Abstract
本发明公开了一种新能源充电桩,包括箱体、充电枪、电缆和电缆收放机构;所述电缆收放机构包括安装架、悬吊管和绕卷机构;所述箱体内设有绕卷机构,绕卷机构包括绕卷辊,绕卷辊通过转轴与箱体内壁转动连接;所述转轴上套接固定有蜗轮,蜗轮齿合有蜗杆,蜗杆下端通过传动齿轮组连接有步进电机的输出轴,充电枪上设有电机开关。本发明通过设有悬吊管、绕卷辊、绕卷电机和设置在充电枪上的电机开关,实现电缆随着充电枪移动而释放和绕卷,使得电缆悬空收放,避免电缆在地面拖拽,避免电缆磨损,提高电缆使用寿命;通过设有牵引轮的牵引箱,对电缆在收放过程中进行牵引,提高电缆收放的顺畅性,避免电缆受到牵拉受损。

本发明涉及新能源设备领域,具体是一种新能源充电桩。
背景技术
新能源汽车充电桩是为新能源汽车进行充电设备,但是传统的新能源汽车充电桩缺少电缆收卷装置,使得电缆在使用过程中,在地面拖行,造成电缆磨损,造成电缆表面污染,甚至造成电缆破皮,造成事故,另外,电缆在拖拽过程中,受到多种牵拉,造成电缆内部损坏。
本申请提供一种新能源充电桩,通过设有电缆收卷装置,保护电缆。

本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新能源充电桩,包括箱体、充电枪、电缆和电缆收放机构;所述电缆收放机构包括安装架、悬吊管和绕卷机构;所述安装架上设有来固定充电枪的挂载杆,安装架上端固定连接有悬吊管,箱体内设有绕卷机构,绕卷机构包括绕卷辊,绕卷辊通过转轴与箱体内壁转动连接;所述转轴上套接固定有蜗轮,蜗轮齿合有蜗杆,蜗杆下端通过传动齿轮组连接有步进电机的输出轴,充电枪上设有电机开关。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述悬吊管呈L型,悬吊管通过轴承座与箱体转动连接,悬吊管下端延伸至箱体内;所述电缆嵌套在悬吊管内。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传动齿轮组包括一组齿合的锥齿轮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述绕卷辊上方设有排布机构,排布机构包括导向筒,导向筒固定连接有移动板,移动板末端固定连接有嵌套块,箱体内壁设有与嵌套块配合的滑槽;所述移动板设有矩形通槽,矩形通槽内嵌套有牵引杆,牵引杆固定连接有偏心盘,偏心盘通过连接轴与箱体顶板转动连接,连接轴通过第一传动带连接有蜗杆。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述导向筒为上端开口的竖直空心筒;所述导向筒内壁嵌套有呈圆周分布的滚珠。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述悬吊管前端设有牵引箱,电缆贯穿牵引箱;所述牵引箱内设有上下相对设置的一组牵引轮,牵引轮表面设有呈圆周分布的凸起条;所述牵引轮通过转动轴与牵引箱转动连接,转动轴延伸至牵引箱外侧并固定连接有传动齿轮,转动轴通过第二传动带连接有牵引电机。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述牵引电机通过导线与电机开关连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设有悬吊管、绕卷辊、绕卷电机和设置在充电枪上的电机开关,实现电缆随着充电枪移动而释放和绕卷,使得电缆悬空收放,避免电缆在地面拖拽,避免电缆磨损,提高电缆使用寿命;通过设有牵引轮的牵引箱,对电缆在收放过程中进行牵引,提高电缆收放的顺畅性,避免电缆受到牵拉受损。