框上进行伸缩移动,然后通过夹持螺母进行锁定即可,如此可以使得下涂料辊可以适配不同涂料液面高度,作业十分的灵活。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成革涂布装置。
背景技术
模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨酯层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革;合成革在生产的过程中需要进行涂油作业,将布送到涂布机中,加温的皮革浆料涂在布上形成合成革,但是现有的合成革涂布装置中的涂料辊和压辊都是固定连接,不能根据涂料液面的高度进行适应性的调整。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种可进行调节位置的合成革涂布装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种合成革涂布装置,包括上抵压机构、下滚动机构、底座;所述的上抵压机构包括上定位板、上定位架、上压辊;所述的上压辊旋转安装在上定位架的下侧;所述的上定位架的上端伸缩锁定连接在上定位板下方;所述的下滚动机构包括下涂料辊、下定位架、下伸缩杆、料槽、封闭伸缩环、定位筒、弹力环体;所述的下涂料辊安装在上压辊的下方;所述的下涂料辊旋转安装在下定位架的上侧;所述的下定位架的下端安装下伸缩杆;所述的料槽底部中间设有穿接口;所述的下伸缩杆下端穿过料槽底部的穿接口延伸至料槽的下方;所述的封闭伸缩环安装在穿接口上侧;所述的封闭伸缩环的上端四周固化连接在下伸缩杆的四周外侧,封闭伸缩环的下端四周固化连接在穿接口的上端四周;所述的下伸缩杆的下端伸入连接在定位筒内;所述的定位筒的下端安装在底座上;所述的下伸缩杆的下端沿着定位筒的轴向滑动连接在定位筒内部;所述的定位筒的内部下方安装弹力环体;所述的弹力环体的下端固定连接在定位筒内部,弹力环体的上端抵压在下伸缩杆的下端。
进一步,所述的上抵压机构还包括定位框、穿接螺纹杆、夹持螺母;所述的定位框安装在上定位板的下侧;所述的穿接螺纹杆的上端穿接在定位框内;所述的穿接螺纹杆的下端连接在上连接架的上端;所述的穿接螺纹杆上螺纹旋转连接两个夹持螺母;所述的两个夹持螺母分别位于定位框的上下两侧。
进一步,还包括转动驱动机构;所述的转动驱动机构包括转动板、转轴、夹持螺杆、螺纹板;所述的定位筒的底部安装转动板;所述的转动板的下端通过转轴转动连接在底座的上端中间;所述的底座的上端两侧分别安装一个螺纹板;所述的螺纹板上分别螺纹穿接一个夹持螺杆;所述的转动板的两侧分别通过夹持螺杆进行夹持固定。
进一步,所述转动板两侧的夹持螺杆的端部分别设有一个抵压块;所述的抵压块的外侧面呈弧形结构。
进一步,所述的下伸缩杆的下端四周设有抵接环;所述的弹力环体的上端抵压在下伸缩杆的下端四周的抵接环的下端面上。
进一步,所述的定位筒的内部设有圆柱形空腔;所述的抵接环四周设有呈圆环形结构的耐磨环;所述的抵接环通过耐磨环抵接滑动连接在定位筒的内部;所述的耐磨环由聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
进一步,所述的料槽呈上大下小的锥形结构。
进一步,所述的封闭伸缩环由波纹管材料制成。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明改变了传统上压辊和下涂料辊的连接方式,本发明的上压辊可伸缩锁定连接在上定位板的下侧,而下涂料辊通过下伸缩杆穿接料槽的穿接口后轴向滑动连接在定位筒内,并且通过定位筒内部的弹力环体向上抵压下伸缩杆,如此使得上压辊和下涂料辊可以紧密贴合,而需要调节上压辊和下涂料辊的位置时,只需要将穿接螺纹杆在定位框上进行伸缩移动,然后通过夹持螺母进行锁定即可,如此可以使得下涂料辊可以适配不同涂料液面高度,作业十分的灵活。
2.本发明的上压辊和下涂料辊在安装时,有时候会发生纵向上下位置不对齐的现象,如此拆卸重新安装十分的繁琐,本发明增设了转动驱动机构,定位筒的下端通过转动板和转轴转动连接在底座上,如此通过两个夹持螺杆的旋转夹持,推动转动板进行转动,如此可带动定位筒以及下涂料辊进行转动,如此可对下涂料辊的轴向位置进行微调,达到更好的和上压辊贴合对齐的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
