Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a pipeline dredging cleaning agent.
Background
The pipeline dredging is a maintenance service commonly used in daily life of people, and generally refers to household sewer pipeline dredging, toilet pipeline dredging and industrial pipeline dredging and cleaning. However, most of the current pipeline dredging methods are realized manually by using some mechanical tools, such as an electric dredging machine, and the principle is that a steel wire with bending elasticity is rotated into a blocked sewer pipeline through rotation, so that blocking objects such as cloth strips and hair are taken out; the other tool is called a cannon-shaped dredging tool, which is an air pressure dredging tool and is used for flushing blocked sewer pipes by using a high pressure principle. The mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the resource consumption is too large, the pipeline is easily damaged mechanically, the service life of the pipeline is influenced, and the dredging effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pipeline dredging detergent which is time-saving, labor-saving and good in dredging effect. The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the pipeline dredging detergent.
The first technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a pipeline dredging cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, 7-11% of foaming agent, 2-6% of regulator, 2-10% of surfactant and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
The first technical solution of the present invention is also characterized in that,
the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, 9% of a foaming agent, 4% of a regulator, 6% of a surfactant and 51% of water.
The second technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a pipeline dredging detergent comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, 7-11% of foaming agent, 2-6% of regulator, 2-10% of surfactant and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%;
step 2: adding sodium dichloroisocyanurateuronate, a foaming agent and a regulator into water, and uniformly mixing;
and step 3: and (3) adding an interface active agent into the solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring for 60-100min under vacuum to obtain the nano-silver/nano-silver.
The second technical solution of the present invention is also characterized in that,
the vacuum degree in the step 3 is 0.1-0.5 Mpa.
The stirring speed in the step 3 is 50-90 r/min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pipeline dredging cleanser disclosed by the invention can be directly poured into a pipeline to be dredged to react with sundries in the pipeline and dissolve the sundries in the pipeline when in use, so that no professional personnel or special tools are needed, time and labor are saved, no additional damage is caused to the pipeline, and the dredging effect is good; the preparation method of the pipeline dredging detergent is simple and convenient in preparation process, low in cost and capable of being used for industrial production in large scale.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
The invention provides a pipeline dredging detergent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, 7-11% of foaming agent, 2-6% of regulator, 2-10% of surfactant and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. Preferably consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt, 9% of a foaming agent, 4% of a regulator, 6% of a surfactant and 51% of water.
The sodium dichloroisonitrile urea adopted in the invention can slowly release hypochlorous acid, and pathogenic bacteria can rapidly die by denaturing mycoprotein, changing membrane permeability, interfering physiological and biochemical processes of an enzyme system, influencing DNA synthesis and the like, cannot react with a pipeline, cannot cause additional damage to the pipeline, and has good dredging effect.
