s5: fine edge treatment: and cutting and repairing four sides of the obtained composite board, stacking the composite board in a grading manner, and then packaging.
4. The process for manufacturing the melamine impregnated paper faced blockboard as claimed in claim 3, wherein the material used by the plastic board extruder in the core material is phenolic resin.
5. The manufacturing process of the laminated core-board of the melamine impregnated paper as claimed in claim 3, wherein the impregnating glue solution is prepared by stirring and mixing two of polyurethane glue, isocyanate glue and PCB resin glue.
6. The process for manufacturing the melamine impregnated paper veneered blockboard according to claim 3, wherein the coarse sanding is performed by using 100-mesh sand, and the fine sanding is performed by using 300-mesh sand.
7. The process for manufacturing the laminated blockboard with the melamine impregnated paper as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filling is performed by applying the impregnating glue solution by a coating machine.
8. The process of claim 3, wherein the drying is performed by a board dryer.
9. The manufacturing process of the laminated core-board of the melamine impregnated paper as claimed in claim 4, wherein the laminating process comprises putting the board into a hot press, adjusting the air pressure to 13MPa, the temperature to 130 ℃, the hot pressing time to 3 minutes, and opening the hot press.

A melamine impregnated paper faced core board according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: wherein substrate and plywood thereof need be handled through the flattening of flattening device, wherein flattening device includes handling frame (1), supporting mechanism (2) and operating device (3), its characterized in that: handling frame (1) is including leg pole (11) and horizontal plate (12), leg pole (11) even setting is in four corners of horizontal plate (12), and leg pole (11) rotate with horizontal plate (12) through the screw thread and be connected, supporting mechanism (2) are including frame plate (21), pipe box (22) and actuating mechanism (23), pipe box (22) symmetry sets up the both sides at frame plate (21), and pipe box (22) and frame plate (21) integrated into one piece, pipe box (22) rotate with leg pole (11) and are connected, actuating mechanism (23) fixed mounting is in the side of pipe box (22), operation mechanism (3) are including cutting board (31) and pressure whole structure (32), cutting board (31) slidable mounting is in the inboard of frame plate (21), the inside at cutting board (31) is installed to pressure whole structure (32).