如图1至4所示,一种合成革涂布装置,包括上抵压机构2、下滚动机构3、底座1。所述的上抵压机构2包括上定位板21、上定位架25、上压辊26;所述的上压辊26旋转安装在上定位架25的下侧;所述的上定位架25的上端伸缩锁定连接在上定位板21下方;所述的下滚动机构3包括下涂料辊31、下定位架32、下伸缩杆34、料槽33、封闭伸缩环35、定位筒36、弹力环体37;所述的下涂料辊31安装在上压辊26的下方;所述的下涂料辊31旋转安装在下定位架32的上侧;所述的下定位架32的下端安装下伸缩杆34;所述的料槽33底部中间设有穿接口331;所述的下伸缩杆34下端穿过料槽33底部的穿接口331延伸至料槽33的下方;所述的封闭伸缩环35安装在穿接口331上侧;所述的封闭伸缩环35的上端四周固化连接在下伸缩杆34的四周外侧,封闭伸缩环35的下端四周固化连接在穿接口331的上端四周;所述的下伸缩杆34的下端伸入连接在定位筒36内;所述的定位筒36的下端安装在底座1上;所述的下伸缩杆34的下端沿着定位筒36的轴向滑动连接在定位筒36内部;所述的定位筒36的内部下方安装弹力环体37;所述的弹力环体37的下端固定连接在定位筒36内部,弹力环体37的上端抵压在下伸缩杆34的下端。
如图1至4所示,进一步优选,所述的上抵压机构2还包括定位框22、穿接螺纹杆23、夹持螺母24;所述的定位框22安装在上定位板21的下侧;所述的穿接螺纹杆23的上端穿接在定位框22内;所述的穿接螺纹杆23的下端连接在上连接架25的上端;所述的穿接螺纹杆23上螺纹旋转连接两个夹持螺母24;所述的两个夹持螺母24分别位于定位框22的上下两侧。进一步优选,还包括转动驱动机构4;所述的转动驱动机构4包括转动板41、转轴42、夹持螺杆43、螺纹板44;所述的定位筒36的底部安装转动板41;所述的转动板41的下端通过转轴42转动连接在底座1的上端中间;所述的底座1的上端两侧分别安装一个螺纹板44;所述的螺纹板44上分别螺纹穿接一个夹持螺杆43;所述的转动板41的两侧分别通过夹持螺杆43进行夹持固定。进一步,所述转动板41两侧的夹持螺杆43的端部分别设有一个抵压块431;所述的抵压块431的外侧面呈弧形结构。进一步,所述的下伸缩杆34的下端四周设有抵接环341;所述的弹力环体37的上端抵压在下伸缩杆34的下端四周的抵接环341的下端面上。进一步,所述的定位筒36的内部设有圆柱形空腔;所述的抵接环341四周设有呈圆环形结构的耐磨环342;所述的抵接环341通过耐磨环342抵接滑动连接在定位筒36的内部;所述的耐磨环342由聚四氟乙烯材料制成。进一步优选,所述的料槽33呈上大下小的锥形结构。进一步,所述的封闭伸缩环35由波纹管材料制成。

1.一种合成革涂布装置,其特征在于,包括上抵压机构、下滚动机构、底座;所述的上抵压机构包括上定位板、上定位架、上压辊;所述的上压辊旋转安装在上定位架的下侧;所述的上定位架的上端伸缩锁定连接在上定位板下方;所述的下滚动机构包括下涂料辊、下定位架、下伸缩杆、料槽、封闭伸缩环、定位筒、弹力环体;所述的下涂料辊安装在上压辊的下方;所述的下涂料辊旋转安装在下定位架的上侧;所述的下定位架的下端安装下伸缩杆;所述的料槽底部中间设有穿接口;所述的下伸缩杆下端穿过料槽底部的穿接口延伸至料槽的下方;所述的封闭伸缩环安装在穿接口上侧;所述的封闭伸缩环的上端四周固化连接在下伸缩杆的四周外侧,封闭伸缩环的下端四周固化连接在穿接口的上端四周;所述的下伸缩杆的下端伸入连接在定位筒内;所述的定位筒的下端安装在底座上;所述的下伸缩杆的下端沿着定位筒的轴向滑动连接在定位筒内部;所述的定位筒的内部下方安装弹力环体;所述的弹力环体的下端固定连接在定位筒内部,弹力环体的上端抵压在下伸缩杆的下端。

6.根据权利要求5所述的合成革涂布装置,其特征在于,所述的定位筒的内部设有圆柱形空腔;所述的抵接环四周设有呈圆环形结构的耐磨环;所述的抵接环通过耐磨环抵接滑动连接在定位筒的内部;所述的耐磨环由聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
