According to the invention, the spraying assembly is fixedly arranged in the dust-proof groove, tap water is driven by the water pump to enter the spraying pipe, then the spraying head sprays the tap water in a mist form in the dust-proof groove by adopting the atomizing nozzle, and scraps generated in the polishing process of the steel pipe are adsorbed, so that the scraps are prevented from scattering and polluting the environment.