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种新能源充电桩,包括箱体1、充电枪2、电缆5和电缆收放机构;所述充电枪2通过电缆5连接有配电箱14,配电箱14为充电枪2供电,为现有技术不在赘述;所述电缆收放机构包括安装架3、悬吊管6和绕卷机构;所述安装架3上设有挂载杆4,挂载杆4用来固定充电枪2,方便对充电枪进行拿放,安装架3上端固定连接有悬吊管6,悬吊管6呈L型,悬吊管6通过轴承座8与箱体1转动连接,悬吊管6下端延伸至箱体1内,电缆5嵌套在悬吊管6内;具体的在使用时,通过握持充电枪2,电缆带动悬吊管6转动,适应不同的新能源车的充电位置,具有良好的适应性,同时使得电缆5始终处于悬空状态,避免在地面是上拖行,保护电缆5,延长电缆使用寿命。
所述箱体1内设有绕卷机构,绕卷机构包括绕卷辊9,绕卷辊9通过转轴10与箱体1内壁转动连接;所述转轴10上套接固定有蜗轮11,蜗轮11齿合有蜗杆12,蜗杆12上端通过轴承与箱体1顶板转动连接,蜗杆12下端通过传动齿轮组连接有步进电机13的输出轴,传动齿轮组包括一组齿合的锥齿轮,步进电机13与箱体1内壁固定连接;具体的,步进电机13通过蜗杆12和蜗轮11带动绕卷辊9转动,实现对电缆5的缓慢的收卷和释放,使得电缆5能够省力的进行释放和收卷,避免人工进行拖拽和托举,使用省力方便。
所述充电枪2上设有电机开关,电机开关包括释放按钮和收卷按钮,电机开关通过导线与步进电机13电性连接,使用者通过握持充电2并按压电机开关中的释放按钮,然后牵引电缆5,使得电缆5释放适当的长度,方便充电枪2移动到车载电源充电接口处,然后停止按压释放按钮,绕卷电机13停机,避免电缆释放过长,充电结束后,再次按压电机开关中收卷按钮,绕卷辊9对释放的电缆5进行悬空的收卷,避免电缆回收过程中发生拖地,保护电缆。
为了提高电缆收卷的质量,避免电缆绕卷杂乱,所述绕卷辊9上方设有排布机构,排布机构包括导向筒15,导向筒15为上端开口的竖直空心筒;所述导向筒15内壁嵌套有呈圆周分布的滚珠,使得电缆5在导向筒15内顺畅的通过;所述导向筒15固定连接有移动板16,移动板16末端固定连接有嵌套块17,箱体1内壁设有与嵌套块17配合的滑槽18,嵌套块17在滑槽18内横向往复移动;所述移动板16设有矩形通槽19,矩形通槽19内嵌套有牵引杆20,牵引杆20固定连接有偏心盘21,偏心盘21通过连接轴22与箱体1顶板转动连接,连接轴22通过第一传动带23连接有蜗杆12;具体的蜗杆12带动连接轴22和偏心盘21转动,牵引杆20带动移动板16和嵌套块17横向往复移动,进而带动导向筒15在绕卷辊9上方横向往复移动,进而使得电缆5均匀的绕卷在绕卷辊9上,提高绕卷质量,保证绕卷速度,便于电缆的释放和收卷。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:为了减小电缆释放时与悬吊管6内壁之间的摩擦,悬吊管6前端设有牵引箱7,电缆5贯穿牵引箱7;所述牵引箱内设有上下相对设置的一组牵引轮24,牵引轮24表面设有呈圆周分布的凸起条,增加牵引轮24与电缆5之间的摩擦,所述牵引轮24通过转动轴25与牵引箱7转动连接,转动轴25延伸至牵引箱7外侧并固定连接有传动齿轮26,转动轴25通过第二传动带27连接有牵引电机28,牵引电机28通过导线与电机开关连接,使得牵引电机28与绕卷电机13同步启动和关闭,实现对电缆的释放和绕卷,减小电缆收放的阻力,提高电缆收放效率。
所述牵引箱7前端设有导向轮29,避免电缆5发生大角度的弯折,保护电缆。
需要特别说明的是:本申请中配电箱和充电枪为现有技术;悬吊管、牵引箱、绕卷辊、蜗轮蜗杆、导向筒、牵引柱、移动板、偏心盘为本申请的创新点;通过设有悬吊管、绕卷辊、绕卷电机和设置在充电枪上的电机开关,实现电缆随着充电枪移动而释放和绕卷,使得电缆悬空收放,避免电缆在地面拖拽,避免电缆磨损,提高电缆使用寿命;通过设有牵引轮的牵引箱,对电缆在收放过程中进行牵引,提高电缆收放的顺畅性,避免电缆受到牵拉受损。
