Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用,该制剂由产朊假丝酵母、短短芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、沼泽红假单胞菌等比例混合所得,本发明的复合微生态制剂具有物理隔离、净化环境、以及激活机体黏膜免疫、调节肠道微生态平衡等功能,可以从空气、垫料、消化道多角度实现生猪养殖过程中的疫病防控,保障生猪健康生长,从而实现无抗猪肉生产的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧养殖领域,具体涉及一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着养殖集约化、规模化的迅猛发展,家畜疾病越趋复杂,对生猪的疫病防治控制要求也日益提高。传统的生猪养殖主要还是依靠使用疫苗和抗生素、饲料添加剂等手段来进行疫病防治。而长期大量使用抗生素类药物不仅造成猪肠道的微生物粘膜系统受到损伤,还导致猪及猪舍周边环境的菌株产生强大的抗药性,这就造成了很多猪场越得病越用药,越用药病菌耐药性越强的恶性循环。此外,大量抗生素的使用,还会导致其在畜产品中的残留,影响产品的品质和安全,带来公共卫生风险。
随着我国相关政策的颁布,禁止在动物饲料中添加抗生素,并从严管理兽药行业中的治疗用抗生素,给集约化养殖企业如何防控动物疾病造成很大的困境。为响应无抗养殖,市场上出现了多种抗生素的替代产品,如微生态制剂、中草药添加剂、抗菌肽、酸化剂等。但这些抗生素替代产品多为饲用型,被生猪取食后在体内发挥其抑菌、抗病及增强免疫等作用,无法实现生猪体内外环境的多重立体防疫功能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用,结合微生物发酵床养殖模式,通过该微生态制剂的物理隔离、净化环境、以及激活机体黏膜免疫、调节肠道微生态平衡等功能,实现生猪养殖过程中的疫病防控,达到生产无抗猪肉的目的,从而克服现有养殖体系因依赖抗生素导致的食品安全问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂,该制剂由产朊假丝酵母、短短芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、沼泽红假单胞菌组成。
进一步地,该制剂由以下质量百分比的菌剂组成:
产朊假丝酵母20%、短短芽孢杆菌20%、植物乳杆菌20%、嗜热链球菌20%、沼泽红假单胞菌20%。
本发明还提供了上述一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将产朊假丝酵母、短短芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、沼泽红假单胞菌的菌种分别接种至相应的培养基中活化培养,其培养基和培养条件为:
产朊假丝酵母:马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基28℃摇瓶振荡培养20小时;
短短芽孢杆菌:肉汤琼脂培养基30℃摇瓶振荡培养36小时;
植物乳杆菌:乳酸细菌培养基30℃厌氧静置培养48小时;
嗜热链球菌:麦康凯琼脂培养基40℃厌氧静置培养16小时;
沼泽红假单胞菌:光合细菌培养基光照条件下35℃厌氧静置培养96小时;各自得到活化菌株;
S2、将活化菌株分别接种至相应的培养基中扩大培养,得到五种菌种的菌液;
S3、将所得的五种菌液等比例混合,即得复合微生态制剂。
本发明的合微生态制剂可用于实现生猪的无抗养殖,通过在空气及发酵床垫料中同时使用该复合微生态制剂实现。
本发明提供了一种复合微生态制剂,通过其物理隔离、净化环境、以及激活机体黏膜免疫、调节肠道微生态平衡等功能,从空气、垫料、消化道多角度实现生猪养殖过程中的疫病防控,保障生猪健康生长,生产无抗猪肉。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于生猪无抗养殖立体防疫的复合微生态制剂,通过以下方法制备所得:
S1、将产朊假丝酵母、短短芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、沼泽红假单胞菌的菌种分别接种至相应的培养基中活化培养,其培养基和培养条件为:
产朊假丝酵母:马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基28℃摇瓶振荡培养20小时;
短短芽孢杆菌:肉汤琼脂培养基30℃摇瓶振荡培养36小时;
植物乳杆菌:乳酸细菌培养基30℃厌氧静置培养48小时;
嗜热链球菌:麦康凯琼脂培养基40℃厌氧静置培养16小时;
沼泽红假单胞菌:光合细菌培养基光照条件下35℃厌氧静置培养96小时;
各自得到活化菌株;
S2、将活化菌株分别接种至相应的培养基中扩大培养,得到五种菌种的菌液:
S3、将所得的五种菌液等比例混合,即得复合微生态制剂。
本发明的合微生态制剂可用于实现生猪的无抗养殖,具体通过以下几个方面实现:
1)物理隔离
(1)在发酵床垫料中添加复合微生态制剂,通过分解猪粪尿产生热量,猪舍内外的温差形成空气正压效应,防止外部病原通过空气传入猪舍;
(2)在猪舍内喷洒复合微生态制剂,形成舍内舍外不同的微生态环境菌群,阻隔外界病原菌的进入;
2)净化环境
(1)在发酵床垫料中添加复合微生态制剂,以好氧发酵形式分解猪粪尿,构建了好氧菌生长环境,抑制了以厌氧为主的生猪细菌性病原生长,垫料中部温度常年恒定保持40-45℃,灭杀绝大多数的病毒性病原,残留的少量病原达不到致病的浓度,反而刺激诱导生猪产生特异性免疫,从而增强猪只免疫力,减少疾病发生。
(2)在空气及发酵床垫料中使用复合微生态制剂,可显著降低氨气、硫化氢等有毒有害气体,减少对生猪健康的危害。
3)激活机体黏膜免疫、调节肠道微生态平衡
复合微生态制剂的菌株在发酵床垫料中产生大量繁殖,因生猪的拱食习性,连同少量垫料一起进入消化道,从而激活生猪机体黏膜免疫并调整猪的肠道微生态平衡,起到疫病防治作用。
实验例
分组:在福建龙岩某猪场,选取同日龄生猪100只,设置制剂组和空白对照组,分别养殖生猪50头,饲料与管理条件均相同。
制剂组:将复合微生态制剂与水按1∶200倍的体积配置成水稀释液,将稀释液均匀地喷洒在猪栏周边空地,每平方米喷洒0.1公斤,每周使用1-2次;同时,将复合微生态制剂与水按1∶1000倍的体积配置成水稀释液,将稀释液喷洒于发酵床垫料表面,每平方米喷洒1公斤,用翻耙机翻耙垫料使之混合均匀,每2个月使用1次。
空白对照组:不使用复合微生态制剂。
结果:制剂组生猪全部正常饲养出栏,淘汰率为0%,全过程中治疗21头次(每头生猪发病1次并按常规手段治疗至康复,记为1头次),治疗率为42%;空白对照组在养殖过程中有一头因病转移至隔离舍,淘汰率为2%,全过程中治疗34头次,治疗率为68%。由此可见,本复合微生态制剂防疫效果明显
