Abstract

本发明公开了一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,通过导向套筒微创置钉,所有导向套筒与髓内钉、股骨近端固定板均相对应,以达到不切开骨折位置治疗的目的;利用本发明治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折,操作简单,切口小,整体固定效果好,拉紧牢靠、无松动,长期使用无安全隐患,并有利于复位准确,不变形,治疗效果好。

一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统
技术领域
本发明属于骨科医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统。
背景技术
随着我国人口的老龄化和中老年人的骨折疏松呈直线上升的趋势,有关资料显示,国内人均寿命已达73岁,而中老年的活动量逐渐减小,也是导致中老年骨质疏松发病率逐渐增多的原因之一,有文献报道90%以上的髋部(指股骨粗隆及股骨颈间)骨折的患者年龄均在65岁以上,其中3/4为女性。传统的治疗方法以动力髋为主,即DHS加压套筒鹅头钉,虽说其治疗效果早已得到认可,但在临床安装时较为复杂,并对骨架损伤太大,股骨颈与球头固定部分为一根拉力钉,相对的稳定性能差,临床应用发生产品断裂的现象较多;拉力钉安装后只产生拉力,术时要达到正确复位具有一定的难度,加上接骨板与骨表面接触太少,导致复位不正确,固定不稳定,治疗效果差;DHS套筒鹅头钉的头部套筒直径为13mm,长度25~30mm,在安装时骨架粗隆间打孔较大,安装好后鹅头钉套筒基本将粗隆间的髓腔堵塞,阻止了髓腔内血液和骨髓流通,同样影响了骨折处再生长速度,延长了愈合时间,增加了病患痛苦。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术不足,适应现实发展,提供一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,包括股骨近端固定板,所述股骨近端固定板呈与股骨近端外侧面吻合结构,所述股骨近端固定板的顶端设有固定孔,并通过固定孔和交锁钉Ⅰ将所述股骨近端固定板与髓内钉预锁为一体,所述股骨近端固定板的颈段上设有三个以上呈直线排布的锁定孔Ⅰ,所述股骨近端固定板的颈段上套设有和锁定孔Ⅰ对应的导向套筒,所述导向套筒上设有与所述锁定孔Ⅰ对应的锁定孔Ⅱ,交锁钉Ⅱ贯穿所述锁定孔Ⅰ和锁定孔Ⅱ将所述股骨近端固定板与髓内钉锁定为一体。
较佳地,所述固定孔为螺纹锁定孔或者加压锁定孔,所述交锁钉Ⅰ为球形拉力钉或者锁定拉力钉。
较佳地,所述锁定孔Ⅰ和锁定孔Ⅱ均为球型腰型槽,所述交锁钉Ⅱ为球形拉力钉。
较佳地,所述髓内钉的长度大于所述股骨近端固定板的长度。
较佳地,所述导向套筒为炭纤维质地。
较佳地,所述固定孔呈凹槽卡扣状。
本发明专为股骨近端粉碎性骨折治疗使用,通过导向套筒微创置钉;具体为操作包括先置入髓内钉,常规主钉和头钉置入后,通过固定孔和交锁钉Ⅰ将股骨近端固定板与髓内钉预锁为一体,通过导向套筒置入交锁钉Ⅱ将股骨近端固定板与髓内钉锁定为一体;本发明所有导向套筒与髓内钉、股骨近端固定板均相对应,以达到不切开骨折位置治疗的目的;髓内钉的长度大于股骨近端固定板的长度,可根据骨折情况不同选取不同长度的股骨近端固定板;导向套筒为炭纤维质地,利于透视;利用本发明治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折,操作简单,切口小,整体固定效果好,拉紧牢靠、无松动,长期使用无安全隐患,有利于复位准确,不变形,治疗效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,如附图1-2所示,包括股骨近端固定板1,所述股骨近端固定板1呈与股骨近端外侧面吻合结构,股骨近端固定板1顶端设有固定孔2,通过固定孔2和交锁钉Ⅰ3将股骨近端固定板1与髓内钉4预锁为一体,股骨近端固定板1的颈段上设有五个呈直线排布的锁定孔Ⅰ5,所述股骨近端固定板1的颈段上套设有和锁定孔Ⅰ5对应的导向套筒6,所述导向套筒6上设有与所述锁定孔Ⅰ5对应的锁定孔Ⅱ7,交锁钉Ⅱ8 贯穿锁定孔Ⅰ5和锁定孔Ⅱ7将股骨近端固定板1与髓内钉4锁定为一体。
所述固定孔2为加压锁定孔,所述交锁钉Ⅰ3为锁定拉力钉。
所述锁定孔Ⅰ5和锁定孔Ⅱ5均为球型腰型槽,交锁钉Ⅱ8为球形拉力钉。
所述髓内钉4的长度大于所述股骨近端固定板1的长度。
所述导向套筒6为炭纤维质地,所述固定孔2呈凹槽卡扣状。
球型腰型槽方便球形拉力钉调整锁定角度和方向,在股骨近端固定板1与股骨近端外侧面吻合时,吻合处可使用球形拉力钉配合加压锁定孔锁紧代替,不吻合处可使用锁定拉力钉配合锁定孔锁紧代替。
本发明专为股骨近端粉碎性骨折治疗使用,通过导向套筒6微创置钉;具体为操作包括先置入髓内钉4,常规主钉和头钉置入后,通过固定孔2和交锁钉Ⅰ 3将股骨近端固定板1与髓内钉4预锁为一体,通过导向套筒6置入交锁钉Ⅱ7 将股骨近端固定板1与髓内钉4锁定为一体;本发明所有导向套筒6与髓内钉4、股骨近端固定板1均相对应,以达到不切开骨折位置治疗的目的;髓内钉4的长度大于股骨近端固定板1的长度,可根据骨折情况不同选取不同长度的股骨近端固定板1;导向套筒6为炭纤维质地,利于透视;利用本发明治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折,操作简单,切口小,整体固定效果好,拉紧牢靠、无松动,长期使用无安全隐患,有利于复位准确,不变形,治疗效果好。

Claims (6)

1.一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,其特征在于:包括股骨近端固定板,所述股骨近端固定板呈与股骨近端外侧面吻合结构,所述股骨近端固定板的顶端设有固定孔,并通过固定孔和交锁钉Ⅰ将所述股骨近端固定板与髓内钉预锁为一体,所述股骨近端固定板的颈段上设有三个以上呈直线排布的锁定孔Ⅰ,所述股骨近端固定板的颈段上套设有和锁定孔Ⅰ对应的导向套筒,所述导向套筒上设有与所述锁定孔Ⅰ对应的锁定孔Ⅱ,交锁钉Ⅱ贯穿所述锁定孔Ⅰ和锁定孔Ⅱ将所述股骨近端固定板与髓内钉锁定为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,其特征在于:所述固定孔为螺纹锁定孔或者加压锁定孔,所述交锁钉Ⅰ为球形拉力钉或者锁定拉力钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,其特征在于:所述锁定孔Ⅰ和锁定孔Ⅱ均为球型腰型槽,所述交锁钉Ⅱ为球形拉力钉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,其特征在于:所述髓内钉的长度大于所述股骨近端固定板的长度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折髓内外联合固定系统,其特征在于:所述导向套筒为炭纤维质地。
