With the development of society and the improvement of economic level, the number of large-scale light chemical enterprises, especially textile enterprises, is greatly increased. The textile has various varieties, most of which are easy to mildew, such as cotton, hemp, wool, nylon, acrylic fiber spinning and the like. Storage of textile products and materials is therefore also a problem for these enterprises. In order to prevent the mildew of textile products, many plants have to enforce hygienic management of the whole process from raw material to product processing. However, in many cases, it is not always possible to control the initial amount of contamination by microorganisms or to set various environmental conditions that are unfavorable for the growth of microorganisms, and it is also necessary to use a fungicide to control the contamination and damage of the production environment, materials, products by microorganisms.
The prior mildew preventive has some defects, which are mainly expressed as follows: 1. the fabric is corroded and airtight while being mildewproof, and the quality of the fabric is reduced; 2. the raw material price is high, the process is complex, so the manufacturing cost is high, and the popularization in small and medium-sized enterprises is difficult; 3. the fabric is unsafe, and the inflammability and explosiveness of the fabric are increased, so that great potential safety hazards are brought; 4. the medicament releases harmful substances and pollutes air when acting.
