A medicament for external application for treating rheumatic bone pain according to claim 1, wherein said hot compress powder comprises the following raw materials: 2.5 to 3.5g of raw kusnezoff monkshood root, 2.5 to 3.5g of raw common monkshood mother root, 2.5 to 3.5g of raw nux vomica, 2.5 to 3.5g of raw arisaema tuber, 2.5 to 3.5g of datura flower, 1.5 to 2.5g of piper longuml, 1.5 to 2.5g of pericarpium zanthoxyli, 4.5 to 5.5g of calcined gypsum, 1.5 to 2.5g of halite, 0.6 to 1.2g of frankincense, 0.6 to 1.2g of myrrh, 0.6 to 1.2g of incised notopterygium rhizome and 0.6 to 1.2g of pubescent angelica root.

A medicament for external application for treating rheumatic bone pain according to claim 2, wherein said hot compress powder comprises the following raw materials: 3.5g of raw kusnezoff monkshood root, 3.5g of raw common monkshood mother root, 3.5g of raw nux vomica, 3.5g of raw arisaema consanguineum schott, 3.5g of datura flower, 1.5g of piper longifolia, 1.5g of pericarpium zanthoxyli, 4.5g of calcined gypsum, 1.5g of green salt, 0.6g of frankincense, 0.6g of myrrh, 0.6g of notopterygium root and 0.6g of pubescent angelica root.
5. A medicament as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 for use externally on for the treatment of rheumatic bone pain, wherein said spirit is high alcohol spirit with an alcohol content of 51 ° to 65 °.
