Abstract
A feed additive for preventing and controlling limb and foot diseases of barn feeding sheep and a preparation method thereof relate to a feed additive capable of preventing and controlling limb and foot diseases of barn feeding sheep and a preparation method thereof. The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that the comprehensive breeding benefit of barn-fed sheep is reduced because the barn-fed sheep is susceptible to hoof and limb diseases of the barn-fed sheep at present. The feed is composed of zinc methionine, copper methionine, rumen bypass vitamin A, rumen bypass vitamin D, rumen bypass vitamin E, rumen bypass biotin and corncob powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: zinc methionine, copper methionine and 20% of the total amount of the corncob meal are mixed to form premix A. And mixing a premix obtained by premixing rumen bypass vitamin A, rumen bypass vitamin D, rumen bypass vitamin E, rumen bypass biotin and 10 percent of the total amount of the corncob meal with 20 percent of the total amount of the corncob meal to form a premix B. And mixing the premix A, the premix B and the rest corncob meal. Has the advantages of reducing the level of the limb injury marker and preventing the foot and limb diseases of barn-fed sheep.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a feed additive capable of preventing and controlling limb and foot diseases of barn feeding sheep and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, house feeding and captive breeding become a main production mode in sheep raising production, compared with grazing or semi-house feeding, the quantity of exercise of sheep raised in house feeding and captive breeding is reduced, the types of feed for daily food intake are reduced, and the supply of energy, protein and micronutrients is unbalanced, so that the acropodopathy or even acidosis of house feeding sheep is caused, which is represented as the arthrocele and inflammation of sheep, the joint is stiff and can not stand and walk seriously, the hoof clamp is skewed inside and outside, the split is abnormal, the hoof crown is enlarged or even the hoof shell falls off, and the feeding and the activity of sheep are influenced. In production, the ram can not normally collect and breed, the ewe can not normally breed and feed, the recessive economic loss of breeding is large, and the comprehensive breeding benefit of barn feeding sheep is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a feed additive for preventing and controlling foot and limb diseases of barn feeding sheep and a preparation method thereof. The additive can regulate and control the protein metabolism, energy metabolism and lipid metabolism of the barn-fed sheep, improve the oxidation resistance of the barn-fed sheep, and reduce the level of the limb injury marker, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing the hoof and limb diseases of the barn-fed sheep.
The above object is achieved by: it consists of the following nutrients: zinc methionine, copper methionine, rumen bypass vitamin A, rumen bypass vitamin D, rumen bypass vitamin E, rumen bypass biotin and corncob powder.
Wherein zinc methionine accounts for 3.0-17.14% of the total weight, copper methionine accounts for 3.0-4.0% of the total weight, rumen bypass vitamin A accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the total weight, rumen bypass vitamin D accounts for 0.16-0.2% of the total weight, rumen bypass vitamin E accounts for 0.24-0.4% of the total weight, rumen bypass biotin accounts for 4.0-6.0% of the total weight, and corn cob powder accounts for 89.4-71.86% of the total weight.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting zinc methionine with the zinc content of 17.1%, copper methionine with the copper content of 15%, rumen bypass vitamin A with the vitamin A content of 50 ten thousand international units per gram, rumen bypass vitamin D with the vitamin D content of 50 ten thousand international units per gram, rumen bypass vitamin E with the vitamin E content of 50%, rumen bypass biotin with the biotin content of 1% and high-quality corncob powder, and accurately weighing the components in proportion.
Uniformly mixing the zinc methionine, the copper methionine and 20 percent of the total amount of the corncob meal to form premix A. Premixing rumen bypass vitamin A, rumen bypass vitamin D, rumen bypass vitamin E, rumen bypass biotin and 10% of the total amount of corncob meal uniformly to obtain a premix; and uniformly mixing the premix with 20 percent of the total amount of the corncob meal to form a premix B.
And then uniformly mixing the premix A, the premix B and the residual corncob meal. Subpackaging with aluminum foil bags with aluminum matte plated inside, each bag 5g, sealing, and storing in shade at 4-15 deg.C. The usage and dosage are as follows: the feed additive is mixed in concentrated feed according to the amount of 5 grams per day for each sheep to feed.
The invention has the advantages that: zinc has a key effect on the formation of animal hoof cutin, and zinc regulates the carbohydrate metabolism process of animals by influencing the synthesis, storage and release of insulin; zinc and copper are components of various enzymes (such as SOD) in animal bodies, play an important role in eliminating free radicals, protecting cell membranes from oxidative damage and the like, and improve the oxidation resistance of the bodies. Zinc methionine and copper methionine are organic trace elements, and have high absorption efficiency in small intestine, safety and no pollution. The vitamin A, the vitamin D and the vitamin E play a role in maintaining the integrity of cells, promoting the transportation and absorption of calcium and enhancing the oxidation resistance of tissues, thereby preventing the knee joint and hoof diseases of barn feeding sheep. Biotin, also called coenzyme R, is a coenzyme for many carboxylases and kinases, and plays a role in reducing the occurrence of acropodopathy by influencing the biological reactions of carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism, purine synthesis and the like. The rumen bypass vitamin can pass through the rumen of sheep without being damaged by microorganisms, can completely reach the small intestine and can be efficiently absorbed and utilized. Therefore, the additive can regulate and control the protein metabolism, the energy metabolism and the lipid metabolism of the barn feeding sheep, improve the oxidation resistance of the barn feeding sheep, reduce the level of the limb injury marker and achieve the purpose of preventing the hoof and limb diseases of the barn feeding sheep.
Application effect test data: 20 Liaoning cashmere goat ewes aged 3.80 + -0.25 years and weighed 40.52 + -1.65 kg were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 10 animals with the same feed. The test sheep are the sheep with limb and hoof diseases, and are manifested by symptoms of limb and hoof diseases such as knee joint swelling, lameness, hoof swelling, hoof clamp eversion and the like. The feed additive is added into the feed by 5g for each test group every day, the control group is not added, and after the test group is fed for 75 days, the test group results show that compared with the control group results through detection: the nitrogen metabolism efficiency is improved, and the serum urea level acid is reduced by 16.78%, and the urea nitrogen level is reduced by 34.98%. The oxidation resistance of the organism is improved, which is shown in that the activity of the serum glutathione peroxidase is improved by 23.46 percent; the catalase activity is improved by 30 percent, and the copper-zinc superoxide dismutase activity is improved by 84.75 percent. The limb health level is improved, and the serum limb hoof injury marker cartilage oligomeric matrix protein is reduced by 10.53%, the carboxyl terminal telopeptide of type II collagen is reduced by 18.19%, and the amino terminal telopeptide of type II A collagen is reduced by 15.78%. The symptom of the acromelic disease is obviously improved, and the recovery ratio of the symptom of the acromelic disease in the experimental group is improved by 41.74 percent.
